Thomas N. Amonett has served as a director of TODCO since May 2004. He was appointed as lead independent director of TODCO in October 2004 and was appointed Chairman of TODCO in February 2005. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Champion Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemicals and related services since 1999. From November 1998 to June 1999, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of American Residential Services, Inc., a company providing equipment and services relating to residential heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and indoor air quality systems and appliances. From July 1996 until June 1997, Mr. Amonett was Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Weatherford Enterra, Inc., an energy services and manufacturing company. F. Gardner Parker has served as a director since November 2005. From 1970 until 1984, Mr. Parker worked at Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young LLP), an accounting firm, and was a partner at that firm from 1978 until 1984. Mr. Parker has been Managing Outside Trust Manager with Camden Property Trust, a real estate investment trust, since 1998. He serves as director of Carrizo Oil and Gas, Inc., Crown Resources Corporation, Sharps Compliance Corp. and Blue Dolphin Energy Company.
Steven A. Webster has served as a director since May 2005. Mr. Webster has been President and Co-Managing Partner of Avista Capital Partners LP, a partnership focusing on private equity investments in energy, media, healthcare and other industries, since June 2005. Since 2000, he has been a consultant to Global Energy Partners, an affiliate of Credit Suisse First Boston LLC, which has specialized in private equity investments in the energy industry. Thomas Bates joined Lime Rock as a Managing Director in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bates served from 1998 through 2000 as President of the Discovery Group of Baker Hughes and was responsible for the integration of Western Atlas into Baker Hughes. Earlier, he served as President and CEO of Weatherford Enterra and was responsible in 1998 for its sale to EVI. Previously, Mr. Bates spent 15 years with Schlumberger in both domestic and international locations. Mr. Bates was responsible for the Sedco-Forex rig fleet in the North Sea from 1986 through 1990 and in the Asia/Middle East region from 1990 through 1992. Mr. Bates began his career with Shell Oil Company and was responsible for aspects of drilling research and drilling operations. He was a recipient of the 1995 University of Houston/American Society of Engineers Offshore Technology Conference Award for outstanding leadership and citizenship. Mr. Bates serves on the Board of Directors of Hercules Offshore, IDM Group, Rotary Steerable Tools, and Reservoir Exploration Technology. He previously served on the Board of Directors of NATCO Group, NQL Energy Services, Patriot Drilling, and vMonitor. Mr. Bates has over 31 years of experience in energy management and operations and energy private equity and is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.S.E., M.S.E., Ph.D.) with degrees in mechanical engineering. Stephen Stamas has served as the Chairman of The American Assembly of Columbia University, a New York-based not-for-profit organization involved in the study of public affairs, since mid 2005, a position he also held from 1987 until March 2003. Since 2007, Mr. Stamas has served as Chairman of the Nasher Foundation and the Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas. Mr. Stamas was formerly a member of the board of overseers of Harvard University, where he was president of the board from 1983-1985. From 2000 through June 2005, Mr. Webster was Chairman of Global Energy Partners, an affiliate of Credit Suisse First Boston's Alternative Capital Division. From 1988 through 1997, Mr. Webster was Chairman and CEO of Falcon Drilling Company, Inc. ("Falcon Drilling") an offshore drilling company he founded, and through 1999, served as President and CEO of R&B Falcon Corporation ("R&B Falcon"), the successor to Falcon Drilling formed through its merger with Reading & Bates Corporation and Cliffs Drilling Company. Mr. Webster served as a Vice Chairman of R&B Falcon until 2001 when it merged with Transocean, Inc. Mr. Webster formerly served on the Board of Directors of Crown Resources Corporation, Brigham Exploration Company, Goodrich Petroleum Corporation, Grey Wolf, Inc., Encore Bancshares, Inc., Solitario Exploration & Royalty Corporation and Pinnacle Gas Resource. Mr. Webster currently serves as Chairman of Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. and Basic Energy Services Inc. He is also Trust Manager of Camden Property Trust and a director of Hercules Offshore, LLC, Geokinetics Inc., and various private companies. Mr. Webster served as a director of Seabulk International, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, from September 2002 to March 2006. Steven J. Wisch is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of