JOHN W. FINKE has served as a director since 2006. His current term expires in 2009. Finke serves as president and chief executive officer at HickoryTech Corporation. Finke has 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has been with HickoryTech since 1996. He served as HickoryTech’s chief operating officer and executive vice president from 2005 to 2006, its president of Telephone Operations from 2003 to 2005 and as president of HickoryTech's Network Design and Operations Division from 2000 to 2003. Prior to joining HickoryTech, he held numerous engineering and management positions with GTE Telephone Operations and Contel of Indiana.

David A. Christensen serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for HickoryTech Corporation and as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Christensen has served as CFO since 1989 and has 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He began his career in 1975 with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. as a CPA. He joined HickoryTech in 1979 as its Controller. Mr. Christensen has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Southwest Minnesota State University and holds his CPA.

John P. Morton serves as Vice President of HickoryTech Corporation and as President of HickoryTech’s Business Solutions Division. Mr. Morton joined HickoryTech in December 2006 with more than 25 years of telecommunications and sales management experience. Previously, he worked as a national telecommunications sales consultant for two years and spent 25 years with Verizon Communications, formerly GTE and Contel, in sales leadership roles including management responsibilities for a 28-state region.

Lane C. Nordquist serves as a Vice President of HickoryTech Corporation and as President of HickoryTech's Information Solutions Division. Mr. Nordquist brings over 30 years of experience in information technology and finance to the position. Prior to joining HickoryTech in 2000, Mr. Nordquist was Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Select Comfort Corporation in Minneapolis. He also held several information technology and finance positions at Northwest Airlines and Fingerhut Corporation. Mr. Nordquist holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota.

Mary T. Jacobs serves as Vice President of HickoryTech Corporation and as Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Jacobs joined HickoryTech in 1993 and has 25 years of experience in human resources, as well as 25 years in the telecommunications industry. Her background prior to joining HickoryTech includes Director of Human Resources for Pueringer Multifoods, a division of International Multifoods, and Director of Human Resources for Contel Corporation, a telecommunications provider. Ms. Jacobs holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood College.

Walt A. Prahl serves as Vice President of HickoryTech Corporation and as President of HickoryTech's Wholesale Solutions and Business Development Division. Prior to joining HickoryTech in December 2005, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Enventis Telecom. In 1997, he founded Minnesota Power Telecom Inc., a fiber based network provider serving the upper Midwest. Prior to this, he held various leadership positions with ALLETE and its subsidiary Minnesota Power. Mr. Prahl has 30 years of telecommunications industry experience. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business, Minnesota Executive Program and holds a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology.

Jennifer M. Spaude serves as Director of Public and Investor Relations for HickoryTech Corporation. Prior to her current position, she served as Sr. Product Manager of Broadband Services and has been with the Company since 1998. Before joining HickoryTech, Ms. Spaude held marketing positions with Taylor Corporation, a worldwide niche market printer. Ms. Spaude has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

JAMES W. BRACKE serves as chair and has served as a director since 2004. His current term expires in 2011. Bracke is the president of Boulder Creek Consulting, LLP, a business and technology consulting firm. From 2004 to 2006, Bracke served as vice president of EPIEN Medical, a privately held medical device company focused on developing, manufacturing and marketing agents for skin disorders. From 1981 to 2004, Bracke was president and chief executive officer of Lifecore Biomedical, Inc., a healthcare medical device manufacturer.

DIANE L. DEWBREY joined the Board in March 2009 and her current term expires in 2010. Dewbrey serves as chief executive officer and director of Foundation Bank, a chartered bank based in Washington state. She was employed by Fifth Third Bancorp, a diversified financial services company, from 1987 to 2005, lastly as director of Central Operations, corporate officer and senior vice president.

LYLE G. JACOBSON has served as a director since 1989. His current term expires in 2010. Jacobson retired in 2007 as the president and chief executive officer of Katolight Corporation (now MTU Onsite Energy), a manufacturer of diesel and gas powered electrical generators.

LYLE T. BOSACKER has served as a director since 1988. His current term expires in 2009. Bosacker retired as president of CEO Advisors, Inc., a management consulting and information system planning services firm, in 2004. Bosacker was employed by International Multifodds and served as its director of Corporate Information Services from 1991 to 1993 and as director of Corporate Information Systems Planning from 1987 to 1991.

R. Wynn Kearney, Jr., M.D. has been a director since September 1989. Since 1972, he has practiced with the Orthopaedic and Fracture Clinic, P.A., a medical group with locations in southern Minnesota, and is its Senior Partner. He received his B.S. and M.D. degrees through the Honors Program of Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. He completed an orthopaedic surgery post-graduate residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and was a member of the team that implanted the first total knee replacement in the United States in 1970. He is an Associate Professor of the University of Minnesota Medical School. Dr. Kearney has served as President of the Minnesota Orthopaedic Society, the Southern Minnesota Medical Association and the Orthopaedic Practice Society. He is a member of the Foundation Board of Minnesota State University, Mankato. Dr. Kearney is Chairman of the Board of HickoryTech Corporation (NASDAQ HTCO ) and is a minority owner of the Minnesota Timberwolves NBA basketball team.

ROBERT D. ALTON, JR. has served as a director since 1993. His current term expires in 2011. Alton served as president, chief executive officer and chairman of the board at HickoryTech from 1993 to 2002. Prior to joining HickoryTech, Alton served as president of Telephone Operations for Contel Corporation, a telecommunications service provider, and was employed in various executive and financial capacities at Contel Corporation for 21 years.

Robert E. Switz was named Chairman of ADC (NASDAQ: ADCT) in July 2008 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2003. Switz has played an instrumental role in transforming ADC in recent years, developing and implementing strategies that enabled the company's return to profitability in the broadband marketplace and securing the company's position as one of the leading global providers of network infrastructure for communications service providers. He has led ADC to five straight years of revenue growth, improved profitability and increased cash flow by strategically aligning the company with the high-growth segments of fiber-based and wireless communications networks. Prior to his President and CEO positions, Switz served ADC as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He joined ADC as CFO in January 1994 and has also served the company as Sr. Vice President and Executive Vice President during his tenure. Throughout his ADC career, Switz has held leadership responsibilities for numerous critical functions including strategic planning, business development, corporate technology, marketing communications, sales operations, and information systems. As President of ADC's Broadband Access and Transport Group, he led the company's second largest operating group to revenues of $1.0 Billion in fiscal year 2000. Before joining ADC, he served as Vice President, European Operations, Ventures & Finance (CFO) at Burr-Brown Corporation, Tucson, Ariz. At Burr-Brown, he had management responsibilities for five start-up ventures and seven European manufacturing and distribution subsidiaries. He also held responsibility for corporate finance, legal, MIS, accounting, purchasing, physical resources, facilities, investor relations and business development. He served Burr-Brown from 1988 to 1994. Prior to Burr-Brown, Switz held senior financial management positions at Gulfstar Inc. (1986-1988) PepsiCo (1985-1986), AMF (1979-1985) and Olin Corporation (1971-1979). Switz serves as a director on the boards of Micron Technology, Inc. (NYSE: MU), Broadcom Corporation (NASDAQ: BRCM) and the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA). He received recognition as a Finalist in American Business Awards for Best Executive in 2004 through 2008 and Best Turnaround Executive in 2005 through 2008. In 1999, he was a recipient of the CFO Excellence award from CFO Magazine. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Bridgeport as well as a B.S. in Marketing/Economics from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn.
