Dr. Daniel Rockey is a board certified radiologist with over 15 years of experience. Dr. Rockey has served as both the Director of Vascular Interventional Radiology and Director of the Non-Invasive Vascular Laboratory of Hillcrest Hospital. He is also the Medical Director for the Department of Radiology at Hillcrest Hospital. In addition to this he has participated in multiple radiology presentations, scientific exhibits and publications. . . .

Ross is a graduate of Oklahoma University. Since graduation Ross has worked at South Community Hospital (now Southwest Medical Center) and also at Hillcrest Hospital (now St. Michael's Hospital) as director of pharmacy for over 20 years. In 1994, he became principal owner of R-X Prescription Shop. In 1998, he became accredited in basic and sterile compounding at the National Association of Compounding Pharmacists. Also, he provides consulting pharmacy services to several medical facilities requiring accreditation. He is a member of OPHA, NACP, PCCA, COCA and other professional organizations. Dr. Esti Gumpertz received her Bachelors degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Queens College, New York. After graduating from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in 1982, her post-graduate medical training included an internship at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and a three year dermatology residency at University Hospitals, in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Gumpertz is certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and was inducted as a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology in 1986. An active member of the American Dermatology Association and the Ohio Dermatological Society, Dr. Gumpertz is an assistant clinical professor at Case Western University School of Medicine, is an attending physician at Hillcrest Hospital, Mayfield Heights, Ohio, and is the primary dermatologist for a number of Cleveland area nursing homes. Her patients range in age from newborn to over 100 years. Recognized as an authority in her field of medicine, she has participated in many local health-related activities, has been consulted by the media on various dermatological issues, and has been featured on live radio. Dr. Esti Gumpertz has been serving the skin care needs of Clevelanders (and their neighbors, friends and relatives!) in the Lyndhurst/Mayfield Heights area since 1988. Dr. Gumpertz does not work with or employ physician assistants or medical technicians, but gives all her patients her personal care and attention. Dr. Gumpertz is married, and has four children. She has been proud to call Cleveland her home since 1983. She is an active member of many local cultural institutions, and is a frequent visitor to the Cleveland Play House, Cleveland Orchestra, the Cleveland Museums of Art and Natural History, and the Cleveland Botanical Garden.

Jay Hecey was a co-national champion in the piano and sax quartet division in high school. He won a piano scholarship to Oberlin College and was granted a fellowship in the graduate school at Western Reserve University, where he stayed on as an assistant professor in the music school. Jay has also been a soloist with the Tommy Dorsey and Orrin Tucker Orchestras. He was also an assistant bandmaster in the Navy and entertained service men in Chicago and the south pacific, playing dinner music with strings. Presently Jay is a music therapist in the oncology department at Hillcrest Hospital and teaches piano to adults only.

Mark F. Slyter, FACHE, has been Administrator of Baptist Medical Center Beaches (Baptist Beaches) since August 2005. He came to Jacksonville in 2003, joining Baptist Health as Vice President, Operations. He earned both his Bachelor of Science degree and his master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, before beginning his health care career in the Greenville Hospital System in Greenville, South Carolina. After serving as Administrator of Hillcrest Hospital for four years, Slyter assumed additional duties as Administrator of Patewood Medical Campus, also part of the Greenville Hospital System. Slyter is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and served as the President of ACHE Upstate South Carolina's Healthcare Executive Group in 2002. He was a member of the Leadership Jacksonville class of 2004-05. A resident of Jacksonville Beach, Slyter is actively involved in the local community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Ponte Vedra Chamber of Commerce, and Fleet Landing in Atlantic Beach. He is a member of the Exchange Club and has assumed the role of Assistant Chairman of the volunteer Medical Services Committee for the annual Players Championship golf tournament.

Dr. Robert Weinland serves as the Emergency Medicine Director at Hillcrest Hospital and the Cleveland Clinic Health System. (A level two trauma center.) He has held this position for the past nine years. Dr Weinland is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. Dr Weinland also currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Lakeland Emergency Associates Inc. and has been a partner since the year 1990.

Tom E. Maxwell , age 63, was first elected as a director of the Company effective May 2003. Mr. Maxwell is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Flintco Companies, Inc., which is one of the top fifty commercial construction companies in the United States. He has held this position for twenty-one years, and prior to his election to President and Chief Executive Officer of Flintco, Mr. Maxwell was the Chief Financial Officer of Flintco for five years. Mr. Maxwell is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and began his career with five years at Deloitte and Touche and was the Chief Financial Officer of a public company, Kinark Corporation, for nine years. Mr. Maxwell earned Undergraduate and Masters Degrees in Accounting at the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Maxwell is a director of Summit Bank. In addition, Mr. Maxwell serves as a director for the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce and the Oklahoma Business Roundtable, as trustee for the Friends of Fairgrounds Foundation, and as a partner in Yukon Developers.

Raymond J. Negrelli is an investor in and developer of real estate, primarily retail and office properties, in northeast Ohio. He is the President of Raymond J. Negrelli, Inc., a General Partner in Bay Properties Co. and a General Partner of Landerbrook Co., all of which are based in Euclid, Ohio. He is a member of the Community Leadership Council of Hillcrest Hospital, Mayfield Heights, Ohio and a member of the Executive Committee of the Cuyahoga County Republican Organization.
