Certified by the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Rapaport is a Phi Beta Kappa recipient from Emory University and a graduate of the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. After internship at Emory, he completed his advanced training residency at Thomas Jefferson University where he served as chief dermatology resident. Fellow of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and of the American Academy of Aesthetic and Restorative Surgery, Dr. Rapaport has consistently been a leader in Aesthetic Surgery. Well-respected by his peers, he often presents seminars on subjects ranging from dermatology to cosmetic surgery. Dr. Rapaport is the holder of three U.S. patents for dermatologic products, and he has been elected to Who's Who in America. He is currently Chief of Dermatology at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, New Jersey. The Medical Director and Founder of the Cosmetic Skin and Surgery Center, Dr. Rapaport has been a practicing dermatologist since 1981. Dr. Ritchard Rosen, President, was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1958 and moved to Teaneck New Jersey in 1962. Living in Teaneck with his parents and 3 brothers, he was an active youth member of his parents' synagogue, Beth Shalom. Upon graduating Teaneck High School, Ritchard attended Boston University where he met his wife Stacey. After completion of Boston University, he went on to receive his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Pennsylvania. College of Podiatric Medicine. By this time he was now married to Stacey and they lived in Clementon, NJ. (Yes Clementon, hot spot of New Jersey where only 3 homes did not have lights on at the holiday time they were unoccupied-lol). After receiving his DPM degree Ritchard completed a residency in Podiatric medicine and surgery and in 1986 joined a podiatric practice in Englewood New Jersey with Dr. Jeffrey Cohen. Ritchard and Stacey have lived in Fair Lawn since 1986 and have 2 sons, Michael, born in 1987 and Brad, born in 1990. Ritchard is board certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery and has been in private practice since 1986. He has been Chief of Podiatric Surgery at Holy Name Hospital for the past 12 years and is on the residency training committee of Englewood Hospital and the UMDNJ. Ritchard has published numerous articles and has authored a chapter in a podiatric surgery textbook.

Marsha Thornhill, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist who has worked with Dr. D'Amico in his office surgical facility since 1995. Dr. Thornhill received her medical training in Boston at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School where she was Chief Resident. She is a senior partner in Bergen Anesthesia Associates at Holy Name Hospital and is certified in ACLS, PALS and ATLS as well as disaster medicine instruction. She accompanied Dr. D'Amico on his Healing The Children mission to Nairobi, Kenya in 1996.

John H. Rundback, MD, is the Director of the Interventional Insitute at Holy Name Hospital. He is a graduate of SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and completed his radiology residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City and his fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Society of Interventional Radiology Foundation, Network Chair for the Society of Interventional Radiology Foundation Cooperative Alliance for Interventional Research Clinical Trials, and Program Chairman of the Peripheral Arterial Disease Symposium. Dr. Rundback is currently the principal investigator in several multi-center clinical trials, and has authored over 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts as well as served on the editorial board of many publications. His primary research activites are in the area of interventional radiology, with a particular interest in renal artery stenosis and carotid stenting.

Lisa Futterman of River Vale has been the Director of Development for the MS Comprehensive Care Center located at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck for over 5 years. The MS Center is the only not-for-profit facility licensed in the State of New Jersey exclusively for the comprehensive treatment of multiple sclerosis. Ms. Futterman has a strong background in sales and fund-raising and since coming to the Center, she has injected a fresh and vibrant vitality into the Center's fund raising activities. He has over 34 years experience in sales, distribution, financial forecasting and planning, mergers and acquisitions and quality assurance. Prior thereto, he was chairman and chief executive officer of Allied Office Products, headquartered in Clifton, New Jersey, the country's largest independent dealer of office products and services, which was sold to Office Depot in 2006. Allied, prior to the sale, had grown annual sales to more than $300 Million from over 30 acquisitions beginning in 1998. Mr. Brown is a graduate of Syracuse University and a member of the Board of Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, New York. He is very involved in philanthropy.
