Mark Comerford was elected President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company on October 1, 2008. Before joining the Company, Mr. Comerford was President of Alloy Products, the largest business unit within Brush Wellman Inc. Since 1998, Mr. Comerford served in various positions for Brush Wellman Inc., both in the USA and Southeast Asia. Mr. Comerford also held positions at Carpenter Technology and American Brass in the areas of metallurgical engineering, international and commercial management.

James A. Laird has served as Vice President, Marketing, Research and Development since September 1, 2007. Prior to that Mr. Laird served as Vice President, International Sales & Marketing of the Company since July 2000, after having served in various sales and marketing positions with the Company since 1983. Scott R. Pinkham has served as Vice President, Manufacturing since March 2008. Prior to that Mr. Pinkham served as Vice President, Manufacturing Planning since March 2004, after having served in various manufacturing and production capacities with the Company prior to that date.
Anastacia S. Kilian has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company since July 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Kilian was an associate with the law firm Ice Miller in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Mr. Metzler received his BSMME and MSMME degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1975 and 1977, respectively. His educational background included research on the role of interphase interfacial structures on the evolution of precipitate morphology in the copper-titanium alloy system. Prior to joining Haynes International in 2006, Mr. Metzler spent 29 years involved in industrial metallurgy and manufacturing engineering in such diverse areas as seawater-resistant stainless steel production scale-up, design and implementation of nickel-base superalloy glass forming tooling, process design for production of high performance EDM electrode wire, design of erosion-resistant insulation systems for winding wires and implementation of in-line inspection systems for high-speed wire production lines. In 2006, he joined the Research & Technology department of Haynes International and is currently Sr. Mechanical Metallurgist. Current activities include test method development for strain-age cracking in Ni-base superalloys and computer modeling of alloy manufacturing and downstream alloy forming proceses. Mr. Metzler is a member of the Wire Association International and ASM International. He has authored/coauthored several papers in a variety of areas and authored the ultrafine wire drawing chapter in the WAI Non-Ferrous Wire Handbook. Mr. Metzler is also a GE six-sigma green belt.

Mr. Hoback joined Haynes International in 1973 as a welder in the fabrication shop. In 1976 he transferred to the Engineering & Technology Welding Group, where he continued to enhance his welding skills while developing a better appreciation of the metallurgical aspects associated with welding the nickel base materials. He then became supervisor of the E&T weld lab from 1985 until his promotion to welding engineer in 1995. Mr. Hoback is a hands-on welding engineer who has traveled worldwide to instruct and consult with customers on both practical and technical welding issues. He is co-holder of two U.S. patents and is co-author of an ASM Materials Conference paper entitled, "Weldability of High Temperature Alloys in Thick Sections". Mr. Hoback is a graduate of Indiana Central College.

Mr. Bohan (63) has been a Director of the Company since March 2004 and a Director of Products Corporation since June 2008. Prior to his retirement in February 2001, Mr. Bohan was a Managing Director of the high-yield bond sales group of Salomon Smith Barney, having joined Salomon Smith Barney in 1980. Mr. Bohan is a director of Haynes International, Inc., which files reports pursuant to the Exchange Act. Mr. Bohan also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Arena Brands, Inc., which is a privately-held company, and as a member of the Board of Directors and audit committee of The New York Police & Fire Widows’ & Children’s Benefit Fund. Mr. Bohan serves as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
Mr.Getz joined Prudential Investment Corporation in 1985 and then joined Prudential Equity Investors in 1987. Mr. Getz was among the original founding principals of Cornerstone in 1996. During the past twenty years, Mr. Getz has led numerous successful transactions in the technology, specialty manufacturing and business service sectors. Mr. Getz has significant experience working with portfolio companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital market activities and offshore manufacturing. Until its recent sale to the Laird Group PLC, Mr. Getz served as a director of Centurion Wireless Technologies, Inc. and currently serves as a director of Haynes International, Inc., and Novatel Wireless, Inc. where he services as chair of the compensation and nominating committees.
