Michael Low, age 50, was a member of the Cancer Therapeutics, Inc. board of directors from August 2004 until July 2007 and serves as corporate secretary. In addition to his association with Cancer Therapeutics, since March 2003, Mr. Low has been Chief Executive Officer for Advisory Services, founder and executive director of Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC, an international healthcare products distribution company, with a strategic focus on specialized, high-value products and markets. John is one of the UK?s leading advisers and investors in UK technology companies. He is a leading London businessman specialising in venture capital for high growth early stage companies. He is a director of a number of quoted and unquoted companies, primarily in engineering and high technology sectors. He studied in Germany and at the University of Nottingham where he received a BA (Hons) in German and an Honorary Doctorate. John trained at Barclays Bank until 1968 when he left to work for a small money broker (Exco International plc) which, under his management, grew to become the world's largest money broking company. In 1985 he joined British & Commonwealth Shipping plc, becoming Managing Director and Chairman. From 1991 to 1999 he ran John Duncan & Company Limited, a business strategy consultancy. He launched Ludgate in 2000.

Mr. Denos is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, serving in this capacity since March, 2006. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Equus Total Return, Inc. (NYSE: EQS), a closed-end fund traded on the New York Stock Exchange as a business development company with $93 million in net assets under management. Prior to serving as CEO of MCC, he was its Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 2001-2006, and managed MCC's portfolio of small-cap investments as well as heading the international mergers and acquisitions team. For the past decade, Mr. Denos has served as a director or principal for several small-cap public companies on the London AIM and the OTC Bulletin Board, and has worked closely with many public and private emerging growth companies in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to his association with MCC, from 1996 to 1999, Mr. Denos was an attorney at Jones, Waldo, Holbrook & McDonough, specializing in emerging technology companies, providing assistance in corporate finance, corporate governance, joint ventures, licensing, mergers and acquisitions and securities law compliance. Mr. Denos holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Political Science, a Master of Business Administration, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah.
