Anne Wilkins is responsible for strategy, marketing and innovations. She joined Healthways in 2008 after over fifteen years with the Boston Consulting Group, where she was Partner and Managing Director and lead of their North America Payer practice. Anne has worked with many health care companies to address issues of strategy, corporate development, operational effectiveness, integration and organizational change. She has a particular interest in how all the stakeholders in health care, including individuals, employers, payers and providers, can work to improve health, well-being and productivity. Anne has co-authored papers including Realizing the Promise of Disease Management and a series on The Emerging World of Medical Management. Anne holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she concentrated in strategic management and marketing, and a BS in finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Connecticut.

In 2003, after 26 years of private practice in Tampa, Florida, Dr. James E. Pope joined Healthways' as Chief Medical Officer. In that role, he was responsible for all medical quality initiatives. Currently, as Chief Operating Officer since 2006, he oversees product development, delivery and support for all US business. Dr. Pope serves on the Board of Directors for the DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance. He has co-authored numerous journal articles, and held a number of executive positions, including: President of the HeartCare Institute of Tampa; and President and Medical Director of Florida Cardiac Network, Inc. He also served on the faculty at Wake Forest's Bowman Gray School of Medicine.

John Reed, MD, MD(H) is the Chief Medical Officer of the Health Support division of Healthways, Inc., and a Senior Consultant for Program Development at the University of Maryland Center for Integrative Medicine. He is a board-certified family physician who has earned national recognition for his clinical skills in alternative disciplines and as a founding member of the American Holistic Medical Association. Dr. Reed maintains an integrative pain management practice at the Kaplan Clinic in Arlington, Va.

Mary Chaput’s significant international business and finance experience spans the healthcare, information services, manufacturing and venture capital consulting industries. Prior to joining Healthways, she held senior-level positions with General Electric, Pharmaco International and ClinTrials Research, in addition to co-founding management consulting firm Paragon Ventures

Mr. Stone has more than 30 years experience in healthcare management and is a pioneer in the disease management space. He co-founded Healthways in 1981 under the name of American Healthcorp and currently serves as the company's chief strategist and executive vice president.

Matthew Kelliher is responsible for the overall strategy and operations of Healthways International. He is directly involved in developing and expanding care and disease management services to overseas markets. Past experience includes serving as the Co-founder and President of StatusOne Health Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Healthways, Executive Director of the Health Centers Division at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Vice President of Quality Management at Harvard Community Health Plan.

Chris is responsible for People and Culture strategy and implementation at Healthways. This includes Compensation and Benefits, Internal Communications, Education, Organization and Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Processes, and the relationship with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. He is passionate about creating an environment within organizations where individuals can truly thrive. Healthways was recently recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S and by Training Magazine as a Top 125 organization for colleague development. Prior to joining Healthways in 2001, Chris spent several years as a consultant working with multiple large organizations in the U.S. and Canada. As a consultant, Chris focused on teams in organizations, organizational culture, as well as organizational change and effectiveness. Chris received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and his Master’s in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. He is married with two wild young children.

Beth Keyser is Vice President of Health Support for Healthways, a health and care support company, based in Nashville, TN. Healthways works closely with employers, government and health plan sponsors to slow disease progression and promote wellness. Beth joined Healthways as the organization was entering the wellness market space and currently acts as the strategic liaison between the sales and product teams. Prior to Healthways, Beth was part of the founding management team at Gordian Health Solutions. As an Executive Vice President, Beth was responsible for directing all aspects of contracted health management initiatives. Beth began her career in wellness by building a successful corporate health management programs for a 277 site financial institution in the Southeast. Beth is a Certified Health Education Specialist through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing Inc. and is also a Certified Health Promotion Director through the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi College of Health and Human Science and an Executive Masters of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). In addition to the Lisa Ross Parker Foundation, Beth also serves on the board of Graduate Alumni Health Programs at UAB. Beth is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Shannon Thigpen is a wellness coach, speaker, and personal trainer. She has a B.A. from Rutgers University. Shannon's national certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), and YMCA. She is also an instructor coordinator for Healthways, Inc. where she evaluates instructors that teach SilverSneakers classes and conducts seminars for healthy living. With a passion for wellness and helping others pursue lifestyle changes, she is certified to teach various disciplines such as strength training, circuit, yoga, pilates, soul-line dancing and salsa!aerobics. Also serving as the coordinator of the fitness component of the Healthcare and Fitness Ministry at Bible-Based Fellowship Church, she has helped organize their first Annual Health Fair, a twelve-week fitness challenge, and a 5K walk. For three years, Shannon was the Wellness Supervisor at the Northwest Tampa YMCA and YMCA Express. Contributing to transforming lives, Shannon has also been an instructor at the Summer Enrichment Camp, Inc. for girls founded in Tampa. She served as the fitness coordinator at the 2006 Ms. Black USA NJ pageant, and as the fitness coordinator at the 2007 Ms. Black USA in the Gambia, Africa. For the past five years she has written a monthly fitness column for a community newspaper, the World of Westchase. She has participated in various races including Gasparilla 15K in Tampa, Avon 5K at USF in Tampa, and Komens Race for a Cure 10Ks in Boston, MA and St. Petersburg, FL.

Prior to this, Dr. Taunton-Rigby was President and Chief Executive Officer of Aquila Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., a public life sciences company that was merged in late 2000 with Antigenics Inc. She was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Biotech Corporation, where she led the turnaround, restructuring and emergence from bankruptcy. In addition, she has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mitotix Inc., now merged with GPC Biotech. Previous to this position, she was Senior Vice President, Biotherapeutics, at Genzyme Corporation, where she had overall responsibility for Genzyme's biotherapeutics division. Dr. Taunton-Rigby has also served in senior management positions at Vivotech Inc., Biogen, Inc. and Collaborative Research, Inc.

Dr. England, 70, has been a director of the Company since September 2004. Dr. England has served as President of Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts since July 2001. From 1990 to 2001, she served as President of the Washington Business Group on Health. Prior to 1990, she served as Vice President of Prudential Insurance Co., Associate Dean at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard, Commissioner of Social Services, and Associate Commissioner of Mental Health in Massachusetts. She serves on the board of directors of NSF International.
