Brad Holden is the Managing Partner, Central States Region and Sector Leader, Global Automotive Practice. Previously he served as the Office Managing Partner of the firm's Chicago office. Robert E. "Bob" Hallagan became Chairman of the National Association of Corporate Directors in January 2006. He is currently Vice Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Hallagan successfully led Heidrick & Struggles to record revenue growth and profitability as CEO of the firm. From 1981 to 1991, he was the Managing Partner of the Boston office, which he joined in 1977. Mr. Hallagan serves as Chairman of the NACD's Center for Board Leadership, a 501c3 organization, where he oversees its mission of developing "Best Practices" for effective board leadership. With a distinguished career in financial services before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Mr. Hallagan was Executive Vice President of the Boston Stock Exchange, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hawthorne Securities, and a Loan Officer with Citibank. Mr. Hallagan is a director of ResCare, Inc., Berkshire Life Insurance Company, the Massachusetts Business Roundtable, and the Harvard Business School Alumni Association.
