As senior vice president of the Western Region, Anthony is responsible for the originating new investment opportunities, maintaining builder relationships and supporting the management overview of Hearthstone5 as an Investment Manager where he had direct investment portfolio management for assets with a combined market value of over $1 billion located in the southwestern United States. Mr. Botte joined Hearthstone from Davidson Communities (San Diego), where he was Assistant Vice President/Project Manager responsible for construction operations of individual residential developments. Preceding Davidson Communities, he was a project manager for McKellar Development of La Jolla. Anthony is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego achieving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and is a licensed general contractor in the State of California. He currently serves on the Residential Real Estate Advisory Board for the University of San Diego.

Cindy Gilmore serves as Corporate Vice President and a member of the Investment Committee. Gilmore is responsible for originating new investment opportunities, maintaining builder relationships for the Eastern United States, as well as acting as the lead customer support contact for the entire Hearthstone investment portfolio in the United States. Gilmore joined Hearthstone in 1996 as an Investment Manager, managing the assets of investment portfolio in the Midwest. Prior to Hearthstone, she served in sales & marketing management positions with leading homebuilding companies, including Town & Country Homes in Chicago. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma with a major in advertising and dual minors in Mathematics and History.

Cheryl is the Director of Fiscal Operations for Hearthstone. In addition to accounting experience in the public sector, she has an extensive background in nonprofit accounting with organizations providing mental health and social services. Cheryl brings an in-depth knowledge of fiscal operations, budgeting, and audits.

Sean Caulfield's Alzheimer advocacy developed from his early experience as a caregiver. With experience as an Executive Director of an Alzheimer's program in Marlborough, Massachusetts, a support group facilitator for Alzheimer's caregivers, and most recently, Director of Community Outreach for Hearthstone Alzheimer Care in Massachusetts and New York, Sean is a leader in innovative non-pharmacologic treatment approaches for people living with Alzheimer's. An active member of the Bay Path Alzheimer's Partneship, serving patients and caregivers in the Metro-West area of Massachusetts, Sean has also served on the Advocacy Committee of the Alzheimer's Association in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Sean frequently lectures on creativity and Alzheimer's at hospitals, universities, senior centers, and police and fire departments throughout the Northeast United States. He has been a keynote speaker for the Alzheimer's Association in Rockland County, New York, and has led workshops at the Massachusetts Alzheimer's Association's annual Map through the Maze conference. Sean's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts serves him well in his work.

Sue Blackler joined the Hearthstone team in 1995 with over twenty years of experience working in nursing homes and home care. She provided care for a relative with Alzheimer's for five years, and has worked on a home health agency hospice team, caring for a diverse population of patients of all ages, including people with end-stage cancer and dementia. She worked for the Town of Upton, connecting home-bound elders with services, and was a member of the state Ombudsman Program. She has expertise in emergency preparedness and fire safety, and has worked with local fire departments and police in our various locations to develop and implement systems to ensure safety for residents and staff. Most recently, she has been instrumental in the development of Hearthstone's Enhanced Life Program.

Stefanie Miliman is the first full year President of the Washington County Rotaract Club. She was raised in Beaverton, Oregon for most of her life. The community has become very important to her and she now has the opportunity and abilities to give back. Stefanie was introduced to Rotary during the summer of 2007 when she was given the opportunity to attend RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards). RYLA was, and continues, to be a huge inspiration and motivator for Stefanie, and since her attendance she has become very passionate about Rotary Youth programs. Rotary allows anyone, even just one person, to make a noticeable difference in others lives. She was part of the Rotaract Club of Washington County charter and continues to be very involved with the club and their community service efforts. Currently she is also a member of the RYLA 2009 Committee and has been a counselor since 2008. A Since her introduction to Rotary, many aspect of Stefaniea s life have changed. She received a Bachelors of Psychology at Portland State University in June of 2007. She is currently studying at Marylhurst University in the MBA program and working full time at Hearthstone at Murrayhill Retirement Community. She has been working at Hearthstone for almost 6 years, supervising thirty staff members. Stefanie lives in North Portland and enjoys the Mississippi Avenue community, commuting by bike, and snowboarding in her free time.

As general counsel, Tracy Carver is responsible for managing the negotiation and documentation of Hearthstonelege of the Law in 1987 and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University. Carver is a member of the State Bar of California.
