Ray George is a veteran of the toy, consumer electronics and videogame industries. As a pioneer of game platforms, Mr. George established CyberVision back in 1977. The company's first personal computer sold over $2.5 million in sales to Montgomery Ward alone. Following a sale of the proprietary technology, Mr. George acquired the Bally Consumer Division and eventually created AstroCade in 1982 which was voted the number one game console by Consumer Reports. Mr. George was also responsible for the launch of the game Wizard, one of the hottest selling games of its time. He served with Nolan Bushnell on numerous CES Show panels, as a result of his influential and trend-setting style in the emerging video game industry. AstroCade was optioned by Fisher Price when the parent company was Quaker Oats. Mr. George went on to become the Director of Sales for Century Products (part of the Gerber Furniture Group) and the Vice President of Sales for Developmental Play Craft which sold record numbers of product including Omagles to retailers such as Sears & Roeburk. At this time, Mr. George also established a relationship with Associated Sales and Kmart Trading. He was the agent for many items including premiums for kids meals, bicycles for Campbell Soup and introduced a host of sporting goods products. Mr. George developed and maintained strategic business relationships with various manufacturers, designers and distributors in the toy and electronics industries. His is frequently called upon to evaluate new products, locate strategic personnel and conduct introductions. Mr. George has been involved in several aspects of the toy and electronics industries including the arrangement of the final development of toy concepts and all aspects of marketing and sales. Since 1990 Mr. George has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CMC Magnetics, one of the world's largest suppliers of electronic media. Mr. George is currently the President and ECO of Trafalgar International Ltd., a unique toy sales and marketing resource group. He has handled the introduction of new lines such as Grip Ball with Aviva Sports, Cool Tech and Rocket Sock. He works with upstart companies like Free Fun Toys, Many Amazing Ideas (MAI) as well as more established firms such as Hedstrom, Little Tikes, Hashel Exports and Precision Products. Additionally, Mr. George serves as Consultant and Master Representative for COSCO to the Institutional Market. Mr. George has managed and directed sales groups for consumer products over the last thirty years and his marketing experience has been one of success worldwide.
