Robert J. Coury has served as Mylan's Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 2002. During his tenure, the company has been transformed from the third largest generics company in the United States to the third largest generics and specialty pharmaceutical company in the world with the acquisitions of a majority interest in Matrix Laboratories -- of which Coury is now Chairman -- and the global generics business of Merck KGaA. Prior to joining Mylan, Coury was the principal of Coury Consulting L.P., a corporate strategy advisory firm he formed in 1989 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Carolyn Myers, Ph.D., has been President of Mylan's specialty pharmaceutical division since October 2007.
Myers previously served as President of Mylan Technologies Inc. (MTI) from February 2006 to September 2007. While at MTI, she oversaw the design, development and manufacture of Mylan's transdermal drug delivery system. Myers joined Mylan in 2003 as Vice President of Branded Business Development and Strategic Marketing. Prior to joining Mylan, Myers served as Global Director, Cardiovascular, at Pharmacia Inc.
Myers earned a doctorate degree from the University of British Columbia, Canada, a post-doctorate degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Rutgers University.

John Montgomery is Mylan's President, Asia Pacific (APAC), a position he has held since the completion of Mylan's acquisition of Merck Generics in October 2007. Montgomery leads Mylan's operations in the Asia Pacific region, which includes Australia, Japan and New Zealand.
Montgomery has worked in the pharmaceuticals industry for more than 30 years and has extensive experience in both patented and generic pharmaceutical products in the United Kingdom, the United States and Asia Pacific. At Merck Generics, he served as Regional Director, Asia Pacific, and CEO of Alphapharm, Australia's leading pharmaceutical company, as measured by prescriptions.
Prior to joining Merck, Montgomery spent 18 years with Warner Lambert in roles including Business Director, Europe; Vice President, Cardiovascular; Vice President of Portfolio Management for North America; and Regional President, Australia/New Zealand. He served five years as Chairman of the Generic Medicines Industry Association in Australia.
Montgomery has a bachelor's degree in chemistry and mathematics from the University of Reading, United Kingdom; a diploma in marketing from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom; and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Daniel C. Rizzo Jr. is Mylan’s Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller (and Chief Accounting Officer), a position he has held since October 2007. From June 2006 to September 2007, Rizzo was the Vice President and Corporate Controller (and Chief Accounting Officer).
Rizzo joined Mylan from Hexion Specialty Chemicals Inc., where he was Vice President and General Controller from October 2005 to May 2006. Prior to that, Rizzo served as Vice President and General Controller (and Chief Accounting Officer) at Gardner Denver Inc. from 1998 to October 2005. While at Hexion and Gardner Denver, two high acquisitive industrial multinational companies, Rizzo was responsible for external reporting to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, internal management reporting, consolidations, corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, centralized transaction processing and internal control over financial reporting (Sarbanes-Oxley compliance). Gregory L. Sheldon is Mylan's Global Chief Information Officer, a position he has held since October 2007. Sheldon leads Mylan's global information technology strategy.
Sheldon brings more than 25 years of experience in developing and executing information technology strategy, systems and processes in the pharmaceutical, consumer products and business services industries. He has held numerous leadership positions, most recently as Vice President of Global Program Delivery and Engineering at Pfizer, Inc. While at Pfizer, Sheldon built and led efforts responsible for the transformation of separate corporate technology platforms into a unified global infrastructure. Heather Bresch is Mylan's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the Company's global commercial and technical operations, strategic planning, business development and international affairs. She also oversees the integration of Mylan's recent acquisition of Merck Generics.
Throughout her 16-year career with Mylan, Bresch has held various positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Mylan's Head of North American Operations and Chief Integration Officer. As Head of North American Operations, Bresch was responsible for Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Mylan Technologies and UDL Laboratories. In her role as Chief Integration Officer, she managed the successful integration of Matrix Laboratories, in which Mylan took a controlling stake in January of 2007, and has been leading the integration team working with Merck Generics, which Mylan acquired in October 2007. Prior to these positions, she served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development in the Office of the CEO.
In addition to her responsibilities within Mylan, Bresch has served two consecutive terms as Chairman of the Generic Pharmaceutical Association and one term as its Vice Chairman. She has been actively involved in critical industry issues, including the passage of the 2003 Medicare Modernization Act, a Congressional revision to the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, which helped to ensure consumer access to affordable pharmaceuticals.

Brian Byala is Mylan's Senior Vice President and Treasurer, a position he has held since October 2007. Brian oversees Mylan's global treasury operations.
