Paul Kleeberg, MD, FAACP, is Medical Director of Clinical Decision Support for HealthEast Care System. He is responsible for designing point of care clinical decision support interventions and resources for HealthEast146 Inpatient Electronic Health Record (EHR) to support patient safety and quality improvement. Dr. Kleeberg has had several years experience implementing EHRs and clinical decision support tools in both the ambulatory and in-patient environments. At HealthEast he is using McKesson146 suite of products. His experience with EHRs began with the implementation of Eclipsys in two hospitals, the implementation of Logician ambulatory product in several clinics and in the creation of patient-oriented web sites for a health plan and a health system. More recently he assisted in a large health system146 transition to the full suite of Epic146 inpatient, ambulatory and personal health record products from other partially implemented inpatient and ambulatory EHRs.

Dr. Engstrom graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and completed medical school at University of Minnesota Medical School. Her pediatric residency training was at the University of Minnesota.

Carrie graduated from St. Olaf College in 1986 with a BA in biology and world religion. She received her BA in nursing in 1992 from St. Olaf as well. Carrie worked for three years in pediatric intensive care. Carrie received her master's degree in 1997.

Cheri received a master's degree from the University of Minnesota and is a graduate of the pediatric nurse practitioner program at the College of St. Catherine.

Dr. Williams has been trained in the full scope of family medicine, including obstetrics. She especially enjoys working with young families with a focus on women's health, pediatrics and preventive medicine.

Dr. Moriarity attended St. John's University. He also obtained a master's degree in public health from the University of Minnesota. He graduated from medical school at the University of Minnesota and performed his residency at St. John's Hospital.

Dr. Klingberg graduated from Marquette University and completed medical school at Loyola University, Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago. She completed her family medicine residency training at St. Joseph's Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she also served as chief resident.

Dr. Sheehy attended college and medical school at the University of Minnesota. She also completed her residency training in St. Louis Park through a program affiliated with the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Peterson completed her undergraduate work at Hamline University. She continued her studies at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine and performed her pediatric residency at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Patrice Burgess reviews medical content for Healthwise, a nonprofit organization with a mission to help people make better health decisions. Dr. Burgess is a family practice physician in Boise, Idaho, and is a part-time faculty member at the Family Practice Residency of Idaho. An accomplished instructor, Dr. Burgess received the Faculty Teacher of the Year Award for 1998 1999 and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine Award in 1993. Dr. Burgess is a past president of the Idaho Medical Association and the current American Medical Association Delegate for Idaho. She also does some administrative work for Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. She assists the hospital with physician relations and the physician component of implementing an electronic health record. She has served as Associate Medical Director for Healthwise, Incorporated, since October 2000.

Dr. Sabol has many years of experience as a medical oncologist and hematologist with recent work in Brainerd, MN. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Oncology. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. Dr. Sabol also completed a hematology/oncology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and participated in a bone marrow transplant program at Hahneman University Hospital, both located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Cheema comes to HealthEast from St. Mary's Hospital in Rhinelander, Wisconsin where he served as a staff physician and consultant since 2003. He also practiced at University Hospital - University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Dr. Cheema shares our passion for quality patient care and customer service.

Ross McBride, MD, a board-certified radiation oncologist, studied business finance at Brigham Young University and medicine at the University of Texas. He completed his residency at Henry Ford Hospital. Prior to joining HealthEast, Dr. McBride practiced in Springfield, Missouri, where he served as a co-medical director of stereotactic radio surgery, and in Redding, California, where he developed an Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) program. He is an active member of the American Brachytherapy Society.

Dr. Thayer attended Drake University and Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. He performed his residency at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis.
