James King brings nearly two decades of experience and leadership in the healthcare industry to River Oaks Imaging and Diagnostics as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. King brings with him a high commitment to service and a true empathy for patients and respect for their physicians which can be seen at River Oaks Imaging since his joining in early 2006. His national experience prior to River Oaks Imaging includes Group Vice President for HealthSouth Corporation in Birmingham, Alabama and Senior Vice President of Alliance Imaging in Anaheim, California. Mr. King has fifteen years of clinical practice specializing in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation and has made over 120 regional and national professional presentations and publications. He is Past-President of The American Society of Hand Therapists and recipient of Lifetime Membership and the Society's highest honor, The Nathalie Barr Lectureship. Mr. King earned his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1979, later graduating with an MA in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman's University in 1992.

Dr. Grindal was born and raised in the Chicago area. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northwestern University and a Medical Degree from the University of Illinois. He served as flight surgeon in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and subsequently obtained his neurologic training at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Grindal went on to serve as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Medical College of Virginia until 1978 when he relocated in private practice in Sarasota. Dr. Grindal was board certified in Neurology in 1977. During his private practice of neurology, Dr. Grindal has served as Director of the Alzheimer-Parkinson program at Sarasota Memorial Hospital during the 1980's. He has also served as a principal investigator on numerous clinical studies using investigational drugs for Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and acute stroke. He has published numerous articles on a variety of neurologic topics. Dr. Grindal is currently the Medical Director of the Stroke Program at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and the Medical Director of the Stroke and Neurologic Program at HealthSouth in Sarasota. He has been selected among the Best Doctors In America in 1997 and 1998. Dr. Grindal has a longstanding professional and personal interest in Alzheimer's disease and other dementing illnesses.

David Mills now enters his 13th season at Shaw University as the Director of the Sports Medicine program. Mills' responsibilities include recognizing, evaluating, treating, disposition and managing of all athletic related injuries. He is also responsible for educating and counseling student-athletes and coaches in sports medicine. Mills has been actively involved in the sports medicine profession over the last 20 years in a variety of environments which include high school athletics, collegiate athletics, the National Football League, the World League of American Football and the USISL Professional Soccer League. In addition to his duties at Shaw University, Mills is the North Carolina Director of Sports Medicine for HEALTHSOUTH. Mills' expertise has also afforded him the opportunity to travel internationally to Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Holland as coordinator of sports medicine for and international youth sports initiative sponsored by Sports International Mills is a 1989 graduate of North Carolina State University. A native of Greensboro, NC Mills is certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association.

Andrea has been a practicing physical therapist since 1988 and has been with HealthSouth since 1993. Her specialties include lower extremity biomechanics, foot and ankle rehabilitation, manual therapy, and sports and dance medicine. She has her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton and Bachelor of Performing Arts from Towson University. In 1999, she completed her Manual Therapy Certification from the Institute of Physical Therapy. She is a member of the company's national clinical education team, is the National Dance Medicine Director, and is the Regional Clinical Coordinator for the Baltimore area. Since1994, she has developed Baltimore's only Dance Medicine Program, coordinated the Annual Dance Medicine Symposium at Goucher College, and presented research in the dance medicine field in the United States and abroad. She has worked with dancers from the New York City Ballet, Washington Ballet, Broadway's Fosse, and Chicago and Maryland Ballet Theatre as well as many local professional and amateur dancers. Andrea also has experience and an interest in the treatment of runners. Her expertise of lower extremity dysfunctions has led her to treat nationally known runners Gwen and Mark Coogan. She has also worked with Olympic marathoner and world champion Mark Plaatjes, a physical therapist of Boulder, CO and has rehabilitated many local runners. She has been a member of the Howard County Striders, Baltimore Road Runers club, and Frederick Steeplechasers, and an instructor for HEALTHSOUTH's running curriculum. On a personal level, Andrea has semi-retired from professional dancing but continues to teach on occasion. She has turned her energies into training for road races, triathlons, and duathlons. She holds age group awards in each of the different competitions.

Mr. Meadows has over fifteen years of experience in facility project management. Highlights from his career include his tenure at HEALTHSOUTH Corporation in Birmingham, Alabama where he held the positions of Project Manager and Vice President of Facility Management, consecutively. In his role as Project Manager, Mr. Meadows managed external engineers, architects and contractors to complete over 500 construction and renovation projects and managed construction processes for multiple facilities. As Vice President of Facility Management, Mr. Meadows was directly responsible for the overall management of over 2000 HEALTHSOUTH facilities nationwide, including 100 Directors of Plant Operations in 25 States. Prior to joining ADAMS, he was Director of Portfolio Management at The Remi Group in Charlotte, North Carolina and previously, Business Development Manager at Royal and Sunalliance where he provided consulting on capital expenditures of medical equipment and services in the healthcare market. As Senior Project Manager Program Management at ADAMS, Mr. Meadows is responsible for planning, design and construction program oversight and management as well as providing consulting services. He manages large and multiple project delivery teams to provide coordinated expertise, standardized tools and project management advice to the client. His duties also include mentoring Project Managers as well as Assistant Project Managers. Mr. Meadows holds an Associate of Arts in Architecture from the Jefferson State University School of Business in Birmingham.