Byala joined Mylan from Pfizer Inc., where he was Assistant Treasurer with responsibility for treasury planning in both New York and Dublin. He spent more than 10 years at Pfizer in various treasury positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to Pfizer, he was employed by Grant Thornton in Durban, South Africa.
Byala has extensive experience with the management of both short- and long-term debt issuance, financial asset investment, stock repurchase programs, foreign exchange risk, FAS 133 hedge accounting, capital structure analysis and daily treasury operations. Patrick Vink, M.D., is Mylan's Senior Vice President, Global Head of Biologics, a position he has held since March 2008. He is responsible for developing and implementing the company's biologics strategy.
Vink has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, he was an independent consultant for life sciences companies, venture capital firms, private equity investors and non-governmental organizations. Douglas J. Leech was elected to the board of directors of Mylan in 2000. Leech is the chair of the Mylan Audit Committee and a member of the Compliance, Finance, and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees.
Leech has 28 years of experience in the banking industry. He currently serves as chairman, president and CEO, Centra Bank Inc. and Centra Financial Holdings Inc. Prior to this, from 1995 to 1999, Leech held a variety of positions at Huntington National Bank, including CEO, president – southeast region and chief operating officer (COO). From 1982 to 1995, Leech served in various capacities at One Valley Bank of Morgantown Inc., ranging from CFO to executive vice president and COO. Previously, Leech served as comptroller at Community Bank and Trust N.A. and Intermountain Bancshares Inc. From 1976 to 1980, he was a Certified Public Accountant at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company.
Leech currently serves as Chairman of Centra Financial Holdings Inc. and is a member of boards of directors of a number of other professional associations and civic organizations, including: past-chairman of the Board of Governors of West Virginia University, chairman of its Executive and Government Relations Committee and chairman of its Audit Committee; The National Domestic Preparedness Coalition; Schreyer Honors College Advisory Board Pennsylvania State University; Board of Morgantown Health Right Free Clinic; and the Salvation Army.
Leech and Centra received national attention in 2007 and 2008 when both Entrepreneur Magazine and INC. Magazine ranked Centra Bank as a top performer in the publications’ respective annual rankings of the nation's fastest growing companies. In 2003, Leech was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the State of West Virginia as well as a national finalist. He was state finalist for the award in 2002.
Leech received a bachelor of science in business administration from Penn State University in 1977. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware as well as the National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma. Leech is a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania and is a former member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Leech is frequently called upon to speak on the topics of banking, finance and entrepreneurship.
Milan (Mike) Puskar was elected to the Board of Directors of Mylan in 1976. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Mylan since 1993.
Mr. Puskar co-founded Mylan in 1961 as a privately owned generic drug company. For the next 11 years, Mr. Puskar spearheaded the growth of the company from its early days as solely a distributor to its first manufacturing operations in 1965.
By 1969, Mylan was recognized in the pharmaceutical industry as a competitive manufacturer of quality generic products.
Mr. Puskar left the company in 1972 and served as Vice President and General Manager of the Cincinnati division of ICN Pharmaceuticals Inc. until 1975, when he became a partner of Elan Corporation in Dublin, Ireland.
In 1976, Mr. Puskar returned to Mylan and served as President until 2000. He was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in 1980 and was elected Chairman of the Board and appointed Chief Executive Officer in 1993. He served as CEO until 2002.
In addition to his management responsibilities at Mylan, Mr. Puskar served on the Commission for the Federal Drug Approval Process from 1981 to 1982; was one of the founders of the Generic Pharmaceuticals Industry Association; has been an adjunct assistant professor at the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy since 1979; and served on the board of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Puskar received a bachelor of science in engineering from Youngstown State University. He also received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army, where he had achieved a top-secret clearance.

C.B. Todd was elected to the Board of Directors of Mylan in 1993. He is also a member of the Mylan Compliance Committee.
Mr. Todd served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Mylan from 2001 until 2002. Prior to this, he held positions with Mylan in various capacities from 1970 until his initial retirement in 1999, including Senior Vice President from 1987 to 1999; President, Mylan Pharmaceuticals from 1987 to 1991; and Vice President, Quality Control, Mylan Pharmaceuticals from 1978 to 1987.
N. Prasad was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2007, upon the successful completion of the Mylan-Matrix transaction. Mr. Prasad also serves as a strategic consultant to the Company, prior to which he served as Head of Global Strategies from January to December 2007.
Mr. Prasad began his career in 1984 as a Management Trainee with the Indian Molasses Company. In 1989, he joined the India division of Rhone Poulenc Chemicals, a French chemical and pharmaceutical company now known as Sanofi-Aventis, as an Area Sales Officer. He was soon promoted to Regional Sales Manager and was based in Hyderabad. In 1995, he became Managing Director of the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturer Vorin Laboratories Limited of India.
