WE HAD A NET LOSS OF $31,721 FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2004 AND A NET LOSS OF $38,350 FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2003. For the twelve month period ended June 30, 2004, we generated a total of $38,015 in revenue. In addition, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004, we had a net loss of $31,721. For the twelve month period ended June 30, 2003, we generated a total of $26,889 in revenue. In addition, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2003, we had a net loss of $38,350. Historically, we have sold only minimal numbers of our products. We have had profitable years, but we have not been profitable in the last two fiscal years.