India Equity Partners, an Indian private equity fund, and the Co-Founder and Managing Director of IREO, an Indian real estate development fund. Previously, Mr. Wisch was President of Related Investments, a New York-based private investment firm, from November 2003 through 2005. From December 2001 through August 2002, Mr. Wisch was Chief Operating Officer of The 9/11 United Services Group, a New York-based not-for-profit organization. In December 2001, Mr. Wisch retired as a Partner and Managing Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co., an international investment bank, where he was employed from 1983 through 1985 and from 1987 through December 2001. Mr. Wisch also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Trinity School in New York City, the Board of Directors of Hudson Holdings, LLC and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Mr. Noe was appointed Senior Vice President - General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of Hercules Offshore in October 2005. In addition, he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Towing. Previously, he served as Corporate Counsel for BJ Services Company, a worldwide oilfield services provider. Mr. Noe also served as Corporate Counsel for Single Buoy Moorings, a Monaco-based company that designs, owns and operates floating production systems (FPSOs and FSOs). Early in his career, Mr. Noe was in private practice with the New Orleans law firm of King, LeBlanc & Bland, where he focused on corporate and commercial issues for oil and gas companies and shipyards. During his private practice, Mr. Noe represented shipyards in large naval construction disputes before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also represented vessel and rig owners in large construction disputes and arbitrations in Europe and the Far East. Mr. Noe holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas.
Ms. Rodriguez was appointed Sr. Vice President and CFO in March of 2007. As Sr. Vice President and CFO Ms. Rodriguez is responsible for the oversight of the company's financial reports, audit and controller functions, and relationships with financial institutions and credit rating agencies. Ms. Lisa W. Rodriguez has over 15 years of experience in financial management, primarily within the energy industry. Ms. Rodriguez spent the last ten years of her career at Weatherford International Ltd. where she most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to her appointment as CFO in 2002, Mrs. Rodriguez held various positions in financial management, including Vice President, Accounting and Corporate Controller. Ms. Rodriguez' background includes expertise in Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and SEC reporting, as well as investor relations, mergers and acquisitions and corporate controls.

Mr. Feyling was appointed Vice President International Business Development of Hercules Offshore in July 2007 upon the acquisition of TODCO, where he held the same position since April 2006.
Previously, he served as Director Business Development and Manager Marketing and Business Development for Pride International, Inc. from 2001-2005. Mr. Feyling’s history also includes Vice President Marketing and General Manager Asia Pacific for Marine Drilling as well as numerous rig operations management positions for Odfjell Drilling Asia.
Mr. Feyling has a background in mechanical engineering from Bergen Technical University, Norway.
Mr. Hatcher was named Vice President International Operations in February 2008. Prior to this appointment, he held the positions of General Manager International Operations, Manager Latin America and Special Projects and District Manager Latin America. Before joining the Company, he held the position of District Manager for Transocean where he oversaw their West African fleet. Prior to joining Transocean, he was with Cliffs Drilling Company where he held the roles of Vice President Venezuela Operations and Controller, Drilling Division. He also spent 14 years in various operations and accounting roles for Zapata Offshore, Co. Mr. Hatcher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas and he is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Mr. Bryan joined Hercules in January 2007 as the Vice President Human Resources. He is responsible for all worldwide Human Resources functions for Hercules Offshore and will help develop Human Resources procedures, processes and systems where and when needed. He will also be responsible to ensure that we are in compliance throughout this company, with all Human Resources related governmental requirements on a global basis.

Mr. Yarmolich was named Vice President Risk of Hercules Offshore in January 2008.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Yarmolich served as Vice President of Risk Management with Eagle Global Logistics, Inc. He also served as Director of Risk Management with US Oncology, Inc.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Economics and Political Science from Northern Illinois University.
