Mr. Caldarone has served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 27, 2005 and served in the same capacity from the inception of the Company in 1981 through June 1993 and from November 1995 through September 2002. From September 2002 until January 2005, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He served as director of the Company from June 1993 through October 1995. Ms. Caldarone has served as Executive Vice President of the Company since September 2002, President of Homes by Calton since January 2004 and Executive Vice President of PrivilegeONE since May 2001. She served as Vice President of the Company from February 2000 until September 2002. From 1995 through January 1999, Ms. Caldarone was a non-practicing attorney. Prior to 1995, Ms. Caldarone was employed by Trafalgar Homes from December 1993 to November 1994, where she served as Director of Land Acquisition. Ms. Caldarone is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida. Ms. Caldarone is the daughter of Mr. Caldarone.

Nancy S. Jochens joined the Litigation Department of a major Kansas City law form in 1997. She participated in the area of bankruptcy, business restructuring, creditors' rights and business and commercial litigation. After ten years of work with the company she decided to found her own firm specializing in consumer bankruptcies and small business restructuring. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1995 and Doctorates of Law in 1997 from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. She is a founder of Homes From the Heart, a member of the Metropolitan Bar Association, is active in her church and has one daughter and two sons.

For over 40 years David has helped build Broadway Malyan's capability across a wide variety of building types and sectors, focusing particularly on the broader issues relating to housing. He is directly involved in the design and delivery of a number of very different major projects. He leads Broadway Malyan's development of sustainable community regeneration / neighbourhood renewal and masterplanning, working closely with our architects, urban designers, planners, landscape architects and regeneration specialists. Shannon Peterson has served as the Program Director for HOMES since 2001, following 20+ years of employment in public, private, and non-profit mental health agencies. She is responsible for screening potential residents, providing supportive services to clients, organizing social activities, keeping in touch with HOMES alumni, recruiting and supervising staff and volunteers for HOMES, and participating in fund-raising activities and growth of the organization. Shannon helps new residents adjust to the demands of independent living, encourages all clients in the program to set and accomplish personal goals, promotes active participation in social and recreational activities, and generally helps residents improve their quality of life and live well despite their challenges. Ms. Peterson works continuously to develop and maintain relationships with mental health service providers and recipients throughout Orange County, believing that strong network connections enhance effectiveness. She currently represents persons with mental illness on the Cal-Optima Member Advisory Committee, is a member of the California Network of Mental Health Clients, and mentors NAMI "Peer to Peer" classes several times each year. She has nominated many clients and service providers for the Thomas F. Riley Community Service awards, resulting in three winners in the "Hope and Courage" category. Shannon has implemented several new program components at HOMES since her arrival. In order to help graduates of the program successfully transition into completely independent living and continue their recovery, she started an Alumni Program in 2001. In addition to personal contact and support, alumni receive the monthly "There's No Place Like HOMES" newsletter, also created by Shannon, with information on upcoming social events, local resources, agency news, and other topics of interest to the mental health community. Additionally, Shannon developed and directs the annual Mountain Respite Camp, in which HOMES residents and other mental health clients from Orange County enjoy four days in cabins in the San Bernardino National Forest. Camp activities include rock-wall climbing and a high ropes course, dancing, mountain bikes, arts & crafts, archery, campfire programs, volleyball, soccer, and a hike to a nearby lake. Camp costs are heavily subsidized to assure affordability for those with limited incomes, and full or partial scholarships for clients can be earned through volunteer work for HOMES.
MS. KERNS IS A PROPERTY MANAGER FOR NAI OHIO EQUITIES. SHE IS CURRENTLY THE PROPERTY MANAGER FOR A 20 STORY HIGH RISE WITH 109 CONDOMINIUMS IN DOWNTOWN COLUMBUS NEAR THE ARENA DISTRICT. SHE CURRENTLY WORKS WITH THE DEVELOPER, NATIONWIDE REALTY INVESTORS AND THE NORTH BANK CONDOMINIUM HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION. SHE IS RESPONSIBLIE FOR THE ON-SITE MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION OF THE FACILITY, WHICH INCLUDES STAFFING, BUDGETING, DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS AND GENERAL OVERSIGHT.

Doug King is a Project Manager in the Research Group. His focus is on the design and implementation of national and regional programs and policy development to further high-performance and green building practices. Doug combines 5 years of professional experience with expertise in technology assessment, market assessment and transformation, energy efficiency, and quantitative policy analysis to provide clients with strategic and implementation support. Doug received his Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University in 2006, with a focus on distributed generation and quantitative technology assessment. Prior to his doctoral research, Doug worked for several years as a consultant to the EPA's ENERGY STAR for Homes Program, and currently supports the U.S. Green Building Council as the Technical Consultant to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Homes (LEED for Homes) Program.

Jennifer is responsible for leading Dowling's green development. She also serves as Hawaii's Residential Green Building Advocate for the newly launched LEED for Homes rating system. Jennifer is the President and Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Maui, a non-profit organization that offers community-based mentoring programs for Maui County youth. Barry Nicholas has served as the Co-chair of HOMES Inc. for the past three years. He has used his hospitality experience to develop a unique fund raising event the Annual Wine Dinner. As a Certified Financial Planner and Registered Investment Advisor Representative, he has developed special expertise in the tax and financial planning area and has particular experience with family-owned businesses, charitable giving programs, wealth management and succession planning.
