Joe K. Edwards serves as Chief Operating Officer for HealthSCOPE Benefits, Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Edwards is responsible for overseeing all claims administration, information systems, finance and banking requirements. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance for HSB. Mr. Edwards served as Senior Vice President of Finance for CNA Health Partners, HealthSCOPE Benefits' predecessor company. Prior to employment with CNA Health Partners in 1991, Mr. Edwards served as the Chief Financial Officer for Burgett & Dietrich, Inc. and as Chief Financial Officer for Nabholz Construction Company. Mr. Edwards received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

James D. Johnson serves as Senior Vice President, Benefits Administration for HealthSCOPE Benefits, Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Johnson is responsible for all claims administration and information systems operations of the company. He also served as Senior Vice President of CNA Health Partners, HealthSCOPE Benefits' predecessor company. Prior to employment with CNA Health Partners in 1991, Mr. Johnson served as Manager of Group Health Claims Administration for Travelers Insurance for thirteen years and an additional eight years as Vice President of Third Party Administration and Health Maintenance Organization Claims Administration with Aetna. Mr. Johnson has an extensive background of claims knowledge and was successful in establishing claims administration services for our company. Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Robert "Bob" Bracy serves as Vice President of Business Development and Account Management for HealthSCOPE Benefits. In this capacity, Mr. Bracy is responsible for new business development and account management company wide. Prior to joining HealthSCOPE Benefits, he served as Regional Vice President of a TPA beginning in 2002. Mr. Bracy began his career in the Employee Benefits Division of a local Arkansas insurance Company over 25 years ago. Mr. Bracy holds the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation, is past president of the Central Arkansas Association of Health Underwriters (CAAHU) and past president of the Arkansas State Health Underwriters Association (AAHU). He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Marketing from the University of Arkansas.

Susan Johnson serves as Regional Vice President of Account Management for the Southern Region for HealthSCOPE Benefits, a CenBen USA Company. In this capacity, Ms. Johnson is responsible for new business implementation, current client account service and renewals. Prior to this position, Mrs. Johnson served as Director of Benefits Administration for HealthSCOPE Benefits, Inc. She was responsible for managing and monitoring customer service, claim accuracy, and promptness of payments to meet and exceed industry standards, as well as human resource development, which encompasses salary/incentive compensation planning, interviewing, staffing, career counseling, and personnel appraisals. She also served as Director of Employee Benefits Division of CNA Health Partners, HealthSCOPE Benefits' predecessor company. Prior to employment with CNA Health Partners, Mrs. Johnson worked for CNA. Her extensive experience in health insurance administration spans more than twenty years.

Anna Holt serves as Director of Account Management and Sales for HealthSCOPE Benefits on the West Coast. In this capacity, Ms. Holt is responsible for the management of existing clients as well as new business development and broker relationships in her given territory. Prior to joining HealthSCOPE Benefits in 2008, she served as a consultant and broker in the Dallas, Texas area for 10 years. In these positions, Ms. Holt was responsible for the management of both national and regional clients, representing $2 million in annual revenue.

Cathleen Armstrong serves as Director of Claims Administration for HealthSCOPE Benefits, Inc. In this capacity, Ms. Armstrong is responsible for managing and monitoring customer service, claims accuracy, and promptness of payments to meet and exceed industry standards. She also served as Manager of the Employee Benefits Division for CNA Health Partners, HealthSCOPE Benefits' predecessor company. Prior to employment with CNA Health Partners in 1994, Ms. Armstrong was in the property, casualty, health and workers compensation claims areas. Her claims experience spans over the last twenty two years.

Ed Grooms serves as Director of Business Systems for HealthSCOPE Benefits and CenBen USA. In this capacity Mr. Grooms is currently providing project-management oversight traveling between CenBen USA operations centers overseeing the Company's critical technology enhancement initiatives. Mr. Grooms joined HealthSCOPE Benefits as the Manager of Information Technology in HealthSCOPE's Nashville, TN office in November of 1998. In this position, Mr. Grooms has served in many corporate level project management roles including claims systems migrations, numerous autopay improvements, consumer-driven product research, HIPAA Privacy implementation as well as recently served as the Company's HIPAA Privacy Official. Mr. Grooms received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Office Management from Middle Tennessee State University and has been in the health insurance administration industry for more than twenty-four years.

Susan Allen serves as Director of Customer Service for HealthSCOPE Benefits, Inc. In this capacity, Ms. Allen is responsible for managing all aspects of customer service promptness and quality; managing the training of new staff and ongoing training of current associates; and overseeing the audit process of the claims department. Prior to employment with HealthSCOPE Benefits, Ms. Allen began a Claims Administration office, where she managed to increase her customer base by 99 percent. She was responsible for all aspects of self-insured services, customer service, claims management and systems. Her claims experience spans over the last thirty years.

Sam Clabon serves as Manager of Customer Service for HealthSCOPE Benefits, INC. In this capacity, Mr. Clabon is responsible for the day to day operation of the Customer Service Unit.He also served as Manager of member services CNA Health Partners, HealthSCOPE Benefits' predecessor company. Prior to employment with CNA Health Partners in 1995, Mr. Clabon served four years as Manager of a Customer Service unit for USABLE Administrators. Mr.Clabon has 22 years experience in the Third Party Administration field, starting with claim processing, and quality assurance and customer service.
