Anne Wilkins is responsible for strategy, marketing and innovations. She joined Healthways in 2008 after over fifteen years with the Boston Consulting Group, where she was Partner and Managing Director and lead of their North America Payer practice. Anne has worked with many health care companies to address issues of strategy, corporate development, operational effectiveness, integration and organizational change. She has a particular interest in how all the stakeholders in health care, including individuals, employers, payers and providers, can work to improve health, well-being and productivity. Anne has co-authored papers including Realizing the Promise of Disease Management and a series on The Emerging World of Medical Management. Anne holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she concentrated in strategic management and marketing, and a BS in finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Connecticut.

In 2003, after 26 years of private practice in Tampa, Florida, Dr. James E. Pope joined Healthways' as Chief Medical Officer. In that role, he was responsible for all medical quality initiatives. Currently, as Chief Operating Officer since 2006, he oversees product development, delivery and support for all US business. Dr. Pope serves on the Board of Directors for the DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance. Beth Keyser is Vice President of Health Support for Healthways, a health and care support company, based in Nashville, TN. Healthways works closely with employers, government and health plan sponsors to slow disease progression and promote wellness. Beth joined Healthways as the organization was entering the wellness market space and currently acts as the strategic liaison between the sales and product teams. Prior to Healthways, Beth was part of the founding management team at Gordian Health Solutions. As an Executive Vice President, Beth was responsible for directing all aspects of contracted health management initiatives. Beth began her career in wellness by building a successful corporate health management programs for a 277 site financial institution in the Southeast. Beth is a Certified Health Education Specialist through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing Inc. and is also a Certified Health Promotion Director through the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi College of Health and Human Science and an Executive Masters of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). In addition to the Lisa Ross Parker Foundation, Beth also serves on the board of Graduate Alumni Health Programs at UAB. Beth is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Shannon Thigpen is a wellness coach, speaker, and personal trainer. She has a B.A. from Rutgers University. Shannon's national certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), and YMCA. She is also an instructor coordinator for Healthways, Inc. where she evaluates instructors that teach SilverSneakers classes and conducts seminars for healthy living. With a passion for wellness and helping others pursue lifestyle changes, she is certified to teach various disciplines such as strength training, circuit, yoga, pilates, soul-line dancing and salsa!aerobics. Also serving as the coordinator of the fitness component of the Healthcare and Fitness Ministry at Bible-Based Fellowship Church, she has helped organize their first Annual Health Fair, a twelve-week fitness challenge, and a 5K walk. For three years, Shannon was the Wellness Supervisor at the Northwest Tampa YMCA and YMCA Express. Contributing to transforming lives, Shannon has also been an instructor at the Summer Enrichment Camp, Inc. for girls founded in Tampa. She served as the fitness coordinator at the 2006 Ms. Black USA NJ pageant, and as the fitness coordinator at the 2007 Ms. Black USA in the Gambia, Africa. For the past five years she has written a monthly fitness column for a community newspaper, the World of Westchase. She has participated in various races including Gasparilla 15K in Tampa, Avon 5K at USF in Tampa, and Komens Race for a Cure 10Ks in Boston, MA and St. Petersburg, FL.
