Mr. Caldarone has served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 27, 2005 and served in the same capacity from the inception of the Company in 1981 through June 1993 and from November 1995 through September 2002. From September 2002 until January 2005, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He served as director of the Company from June 1993 through October 1995. Ms. Caldarone has served as Executive Vice President of the Company since September 2002, President of Homes by Calton since January 2004 and Executive Vice President of PrivilegeONE since May 2001. She served as Vice President of the Company from February 2000 until September 2002. From 1995 through January 1999, Ms. Caldarone was a non-practicing attorney. Prior to 1995, Ms. Caldarone was employed by Trafalgar Homes from December 1993 to November 1994, where she served as Director of Land Acquisition. Ms. Caldarone is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida. Ms. Caldarone is the daughter of Mr. Caldarone.

Nancy S. Jochens joined the Litigation Department of a major Kansas City law form in 1997. She participated in the area of bankruptcy, business restructuring, creditors' rights and business and commercial litigation. After ten years of work with the company she decided to found her own firm specializing in consumer bankruptcies and small business restructuring. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1995 and Doctorates of Law in 1997 from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. She is a founder of Homes From the Heart, a member of the Metropolitan Bar Association, is active in her church and has one daughter and two sons.

For over 40 years David has helped build Broadway Malyan's capability across a wide variety of building types and sectors, focusing particularly on the broader issues relating to housing. He is directly involved in the design and delivery of a number of very different major projects. He leads Broadway Malyan's development of sustainable community regeneration / neighbourhood renewal and masterplanning, working closely with our architects, urban designers, planners, landscape architects and regeneration specialists. David is also a Director of Design for Homes, a cross industry body promoting good design in housing.

Shannon Peterson has served as the Program Director for HOMES since 2001, following 20+ years of employment in public, private, and non-profit mental health agencies. She is responsible for screening potential residents, providing supportive services to clients, organizing social activities, keeping in touch with HOMES alumni, recruiting and supervising staff and volunteers for HOMES, and participating in fund-raising activities and growth of the organization. Shannon helps new residents adjust to the demands of independent living, encourages all clients in the program to set and accomplish personal goals, promotes active participation in social and recreational activities, and generally helps residents improve their quality of life and live well despite their challenges. Ms. Peterson works continuously to develop and maintain relationships with mental health service providers and recipients throughout Orange County, believing that strong network connections enhance effectiveness. She currently represents persons with mental illness on the Cal-Optima Member Advisory Committee, is a member of the California Network of Mental Health Clients, and mentors NAMI "Peer to Peer" classes several times each year. She has nominated many clients and service providers for the Thomas F. Riley Community Service awards, resulting in three winners in the "Hope and Courage" category. Shannon has implemented several new program components at HOMES since her arrival. In order to help graduates of the program successfully transition into completely independent living and continue their recovery, she started an Alumni Program in 2001. In addition to personal contact and support, alumni receive the monthly "There's No Place Like HOMES" newsletter, also created by Shannon, with information on upcoming social events, local resources, agency news, and other topics of interest to the mental health community. Additionally, Shannon developed and directs the annual Mountain Respite Camp, in which HOMES residents and other mental health clients from Orange County enjoy four days in cabins in the San Bernardino National Forest. Camp activities include rock-wall climbing and a high ropes course, dancing, mountain bikes, arts & crafts, archery, campfire programs, volleyball, soccer, and a hike to a nearby lake. Camp costs are heavily subsidized to assure affordability for those with limited incomes, and full or partial scholarships for clients can be earned through volunteer work for HOMES.

MS. KERNS IS A PROPERTY MANAGER FOR NAI OHIO EQUITIES. SHE IS CURRENTLY THE PROPERTY MANAGER FOR A 20 STORY HIGH RISE WITH 109 CONDOMINIUMS IN DOWNTOWN COLUMBUS NEAR THE ARENA DISTRICT. SHE CURRENTLY WORKS WITH THE DEVELOPER, NATIONWIDE REALTY INVESTORS AND THE NORTH BANK CONDOMINIUM HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION. SHE IS RESPONSIBLIE FOR THE ON-SITE MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION OF THE FACILITY, WHICH INCLUDES STAFFING, BUDGETING, DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS AND GENERAL OVERSIGHT.