Mr. McClaine was named vice president, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), in September 2006. He is responsible for establishing integrated safety standards of excellence, ensuring compliance with HSE processes and systems throughout the company, and further developing Hercules Offshore's safety culture by standardizing and improving safety and training programs globally. Mr. McClaine brings Hercules Offshore more than 25 years of experience in operations, safety, training, and environmental affairs in the offshore drilling industry, primarily with GlobalSantaFe, where he was Vice President, Safety, Training & Environmental Affairs. Most recently, he worked with Syntex Management Systems, a provider of enterprise risk-management software. During his long career, Mr. McClaine has established a track record for developing measurable improvements in health, safety, and environmental performance. A native of Houston, Mr. McClaine earned his degree in marine transportation from Texas A&M University. He has served on numerous industry committees throughout his career.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cunningham served as Director of Projects for Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. He has also held various engineering positions with several drilling contractors and an array of engineering firms.
Terrell L. Carr joined Hercules Drilling Company, LLC as Vice President of Operations in January 2007. He is now Hercules Offshore s Vice President of Worldwide Operations and is responsible for Hercules Offshore s day to day drilling operations. From 2006 to January 2007, Mr. Carr served as Manager, Operations for the Asia Pacific Region of ENSCO International Incorporated and from 2001-2006, he served as a Rig Manager and Country Manager in various international locations for Ensco International Incorporated. Prior to joining ENSCO, from 1982 to 2001, Mr. Carr was employed by Reading & Bates Corporation (later R&B Falcon Corporation) in various key international operations and marketing roles.

Mr. Pellegrin joined Hercules Offshore in March 2006 and was appointed to the role of Vice President, Worldwide Liftboat Operations in December 2008. Prior to this appointment, he held the positions of ice President International Liftboats and Managing Director for the West Africa region.
Before joining the Company, he served as the Managing Director of Danos & Curole Nigeria, Ltd. In addition, Mr. Pellegrin was the International Business Development Representative based in Houston, Texas, for Danos & Curole. He also served as the CEO of South Central Planning and Development Commission in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
Mr. Pellegin is a graduate of Nicholls State University, where he earned his B.S. and M.B.A. in business administration.

John T. Reynolds has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since our formation. Mr. Reynolds is co-founder and a managing director of Lime Rock Management LP, an energy-focused private equity firm. Prior to co-founding Lime Rock Management in 1998, Mr. Reynolds was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co., an investment banking firm. He was a senior analyst for oil services in the Investment Research department at Goldman Sachs, where he worked from 1992 to 1998.
Boris Gutin has served as a director since October 2004. Mr. Gutin has been an associate at Greenhill Capital Partners since joining Greenhill in August 2003. From September 2001 to August 2003, Mr. Gutin was obtaining his master s of business administration from Harvard Business School. From August 1999 to August 2001, he was an investment professional at American Securities Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Mr. Reynolds is co-founder and a managing director of Lime Rock Management LP, an energy-focused private equity firm. Prior to co-founding Lime Rock Management in 1998, Mr. Reynolds was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co., an investment banking firm. He was a senior analyst for oil services in the Investment Research department at Goldman Sachs, where he worked from 1992 to 1998.
From 1995 to 2004, Mr. Reed served as Manager of Global Industries' liftboat, dive support vessel and crewboat fleet. He began his career in the liftboat industry in 1977 with Otis/Halliburton in New Iberia, Louisiana, where he held positions of increasing responsibilities. Mr. Reed is a native of New Iberia. He is a member of the Offshore Marine Services Association (OMSA), a national trade organization of offshore marine operators and affiliated companies.
Thierry Pilenko has served as a director since August 2006. Mr. Pilenko has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Technip SA since January 2007. Most recently, Mr. Pilenko was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Veritas DGC Inc. from March 2004. Prior to that time and since 2001, Mr. Pilenko served as managing director of SchlumbergerSema, a Schlumberger Ltd. company located in Paris. From 1998 to 2001, he was president of Geoquest, another Schlumberger Ltd. company located in Houston, Texas. Mr. Pilenko was employed by Schlumberger Ltd. and its affiliated companies in various parts of the world beginning in 1984 in a variety of progressively more responsible operating positions.
Thomas J. Madonna has served as a director since November 2005. Mr. Madonna is the Chief Financial Officer of Menil Foundation, Inc., a major art museum. From 1969 until December 2001, Mr. Madonna worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in a number of roles, including as Assurance Partner from 1982 until his retirement in 2001.
