David H. Kirske joined us in July 2004 and serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From June 2001 to December 2003, Mr. Kirske served as a financial consultant to a number of public and privately held companies, as well as several not-for-profit entities. From January 1999 to June 2001, he was the Corporate Controller for F5 Networks, a leading provider of integrated Internet traffic management solutions. Mr. Kirske was the Corporate Controller and Treasurer for Redhook Brewery, a specialty manufacturer of craft beers, from 1993 to January 1999. Timothy Falla, Ph.D. is our Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Falla joined the Company as Chief Scientific Officer in June 2001 and was appointed as a Vice President in December 2001. He is responsible for developing the Company's science and technology and for its application to clinical and non-clinical product candidates. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Falla was employed by IntraBiotics Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company developing novel antibacterial and antifungal drugs for the prevention or treatment of serious infectious diseases. As Principal Scientist he led a multi-disciplinary scientific research team focused on antibacterial drug discovery and development. Prior to his tenure with IntraBiotics Dr. Falla held research associate positions at the University of British Columbia and The Antimicrobial Research Centre at the University of Leeds. Dr. Falla received his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Biology from the University of Wales in 1989, and obtained his Ph.D. in the Molecular Biology of Infectious Disease from Oxford University and the University of Wales in 1993.

Jeffrey A. Miller, PhD, 56, is the CEO and fund manager and has guided the Sector Rotation Fund throughout its exceptional history. Through his years of experience in trading options, futures, and equities, Jeff has come to be regarded as an expert in interpreting the effect of news on the markets and individual stocks. Since he worked for nearly ten years as a researcher and forecaster, he has a deep understanding of how the NewArc models work. He trades the models effectively and knows when to intervene. Daniel O. Wilds , is our president and chief executive officer. From 1998 to July 2003, Mr. Wilds served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc., a biotechnology company focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing immunotherapy products that safely generate and enhance immune system responses to effectively treat cancer. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Wilds served as president and chief executive officer of Shiloov Biotechnologies (USA), Inc. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Wilds served as president and chief executive officer of Adeza Biomedical Corporation, prior to which he served as president and chief executive officer of Medisense, Inc. and president of Baxter's Chemotherapy Service. David M. O Connor has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2006. Since 1998, Mr. O Connor has been a consultant with Westfield Consultants Group, an independent business consulting firm. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. O Connor was the President and a member of the board of directors of Merle Norman Cosmetics International, and prior to that he served as an executive officer of InterCare Medical Group & Emergency Department Physicians Medical Group, Visage Beaute Cosmetics, and Merle Norman Cosmetics, Inc. In addition, Mr. O Connor served as the Chairman of the board of directors of the Robert F. Randall L-W. Caudill, D.Phil., was elected to our board of directors in December 2001. Dr. Caudill is the founder and president of Dunsford Hill Capital Partners, a financial consulting firm serving early-stage health care and technology companies. Dunsford Hill Capital Partners provided financial and management services to the Company in 2000 to 2003. From 1987 to 1997 Dr. Caudill was employed by Prudential Securities where he established and headed the firma s San Francisco investment banking practice. He also served as head of Prudentiala s Mergers and Acquisitions Department and was Co-head of Prudentiala s Investment Bank. Dr. Caudill currently serves on the boards of SCOLR Inc. and Ramgen Power Systems, Inc., as well as a number of not-for profit entities. John Fiddes, Ph.D. was appointed to serve as a Class II member of our board of directors in March 2003. He was the Vice President of Research, Health Care for Genencor International, Inc., a diversified biotechnology company that develops products and services for the bioproducts and health care markets from 2003 to 2004. Dr. Fiddes is the former CEO of Tao Biosciences, LLC, where he served during 2002. From 1994-2001 Dr. Fiddes held executive positions at IntraBiotics Pharmaceuticals, Inc., serving as Vice President of Research and Development and subsequently Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Preclinical Research. Dr. Fiddes also serves on the board of directors for Asilomar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dr. Fiddes received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Edinburgh, and his Doctorate Degree from King's College at Cambridge University in 1977. Richard M. Cohen. Mr. Cohen became a member of our Board of Directors in August 2007 and is Chairperson of the Audit Committee. Since 1996, he has been the President of Richard M. Cohen Consultants, a financial services consulting company that accepts engagements from public and private companies to assist with their corporate governance and corporate finance needs. Since 2003 Mr. Cohen has served as a director of Dune Energy, Inc., a publicly traded energy company (AMEX: DNE) for which he served as chief financial officer from November 2003 to April 2005. He is also currently serving as corporate secretary of Dune. Since February 2006, Mr. Cohen has served as a director of Helix Biomedix Inc. (OTCBB: HXBM.OB) and as the Chief Financial Officer of ABC Funding Inc. (OTCBB: AFDG.OB). Since July 2007, Mr. Cohen has served as a director of Universal Travel Group (OTCBB:UTVG.OB), which provides domestic and international air ticketing, hotel reservations, tourism services and freight forwarding services across China. Dr. Baker is currently at Gilead Sciences, following Gilead's acquisition of Corus in 2006. He joined Corus Pharma as Vice President, Research in June 2002, with more than 20 years of research and drug discovery experience. Prior to joining Corus Pharma, Dr. Baker was Chief Operating Officer and VP Research for Optimer Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he focused on developing novel therapeutics for infectious disease and cancer. Previously, Dr. Baker served as Senior Vice President of Research and Preclinical Development for PathoGenesis Corporation. Prior to PathoGenesis, Dr. Baker was Associate Research Fellow at Abbott Laboratories, where he directed research in cardiovascular and anti-infective drug discovery. While at Abbott his research developed the 11, 12 carbamate reaction sequence and full sugar analogs technology that enabled the ketolide class of macrolide antibiotics. Dr. Baker received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Illinois, Champaign and his BS degree in chemistry from the University of Washington.