MELISSA HOY IS A PROPERTY MANAGER FOR NAI OHIO EQUITIES. SHE IS CURRENTLY THE PROPERTY MANAGER OF A MULTI-FAMILY FACILITY WITH 98 HOMES IN DOWNTOWN COLUMBUS. SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ON-SITE MANAGEMENT OF THE FACILITY, BUDGETING, DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS AND GENERAL OVERSIGHT. MELISSA IS A GRADUATE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI, WHERE SHE RECEIVED A BACHELORS DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION WITH A CONCENTRATION IN MARKETING & REAL ESTATE. MRS. HOY CAME TO NAI OHIO EQUITIES WITH FOUR YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PROPERTY MANAGER WORKING SPECIFICALLY IN RENTALS. SHE IS AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS INSTITUTE AND HOLDS A CERTIFIED MANAGER OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS DESIGNATION THROUGH THE NATIONAL BOARD OF CERTIFICATION FOR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS. SHE ALSO HAS ACQUIRED HER OHIO REAL ESTATE LICENSE.

Becky Fulgham is the Controller for Homes by Joe Boyden. She came to us with the unique combination of a strong financial education and a history with the construction industry. She's done a little of everything from remodeling, to construction materials supply, to accounting for all of the above! Becky's favorite thing about her position is the wide variety of issues that come across her desk on a daily basis, and the opportunities to learn more every day about her industry.

Arianne, our resident photographer, is always out working to get the best shots to show of your home. Her creative talents pull together the flyers and brochures used to show off the highlights of your home. She also maintains your home's web presence on Realtor.com and Homes.com. Arianne is always hard at work to make sure your home is shown in its best light.

Doug King is a Project Manager in the Research Group. His focus is on the design and implementation of national and regional programs and policy development to further high-performance and green building practices. Doug combines 5 years of professional experience with expertise in technology assessment, market assessment and transformation, energy efficiency, and quantitative policy analysis to provide clients with strategic and implementation support. Doug received his Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University in 2006, with a focus on distributed generation and quantitative technology assessment. Prior to his doctoral research, Doug worked for several years as a consultant to the EPA's ENERGY STAR for Homes Program, and currently supports the U.S. Green Building Council as the Technical Consultant to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Homes (LEED for Homes) Program.

With a background in communications, research and administration, Jennifer joined Homes for Scotland in November 2003 and provides general support to the executive team across a range of matters including media relations, event management and member services. A graduate in Business Studies, Jennifer lived in Asia for eight years and enjoys a broad spectrum of experience in different organisations, sectors and cultures.

Jennifer is responsible for leading Dowling's green development. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and facilitates integrated design principles within the company to achieve LEED Certification on all registered projects. Jennifer earned a Master in Design Studies degree at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, concentrating in Management and Real Estate Studies. Prior to this, she earned a Bachelor of Architectural Science degree in Project Management from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. Jennifer is actively involved as a board member of the US Green Building Council Hawaii Chapter and Pacific Regional Council. She also serves as Hawaii's Residential Green Building Advocate for the newly launched LEED for Homes rating system. Jennifer is the President and Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Maui, a non-profit organization that offers community-based mentoring programs for Maui County youth. She also participates in REEF fish surveys in the waters off Dowling's Maluaka project.

