Mr. Ingram was appointed chief financial officer of Hawaiian Airlines in November 2005. Prior to joining Hawaiian, Mr. Ingram spent 11 years with AMR Corporation, parent company of American Airlines and American Eagle Airlines. From 2002 to 2005, he served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer for American Eagle Airlines. Prior to that, he spent eight years in finance-related management positions for American Airlines. Mr. Ingram has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, and a M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business (Duke University).

Charles R. Nardello became senior vice president of operations of Hawaiian Airlines in October 2007. He joined Hawaiian in February 2004 and most recently served as vice president of maintenance and engineering. Mr. Nardello has more than 30 years of diversified aviation management experience, including 23 years at US Airways. In addition, he is a 22-year U.S. Air Force veteran having served as an active duty member for six years, followed by 16 years in the active reserves with the Pennsylvania Air National Guard before retiring in 1996. His military record is distinguished by service in both Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Connecticut and an MS in Systems Management from University of Southern California.

Smith has been with Hawaiian since December 2003 serving previously as senior director of advertising and promotions. Smith has been a sales and marketing executive of Hawaii travel for more than 34 years, and has a diverse background in creating innovative and comprehensive multi-media programs to reach travel consumers in Hawaii, the mainland U.S., and internationally. Smith moved to Hawaii in 1966 to attend the University of Hawaii and study fine arts, before embarking on a career in marketing and promotions.

Todd Budge has been a member of our Board of Directors since June 2006. In 2002, he joined Tokyo Star Bank, Ltd, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and became the company’s President and CEO in 2003. He has the distinction of being the first non-Japanese to serve as CEO of a Japanese bank. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Budge was involved in the integration of several Japanese financial institutions acquired by GE Capital. Mr. Budge is an active member of the community, sitting on the board of the American School in Japan and serving as a member of the Marriott School of Business National Advisory Council. Mr. Budge received a B.A. in Economics and Japanese from Brigham Young University.
