Dan Brogan was appointed president and chief operating officer of Manco, Inc., on December 24, 2000. Dan understands and believes in the values that set Manco apart from other companies. He brings to his position a wealth of sales experience and knowledge. He understands the unique relationship between a manufacturer, a retailer and its customers. Dan's attention to detail and understanding of the sales process has helped Manco and its customers achieve record sales numbers throughout his tenure with the company. Dan's leadership has guided Manco to tremendous sales growth. Prior to being named president, Dan served as Executive Vice President of Sales. He was responsible for directing all North American sales efforts for Duck , Loctite , and LePage branded products. In addition, he was responsible for Manco's Information Logistics area, which includes customer analysis and category management. Dan adapted to the Manco corporate culture quickly and has been recognized throughout his career for superior performance and leadership. He joined the company in 1987 and was named National Account Team Leader a year later. He has served as National Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales. He also serves on Manco's Executive Committee. Dan graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in marketing. He lives in Rocky River, Ohio, with his wife, Linda, and their three children.

AVON, OH - Bill Kahl, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Manco, Inc., is charged with leading Manco's international expansion efforts. Now owned by the Henkel Group, a multinational European firm, Manco is experiencing significant growth in international sales and exposure of key brands. A graduate of John Carroll Univesity, Kahl holds a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Finance. Since joining Manco in 1986, Bill spent seven years in sales, calling on Lowe's and Wal*Mart. He joined the marketing group in 1993 to lead new product development; currently, he heads Manco's three strategic business units, operating them effectively and with profitable results. Kahl is a member of the Cleveland Zoological Society Board of Trustees, John Carroll University Business Advisory Council, and Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) Board of Trustees. In 1999, Kahl was named a Distinguished Sales and Marketing Executive by the Sales and Marketing Executives of Cleveland (SME). Currently, Kahl resides in Bay Village, Ohio with his wife, JoAnn, and their three children: Michelle, age 10, Billy, age 9, and Brooke, age 5.

Mr. Mariotti, who founded The Enterprise Group in 1994, acts as an advisor and consultant to many leading companies. Additionally Mr. Mariotti is an internationally recognized executive, writer, and public speaker and has been listed in Who's Who in International Business, and Who's Who in U.S. Business. Mr. Mariotti serves as a Director on the boards of Acorn Products, Amrep, Inc., HomeCare Industries, Doskocil Manufacturing, Henkel Consumer Adhesives (formerly Manco, Inc.), and World Kitchen, Inc. where he is non-executive Chairman. Mr. Mariotti's career spans 40 years of diverse and successful business experience, 32 of it in four different industries. He was most recently (1992-1994) President of Rubbermaid Office Products Group, a $200+ million group of three U.S. divisions and six international operations spanning Europe, Asia, and Australia. Prior to this, Mr. Mariotti led Huffy Bicycles (1983-1992) to the preeminent position in the U.S. bicycle market, with a 33% share and over $300 million in sales. Huffy was the acknowledged product innovation, advertising and promotion leader, and the best known bicycle brand in North America. The Celina, Ohio factory where Huffy bicycles were then manufactured was widely known as the most productive in the world, and for its exemplary, high-involvement working relationship with its United Steel Worker workforce, and where it pioneered what is now known as TQM, Lean Production and Mass Customization.
