Hexion Specialty Chemicals Inc.

I have spent my entire career in the organic pigment industry working primarily for 2 companies, Hoechst Celanese and LANSCO COLORS. During my 20 years in the industry I have worked on the development, sales, marketing, and sourcing of Organic Pigments for the coatings, inks, and plastics industries. I enjoyed 2 years in Germany as a Pigment Product Manager and have made several trips to Asia working on various pigment projects. I have been the guest speaker at many local and national conferences speaking on a variety of pigment subjects. I am a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers as well as the Federal Society of Coatings Technology.. He has held various positions throughout his career, including Technical Manager, Technical Director, Business Development Manager, and currently is a Technical Market Specialist for Hexion Specialty Chemicals.Mr. Johnson's hobbies include motorcycling, boating, rebuilding small engines and enjoying the wilderness. He can frequently be found wandering the beaches of Union Pier, Michigan with his wife, daughter and son, or some combination thereof.

Jordan C. Zaken. Mr. Zaken has been one of our directors since August 2006. He is a Partner at Apollo Management, L.P., where he has worked since 1999. Mr. Zaken was employed by Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its Mergers and Acquisitions Department from 1997 to 1999. He also is a director of Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc.

Marvin O. Schlanger was elected Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company on June 29, 2005. Mr. Schlanger served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Resolution Performance and RPP Capital Corporation since November 2001 until the closing of the Hexion Formation. Since October 1998, Mr. Schlanger has been a principal in the firm of Cherry Hill Chemical Investments, LLC, which provides management services and capital to the chemical and allied industries. Mr. Schlanger is also a director of AmeriGas Partners L.P., UGI Corporation, UGI Utilities, and Momentive Performance Materials, Inc., and a director and Chairman of the Board of CEVA Group Plc. Prior to the Hexion Formation, he was a director and Chairman of the Board of RPP Capital and Resolution Specialty Materials, Inc. Mr. Schlanger is Chairman of the Environmental, Health and Safety Committee of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Seminara , age 34, has been a director since February 2006. Mr. Seminara is a partner of Apollo Management, L.P., with which he has been associated since January 2003. From June 1996 to January 2003, Mr. Seminara was a managing director in the private equity investment group at Evercore Partners LLC, an advisory and investment firm providing advisory services to multinational corporations on significant mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and other strategic corporate transactions. Mr. Seminara currently serves on the board of directors of Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. and Berry Plastics Group.

Scott M. Kleinman. Mr. Kleinman has been a director of Verso since August 2006. Mr. Kleinman is a partner of Apollo Management, L.P., a global private equity firm where he has worked since 1996. He was employed by Smith Barney Inc. in its Investment Banking division from 1994 to 1995. Mr. Kleinman also is a director of Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc., Momentive Performance Materials Inc., Realogy Corporation, and Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation.
