Bob Beliles is Vice President of Enterprise Business Development for Hirsch Electronics, a leading manufacturer of IP-based high security access control and identity management systems. Prior to joining Hirsch, Mr. Beliles co-founded and subsequently lead the marketing efforts for Cisco System's physical security initiative, including the acquisition and integration of two video surveillance systems vendors. Bob has authored several patents (pending) on the subject of building system convergence on an IP infrastructure, including physical security systems. During his 11 years with Cisco, he also led product teams for Cisco's flagship network switch and was responsible for some of Cisco's first and widely deployed VoIP-capable products. Additionally, he has 11 years of systems engineering and sales experience with Advanced Micro Devices, Hewlett Packard and Philips Information Systems. He is frequently quoted in the industry press and is an accomplished security industry speaker. Mr. Beliles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.

Scott Chillemi is the manager of the Hirsch Learning Center. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine. His industry certifications include the Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and the Certified NetWare Engineer (CNE). Chillemi comes to Hirsch from On Ramp Training Inc. As a course director at On Ramp, he designed, developed and presented training seminars on computer technology and software applications. Chillemi has taught on topics such as TCP/IP, Internet Information Server (IIS), Windows NT, Novell Netware, and Microsoft SQL. Chillemi is the co-author of three technical books: NetWare Unleashed, Learning NetWare 4 and The Windows NT System Administrator's Survival Guide. At Hirsch, Chillemi designed the Installation and Troubleshooting (I & T) MOMEMTUM course and the Velocity Installation course. These classes have successfully improved Learning Center students' confidence and effectiveness with Hirsch software. In addition to his Learning Center responsibilities, Chillemi is the chairman of the education subcommittee for the Security Industry Association (SIA).

Bob Hornyak arrived at Hirsch with more than 15 years experience in training and software support. In addition to working for a Fortune 500 company, he acquired international work experience living and teaching in Japan for their government ministries. Having a decorated military career with the U.S. Navy and managing PC roll-outs and software upgrades are among his major professional accomplishments. Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

Mary Jo Pelton comes to Hirsch Electronics with 20 years of training experience. She has designed, developed and implemented a LAN/WAN network, maintained an email system and designed web pages. She has helped to design the Hirsch courseware to convey difficult concepts and allow students to experience proficiency. She currently is teaching DIGI*TRAC, Velocity Operator & Administrator, and Velocity Badge & Graphic Design.

Rick Stephens brings over 20 years of training and education experience to the Hirsch Electronics Learning Center team. His training background includes instructing on a variety of software applications ranging from McGraw-Hill's curriculum and test building software to Customer Relationship Management (CRM). He also developed technical training courses for several major metropolitan area school districts. Rick holds two Bachelor of Science degrees.