Darrell Pile has been a resident of our community for over 15 years and is Executive Vice President of Tomball Regional Medical Center. Darrell has over 25 years of experience as an administrator with hospital corporations including HCA, Triumph, Healthsouth and Tenet where he served as associate administrator/director of development for Houston Northwest Medical Center. He earned his masters degree in Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University in 1981. Dave has been employed by HEALTHSOUTH since 1996 as a Sports Medicine and Industrial Rehab Specialist. He has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 1996 and a Certified Health-Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine since 2004.Dave is also Chair of the Sports Medicine Committee for the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Powerlifting Committee and has been a member of the AAUPL Board of Directors since 2002 in addition to being an International Level Powerlifting Referee. He is a Nationally and Internationally ranked Master's Division Powerlifter winning National and International Championships over the past 15 years and is holder of a number of records in the 198# and 220# weight classes for Squat and Dead Lift. Kim Feffer is a broker associate specializing in office properties and has extensive knowledge of and experience within the Colorado Springs market. He was board-certified as a Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by the ABPTS in 2001 and earned his competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation from Emory University in 2002. He completed a residency in Orthpaedic Manual Physical Therapy with the Ola Grimsby Institute to earn his professional doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2005. Charles M. Elson is the Edgar S. Woolard, Jr., Chair in Corporate Governance and the Director of the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance at the University of Delaware. He is also "Of Counsel" to the law firm of Holland & Knight. He formerly served as a Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida from 1990 until 2001. His fields of expertise include corporations, securities regulation and corporate governance. He is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Virginia Law School, and has served as a law clerk to Judges J. Harvie Wilkinson III and Elbert P. Tuttle of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits. He has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Illinois College of Law, the Cornell Law School, and the University of Maryland School of Law, and is a Salvatori Fellow at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C. and a member of the American Law Institute. Professor Elson has written extensively on the subject of boards of directors. He is a frequent contributor on corporate governance issues to various scholarly and popular publications. He served on the National Association of Corporate Directors' Commissions on Director Compensation, Director Professionalism, CEO Succession, Audit Committees, Strategic Planning and Director Evaluation, was a member of its Best Practices Council on Coping With Fraud and Other Illegal Activity, and presently serves on that organization’s Advisory Council. He was Vice Chairman of the ABA Business Law Section’s Committee on Corporate Governance and a member of its Committee on Corporate Laws. Donald L. Correll is president and chief executive officer (CEO) of American Water, the largest investor-owned U.S. water and wastewater utility company. For
more than 30 years, Mr. Correll has held leadership roles in the water industry and is known for developing a high-quality, customer-oriented culture in the
companies he manages, resulting in outstanding service and improved stakeholder value.
Mr. Correll leads a team of more than 7,000 dedicated professionals who provide drinking water, wastewater and other related services to approximately 15
million people in 32 states and Ontario, Canada. He is responsible for developing the overall strategy and vision of American Water and directing its key
business development initiatives.
Prior to joining American Water on April 17, 2006, Mr. Correll served as president and CEO of Pennichuck Corp., a New Hampshire-based water utility holding
company. During his tenure, Pennichuck reported solid financial performance and growth in market value and customer service.
Mr. Correll spent 25 years with United Water Resources, a leading investor-owned water services company, where he served as chairman, president and CEO from
1991 through 2001. Under his direction, the company's market capitalization increased from $400 million to $1.8 billion and its revenue base grew from $150
million to $500 million. He is also credited with expanding the United Water customer base from 1 million in two states to 7.5 million in 19 states.
Mr. Correll serves on the boards of a variety of civic, professional and business organizations, including the Environmental Financial Advisory Board of the
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the National Association of Water Companies. In addition, he is a member of the board of directors of HealthSouth

Mr. Styles has 23 years of healthcare ownership, development, operations and management experience. He began his career with Mid America Healthcare Group where he was involved in the design, construction, ownership and management of acute care hospitals.
John W. Chidsey has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board since April 2006. Mr. Chidsey became Executive Chairman of our board on July 1, 2008. From September 2005 until April 2006, he was our President and Chief Financial Officer and from June 2004 until September 2005, he was our President of North America. Mr. Chidsey joined us as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer in March 2004 and held that position until June 2004. From January 1996 to March 2003, Mr. Chidsey served in numerous positions at Cendant Corporation, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of the Vehicle Services Division and the Financial Services Division.
Mr. Shaw has served since 2006 as Senior Managing Director of Breeden & Co., and formerly served as General Counsel of Aetna Inc. (1999 to 2003) and Chase Manhattan Bank (1983 to 1996). While with Aetna, Mr. Shaw also served as Executive Vice President and as a member of the Office of the Chairman. Mr. Shaw previously acted as independent counsel to the Board of Directors of the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. (January to September 2004), and also served as chief corporate officer for North America of National Westminster Bank (1996 to 1999). Prior to 1983, Mr. Shaw was a partner in a major New York law firm, and after retiring from Aetna in 2003 and prior to joining Breeden & Co., Mr. Shaw was of counsel to Gibson Dunn and Crutcher. Mr. Shaw is currently a director of Mine Safety Appliances Co. and HealthSouth Corporation. Mr. Shaw is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Board of Directors.
