Greg Walton is a senior healthcare and technology leader with over 35 years of industry experience. As a thought leader in healthcare IT, he has spoken about health care and technology on several continents, while continuing to contribute to the growing body of industry literature. Jack began his career in healthcare information technology as a programmer for Compucare and progressed to Project Manager and Director of Information Services at Milford Memorial Hospital (now Bay Health Medical Center) in Delaware where he worked for 14 years. From there, he spent three years as Manager of Systems Development for Christiana Care prior to becoming CIO for Shore Health System in Maryland in 2000. With 25 years of experience leading technology change initiatives, Jack has worked with a variety of vendors and technologies. In addition to being a Charter member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives, he has served on a number of state and professional committees. Mr. Price received his a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Salisbury State University.

Donald C. Kooy has served as President and CEO of McLaren Regional Medical Center (MRMC) in Flint, Michigan since July of 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Kooy served as President and CEO of Lapeer Regional Hospital, a 222-bed community hospital affiliated with McLaren Health Care. He also served a concurrent role as Chief Information Officer for McLaren Health Care from 1997-2006. Before joining Lapeer Regional Hospital, Mr. Kooy was the President of Mid-Michigan Regional Medical Center in Gladwin from 1989-1993 and Vice President at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan, from 1985-89. He received the 1992 American College of Healthcare Executives' Emerging Healthcare Executive of the Year Award for the State of Michigan. Mr. Kooy is also a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives. In his current professional and community involvement, Mr. Kooy is on the Board of Directors of the Greater Flint Health Coalition, as well as the Advisory Board of the Genesee County Free Medical Clinic. He recently served on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Health and Hospital Association. Additionally, Mr. Kooy is a member of the Hundred Club of Flint and is active on the Regional Leadership Council with the Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce.