Shortly thereafter, Mr. Prasad built a reputation as a change agent highlighted by the turnaround of Matrix Laboratories Limited, now part of Mylan Inc. Mr. Prasad steered the transformation of Matrix Laboratories from a $1 million (market capitalization) API company into a $1 billion global pharmaceutical business in a span of only six years. Rodney L. Piatt was elected to the Board of Directors of Mylan in 2004. Mr. Piatt brings to Mylan extensive experience as an auditor and successful business leader and is a member of the Mylan Audit, Finance, Compensation and Governance and Nominating Committees.
Mr. Piatt currently serves as the President and owner of Horizon Properties, a real estate development company he founded in 1996. Mr. Piatt holds a number of other business positions, including: Vice Chairman of Community Bank N.A., a publicly held company for which he also serves as Bank Audit Committee Chairman; Director of Accutrex Products, Inc.; Director and First Vice President of the Washington Industrial Development Corporation; CEO and Director of Lincoln Manufacturing Inc.; and Advisory Board Member and Financial Advisor to Universal Smart Company, a privately owned company serving the healthcare industry. From 1979 to 1996, he served as President and Director of Millcraft Industries, a multidimensional company primarily focused on the steel and real estate industries. From 1974 to 1979, Piatt was employed by Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young).
Mr. Piatt received a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Tampa in 1974. He is a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania and a past member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Joseph C. Maroon, M.D. was appointed to the Board of Directors of Mylan in 2003. He is also a member of Mylan's Compensation Committee.
Dr. Maroon has over 30 years of experience as a practicing neurosurgeon. He is regarded as a premiere specialist in the surgical treatment of injuries and diseases of the brain and spine, particularly with microscopic and minimally invasive procedures. His research into brain tumors, concussions and diseases of the spine have led to many innovative techniques for diagnosing and treating these disorders.
Dr. Maroon currently serves as Professor, Heindl Scholar in Neuroscience and Vice Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center ("UPMC"), where he was previously Chief of Neurosurgery from 1972 to 1984. He is on the medical staffs of UPMC Presbyterian and Sewickley Valley Hospitals, and maintains a neurosurgical practice in Wheeling, West Virginia.
Prior to rejoining UPMC, Dr. Maroon served as Professor and Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery, Allegheny General Hospital from 1984 to 1999 and Professor and Chairman of the Department of Surgery, Allegheny General Hospital from 1995 to 1998. In 1986, Dr. Maroon was the President of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the largest neurological society in North America. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Think First National Head and Neck Injury Prevention Society and the American Youth Foundation, St Louis, Missouri.
Additionally, Dr. Maroon has been the team neurosurgeon for the Pittsburgh Steelers since 1981. He is a co-founder of the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program and
a co-developer of the world's first computerized sports concussion evaluation system, ImPACT© (Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing), a tool used by team doctors and athletic trainers nationwide to help determine the severity of a concussion and when it is safe for an athlete to return to play following injury.
Dr. Maroon has earned numerous awards for his contributions to neurosurgery from various national and international neurological societies throughout his career. He is the author or co-author of 40 book chapters in addition to more than 250 published scientific papers. He has edited three additional books, has given more than 140 national and international presentations, often as a visiting professor, and has served on the editorial boards of five neurological journals. Consistently listed in "America's Best Doctors," Dr. Maroon's patients travel from all over the world to seek his care.
Dr. Maroon received his undergraduate and medical education at the University of Indiana. Following his graduation from medical school in 1965, he served residencies in neurosurgery at Indiana University, Georgetown University and the Radcliffe Infirmary at Oxford University in England. He received a Fellowship from the University of Vermont where he studied microsurgery, as the Given Scholar in Microneurosurgery.

Wendy Cameron was appointed to the Board of Directors of Mylan in 2002. Ms. Cameron is a member of the Mylan Compensation and Governance and Nominating Committees.
Ms. Cameron currently serves as chairman of the Washington Hospital Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Washington Hospital Executive Committee. She has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 1997 and a board member of the Washington Hospital Foundation since 1993. Washington Hospital, located in Washington County, Pennsylvania, is the county's largest employer.
From 1981 to 1998, Ms. Cameron served as Vice President, Divisional Sales and Governmental Affairs for Cameron Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Inc., one the nation's largest bottlers.
Ms. Cameron received a bachelor of science in business management and a bachelor of science in equine science from Otterbine College in Westerville, Ohio in 1981.
