Dr. Parsan is the CEO of HealthNet Ltd. His academic background includes: a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (with Distinction) from UWI, Trinidad; an MBA (with Distinction and awarded top business student) at The Institute of Business, UWI. He has published and presented papers at UCLA, UC-Sacramento, Davis and Berkeley.

Jim Woys is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Health Net, Inc. He assumed responsibility for all operational matters of the company, including the commercial, Medicare and Medicaid lines of business, as well as the Health Plans and Government Programs division and all company administrative functions, in November 2008. Mr. Woys was appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer in November 2007, and was accountable for a broad range of operations, including claims processing, membership and billing, call centers, information technology, the company’s Internet activities, health care cost data analytics, and pharmacy management. He had responsibility for three business units: Health Net Federal Services (HNFS), the government operations division; MHN, Health Net’s behavioral health subsidiary; and Health Net Pharmaceutical Services (HNPS), the company’s internal pharmacy benefit manager. Mr. Woys is a member of Health Net’s Executive Committee. Mr. Woys joined Foundation Health Corporation, a predecessor company of Health Net, in 1986. Prior to joining Health Net, Mr. Woys was a consultant at Arthur Andersen/ PriceWaterhouse. Mr. Woys earned his MBA from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. John Sivori is president of Regional Health Plans and Health Net Pharmaceutical Services. Mr. Sivori joined Foundation Health Corporation, a predecessor company of Health Net, in August 1994, and he has held various senior management positions. In December 1998, Mr. Sivori was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer of Integrated Pharmaceutical Services, now Health Net Pharmaceutical Services (HNPS). In September 2001, he was promoted to president of HNPS. In November 2008, to continue Health Net’s reorganization into a single management structure that leverages enterprise value and a strong regional presence, he was appointed president of Regional Health Plans as well as Pharmaceutical Services. As president of Regional Health Plans, Mr. Sivori leads one of the company’s six operational areas. In addition to HNPS and Enterprise Data Analytics, his organization also includes Health Net of Arizona; Health Net of the Northeast, which serves Connecticut, New Jersey and New York; and Health Net Health Plan of Oregon, which also serves Washington state. As HNPS president, Mr. Sivori is responsible for all elements of the pharmacy benefit for Health Net members, including manufacturer and distribution network contracts, health plan formulary management, pharmacy products and programs, vendor management, data analysis and trend reporting, and pharmacy benefit design guidelines for Health Net’s four regional health plans. Mr. Sivori has more than two decades of financial management and leadership experience, including 18 years in the health care industry’s provider and payor sectors. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. Paul S. Lambdin serves as president of Health Net of the Northeast, a subsidiary of Health Net, Inc. He was appointed president in November 2007. Mr. Lambdin previously served as chief commercial and Medicaid officer since 2006, and had responsibility for managing all of Health Net’s commercial and Medicaid business in the Northeast. Mr. Lambdin joined Health Net of the Northeast in April 2002 as chief sales officer, responsible for all commercial business distribution, and was promoted to chief commercial officer in 2005. Mr. Lambdin is an innovative, strategic business leader with more than 20 years of accomplishment in the health care and insurance industries. Prior to joining Health Net, he was senior vice president, Business Development and Distribution, for UnitedHealthcare in Edina, Minnesota. In that role, he was a key architect and driver of the growth strategy for their Key Accounts line of business. Prior to his national role at UnitedHealthcare, Mr. Lambdin served as a regional vice president of Sales, with distribution responsibilities for health plans in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. He spent the first 13 years of his career at The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Inc., where he held various sales, health care delivery and business development positions. Mr. Lambdin earned his bachelor’s degree from Yale University and an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations.

Steven D. Tough is president of Health Plans and Government Programs, Health Net, Inc. He assumed this newly created role in November 2008. Health Plans and Government Programs encompasses Health Net of California, Inc.; Health Net Federal Services, LLC; MHN; national product and marketing services, and the company’s Medicare and Medicaid lines of business. Mr. Tough continues to serve as president of Health Net Federal Services (HNFS), the government operations division of Health Net, Inc. HNFS is one of the largest TRICARE Managed Care Support Contractors, providing managed care services to active duty family members, veterans, military retirees, and their dependents. Mr. Tough was appointed president of the Government and Specialty Services division in February 2008 and assumed responsibility for a broad scope of corporate issues such as health care management and government contracts, as well as MHN, the behavioral health subsidiary of Health Net, Inc. In his role as president of HNFS, Mr. Tough oversees the day-to-day administration and management direction for HNFS, which includes preparation for reprocurement opportunities of our TRICARE contract, as well as strategizing our growth in future businesses that include veterans affairs and other government funded health care services. Through programs such as Military Family Life Counseling, HNFS and MHN are partnering to care for veterans, service members and their families as they return from deployment and reintegrate into civilian life. Formerly the president and chief operating officer of Foundation Health Corporation (FHC), a predecessor company of Health Net, Mr. Tough brings first-hand experience of complex government programs (CHAMPUS, TRICARE, Medicare, Medicaid and Veterans Affairs). In addition, he brings knowledge of Health Net’s organization and people, familiarity with key players on Capitol Hill and federal agencies, and more than 30 years of health care management and operational know-how. Mr. Tough has a long-standing career in the health care industry. He spent 20 years at FHC, nine of those years as a president and chief operating officer in the Government and Specialty Services groups. Since leaving FHC in 1998, Mr. Tough started his own firm providing health care consulting services to a variety of companies, and served as president of the California Association of Health Plans and MAXIMUS, Inc., a health care services organization. Mr. Tough earned his Bachelor of Arts in Health and Safety Studies from California State University, Sacramento; a Master’s of Public Health from the University of Michigan; and is a graduate of the National HMO Fellowship Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare (now U.S. Department of Health and Human Services), Office of Health Maintenance Organizations