Mr. Rashkin has managed ENERGY STAR for Homes since its launch in October 1995. Under his leadership, ENERGY STAR for Homes has grown to more than 1,000 builder and ally partners and over 35,000 completed ENERGY STAR labeled homes. Mr. Rashkin received his Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and completed Masters of Urban Planning studies at New York University. During his 20+ years as a licensed architect, he specialized in energy efficient residential construction. He also has been responsible for developing and implementing market development programs at the California Energy Commission. In addition to designing over 100 residential architectural projects, Sam has prepared numerous articles, technical papers, reports, and seminars and has appeared on television and radio covering a wide variety of energy topics.

Stephanie Clark is the Sales Operations Administrator for Homes by Joe Boyden. She spends her days immersed in the detail of every new home start from contract to superintendent review. A recent graduate of UNM, her marketing education makes her a valuable resource for both our sales team and you! Her attention to the details of your paperwork ensure that we build the home of your dreams from start to finish. Stephanie loves a challenge and works to build the collage of your personal dream home with you!

Ms. O' Rourke has worked with Hearts and Homes since 1998, beginning as a Social Worker before becoming the Rehabilitation Coordinator (1999), Director of Clinical Services (2002), the Director of Therapeutic Programs (2004) and more recently moving to her current position as Vice President/COO of Program Operations at the end of 2006. Her roles have included clinical and operational supervision of staff and programs, including therapeutic group homes, specialized foster care and independent living. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and before her career with HHY she worked as an independent contractor, as a Social Worker, and as a Clinical Case Manager since 1992.

I have been selling real estate in Montana since 1994. I was the Billings, Montana Association of Realtors 1995 Rookie of the Year for the most dollar volume of sales. I have been a million-dollar producer every year. I also own the Cooke City General Store and spend my summers operating this historic store in Cooke City, Montana. Barry Nicholas has served as the Co-chair of HOMES Inc. for the past three years. He has used his hospitality experience to develop a unique fund raising event the Annual Wine Dinner. He also served for many years on the Mental Health Golf Classic Planning Committee. His interest in real estate has supported the organization in developing aggressive growth plans. Barry joined Deutsche Bank Mortgage Department after leaving Pacific Southwest Realty. He was previously employed in the Capital Markets Division of Burnham Real Estate Services' Orange County Office. His experience prior to joining Burnham included several years in the Hospitality Sector with both Marriott Hotels and Interstate Hotels. Mr. Nicholas graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences. He has completed courses in Real Estate and Commercial Property Appraisal from Saddleback College, where he is a past member of the Advisory Committee for the Real Estate Department.

Jerrold Rosenberg is a founding shareholder and Managing Member of GRF Wealth Management, LLC. He is also a founding shareholder and current Vice President of Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants. Jerry has more than thirty years experience in all areas of accounting and financial planning. He is directly involved in providing and managing commercial consulting services and is a key advisor in the area of management consulting on investment decisions, evaluation of business structures, and preparation of business plans. He performs business valuations for clients, for purposes of merger, acquisition, spin-off or sale of business entities. His expertise includes consultation on buy-sell agreements, financing, and positioning for public offering. As a Certified Financial Planner and Registered Investment Advisor Representative, he has developed special expertise in the tax and financial planning area and has particular experience with family-owned businesses, charitable giving programs, wealth management and succession planning. His client base is focused on high net worth individuals with complex financial interests. Mr. Rosenberg is a founding member of the Maryland Association of CPAs Government Contracts Committee. He is also a member of the National Contract Management Association, the Financial Planning Association, the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the Corporate Volunteer Council of Montgomery County, the former President of Volunteer Partnership Montgomery and currently Chairman of the Board of Hearts and Homes for Youth.

Shelter's Fundraising Director for the past six years, Alan previously held a similar role at RNID. He is chair of the ImpACT coalition which aims to reassure the public, supporters and the media with greater transparency and accountability in the way charities are run. He is also vice chair of the Institute of Fundraising and a trustee of the overseas charity Hope and Homes for Children.

Nora Perez is an active member of The Homes of Park Place and fully enjoys her role as a dedicated Home Consultant. Nora loves to interact with homebuyers and provides solid, caring assistance through every phase of the home buying process.