Karin Mayhew is senior vice president, Organization Effectiveness for Health Net, Inc. She is responsible for strategy, policy development and administration of all aspects of human resources, including compensation, benefits, performance evaluation and rewards, staffing, equal employment and diversity, development, organization effectiveness and change management. Prior to joining the company in April 1999, Ms. Mayhew served as senior vice president, Organization Development for Southern New England Telecommunications Corporation. There she was responsible for human resources, labor relations and organizational effectiveness. In addition, Ms. Mayhew was responsible for the corporate restructure into wholesale and retail businesses and served as a member of the merger due diligence and integration team. Ms. Mayhew held senior positions in a variety of areas in telecommunications for more than 20 years. Ms. Mayhew received a master’s degree from Wesleyan University, Middletown, Conn. and a Bachelor of Arts from Marymount College at Fordham University, New York. She also completed the Smith College Management Program and the University of Michigan’s Advanced Human Resources Executive Program. Ms. Mayhew has been a lecturer at the Center for Executive Education, Babson College, Wellesley, Mass.

Gay Ann Williams is vice president of State and Government Affairs for Health Net of Arizona and has served in that position since 2000. She is actively involved in NAWBO, the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry, while also serving as chair of the AWEE Luncheon Committee for the past two years. Ms. Williams is serving for a third year on the luncheon committee in a co-chair position.

Kenneth J. Nedd, VP of Operations is a director and administrator of the eHDL since its organization in 1999 and has been a director an administrator of HealthNet since 1989 with over twenty-one years experience in healthcare administration, business development, information technology, provider network services, managed care services, contract outsourcing, implementation, and operational. Mr. Nedd has served as Vice President of Operations for HealthNet since 1989. Mr. Nedd served as an administrator at the University of Miami School of Medicine in patient referrals from 1985 to 1987. Mr. Nedd received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Florida International University.

Alice is the director of public affairs for Health Net of the Northeast. After her graduation from Sacred Heart University, Alice's first job was for the New York Times Magazine Group, thus beginning a lifelong career in media and public relations. When she isn't working, Alice is an opera and theatre enthusiast. Her involvement in the "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" Project has been a whirlwind from the get-go. When she sat down with Caryn for lunch one day, Alice thought was just getting a turkey sandwich. However, when she left, she was involved in a national phenomenon as a the head of media relations and website content/photography for the project. Alice, who says that this experience will be her "summer vacation," is looking forward to, most importantly, making a dream come true for the Brown family, and along the way, she hopes to learn a thing or two about home construction. Alice is resident of Trumbull, where she lives with her husband, two sons, and pet goldfish.

President and owner of Mercury Plastics, Inc. in Middlefield, Ohio, Bill Rowley began his career in 1972 after graduating from Miami University, Ohio. At the time, Mercury Plastics was a family-owned and operated business and was operating at $1 million in annual sales and had 20 employees. Rowley took over as president of Mercury in 1980. In 1980-82 he was the youngest member to serve on the Board of Directors of the Society of Plastics Industry. In 1998, Bill bought out the family business and today is owner and CEO of Mercury Plastics. Under his guidance he has seen his company's productivity and profits increase exponentially. Today, Mercury Plastics has grown to over $30 million in annual sales and now employs 225 people.

Bryan Reilly, 27, played one season for Apple Core's EJHL team in 1998, then went on to play at Division 1 Sacred Heart University from 1999-2002. While at Sacred Heart, Bryan was named MAAC League Rookie of the Week one time in 1999 and was a member of the MAAC All Academic Team from 1999-2002. Reilly transferred to the University of Delaware and played for the Fighting Blue Hens Men's Ice Hockey Team from 2002-2003. As a player for the Blue Hens Reilly was selected as a Second Team ACHA All American and participated in the Winter World University Games held in Tarvisio, Italy as a member of the ACHA USA Select Team. Bryan graduated in December of 2003 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Food and Agribusiness Management. After graduation Reilly was offered a player tryout contract with the Huntsville Havoc of the Southern Professional League but denied the opportunity in order to obtain needed professional experience in the business world to achieve his financial goals. He currently works full time at Health Net, Inc. as a Senior Institutional Liaison. Reilly is in the process of completing his Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration at Hofstra University. Bryan has 4 years of coaching experience.

Diana Carr, MA, is a Cultural and Linguistic Services Consultant at Health Net of California. Ms. Carr holds a Master of Art's degree in anthropology and is a candidate in the doctoral program at University of California, Riverside. Ms. Carr is a medical anthropologist whose area of specialization is non-western health care and ethnopharmacology. She has nine years experience teaching anthropology and culture at local universities, and has developed cultural competency training programs that are used to educate internal staff and external providers. Ms. Carr also has extensive background in anthropological linguistics, which includes the cultural transmission of information through language and exploring the processes involved in learning various cultures.

Ken currently manages investments and cash operations at Health Net, Inc. He is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals. Ken joined the Board of Directors in 2003 and began serving as Treasurer in 2004.

Norris Archibald has been a director of the Company since its organization in 1999 and has been a director of HealthNet since 1989. From 1970 to 1979, he was an active investor in commercial real estate. Mr. Archibald was the founder of and has served as President of Flamingo Travel of New York since 1983. He has a Master's Degree in Hospital Administration from Columbia University.
