Girish is responsible for various corporate activities which include but are not limited to technical sales, strategic initiatives, ERP practices, and operations. He co-founded Horizon Companies along with his brother and partner, Shirish, over 18 years ago. In February 2006, Horizon merged with CDC Global Services, a wholly owned division of CDC Corporation. Girish has helped build CDC-GS into a financially stable and truly global organization. He possesses hands-on IT experience and has performed various technology activities at such clients like AT&T, Lucent, and Verizon. Girish manages all the operations of CDC-GS from its Edison headquarters. His focus is on the expansion of our onsite-offshore project-based consulting engagements, where we think we add the most value. He also manages our Staffing division by assisting our sales directors to find creative methods to increase margins while giving the best value to our customers. Girish holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India, a Master's degree in Computer and Information Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Pace University's Lubin School of Business. He has been inducted into Omicron Delta Epsilon the International Honor Society in Economics.

Sunil has over 15 years of experience. He is MBA with specialization in HRD from NMIMS, one of the top 10 management schools in India. He is heading HR functions and logistics and plays key role in developing HR strategies. Sunil has worked with MNCs like BPL and Xoriant solutions. He has extensive experience in Recruitment, Performance management, Designing Policies, HR functions, business development, Vendor Management, General Management, Organizational Development. Very good understanding of business as well as human behaviour He is proficient in identifying and analyzing problems in order to initiate corrective action and follow through.

Rajan Vaz, brings over 20 years of US experience in the IT industry.Prior to Ascent SGI, Rajan founded Software Galeria in 1984, an IT services company based in New Jersey, focused on project and process outsourcing. In 2000 Software Galeria was sold to CDC corporation, a leading public IT services firm (Nasdaq: CHINA). Rajan has consulting experience with CE Lummus, AspenTech and Air Products and Chemicals. Rajan earned his doctorate in Engineering from Oklahoma State University after receiving his B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India.

Ajay has 12 years of experience in the area of sales, marketing and program management. In his current role, he provides sales and marketing direction as well as developing strategic partnerships domestically in the United States as well as globally. He started Horizon's Cincinnati offices in 1999 and has built it to become a strategic business unit within the organization and a stable project-based consulting team specializing primarily in Oracle's E-Business products and technology based consulting. Ajay possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Bangalore University, India and an MBA in Marketing from the Silberman College of Business of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison NJ. He also possesses a Diploma in Marketing Management from Mysore University, India.

Arun has several years of experience in the Commercial IT Services and Consulting Sector. He is primarily responsible for North American consulting services and focuses on account management and new leads generation. Arun has successfully launched and heads CDC Global Services's operations in Eastern Canada. He has long standing relationships with many clients in US and Canada based on mutual trust. He has extensive experience working with professionals and customers in the JD Edwards /RPG /Enterprise one space/Oracle/peoplesoft , which are his areas of specialization. Arun holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University Of Mysore, Hassan in India. He also possesses Diplomas in Information Technology and Systems Management. He has undergone the Professional in Human Resources(PHR) training from the North Jersey Rockland Chapter. He has successfully worked with customers to provide a onsite offshore global delivery model. Over the years, he has established and grown multi billion dollar customers in the pharmaceutical space. He works closely with the Executive VP Girish on various onsite offshore initiatives.

With his diverse skills and experience, Rajesh has assumed many responsibilities within Horizon. He assists the CIO in administering formal training programs in Oracle Applications (ERP), both manufacturing and financials to Horizon's clients' senior staff members. He manages value-add projects that are highly complicated due to their cross-disciplinary skill requirements. He is also actively involved in the business development and in raising venture capital for Horizon's two affiliated companies, namely Mobiliti and CEI. Rajesh holds a BS in Engineering from UDCT (Mumbai, India) and an MS from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He was awarded a full fellowship by Purdue University where he earned his PhD in Engineering. His work involved developing state-of-the-art simulation and optimization strategies for the manufacturing industry and was published in 7 international journals. While at Purdue, he also performed capacity and volume growth analyses for Coca-Cola's beverage plant and increased its throughput by 20%. Upon graduation, Rajesh joined the BOC Group (New Jersey) where he invented 3 processes and led a team of engineers to develop the design platforms, which were critical in winning $75 million worth of plant bids in the first year itself.

He has over 18 years of experience in Information Technology, which includes 8 years in Oracle Applications. He has managed various Oracle Application implementations in the US. He has complete project life cycle experience from Presales to Implementation and support. He has a broad spectrum of experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution and Customer Service business processes. He has worked on a variety of Industries such as Semi conductors, Computers, Storage devices, Electronics, Health care, Steel and Steel products, Oil, E-business, ASP service providers, Chemicals, Heavy Engineering etc. Some of his clients in the US include Panasonic, LSI Logic, @Road, Concur Technologies, Quick Logic, Silicon Image, Silicon Graphics, JDSU, Supra Products, Kalatel.

Sundar an IIT, Chennai graduate, possesses a Master's Degree in Mathematics. He has over 11 years of experience in Software Design and Development which includes 6 years of work experience in USA with clients like Citigroup, AT&T, IBM and Department of Labor, New Jersey, USA. He has extensive knowledge and experience in OO design and programming methodologies, including use of Design Patterns and Refactoring. He has hands on work experience in Microsoft.Net, Java, C, C++, Visual Basic, VBA, VC++ and J2EE. He is fully committed to delivering high-quality, clear, concise and maintainable code and meeting all deadlines and system requirements. Consistently strive to conform to standards and conventions and follow established procedures. He is known for his ability to anticipate customer needs, analyze designs for potential problems and pro-actively address issues. He has excellent problem solving and research skills; able to find the right tool for the job at hand. Sundar provided excellent customer care in all his projects, gave clear, thorough explanations of concepts and ideas to clients and incorporate their feedback into the product.

Sunetra has been consulting with Horizon companies since 1995.During her association she has consistently worked with one of our good clients Emerson Power Transmisso. She has done an excellent job in keeping the good relations with this client by providing the on time support. To this date, she along with other resources handles the offshore activity of maintenance and development for EPT's Order management system. Her technical skills have been on mainframe platform.

Uday Pandya is the Sr. Project Manager with more than 15 years of IT industry experience. He was associated with the CDC Global Services Inc. for past 6 years and has joined Trans CDC Global Services this year. He has successfully managed and implemented projects for clients like CTC Technologies, Japan; United Nations Relief Works Agency, Austria; Grant Thornton Byrne, Hong Kong; AT&T, USA; John Hancock Financial Services, USA. He has extensive knowledge in the Commercial and Accounting domain. He has worked in varied capacities such as Project Manager, Database Architect & Modeler, Data Warehouse Consultant, Database Administrator, etc. He is well versed with the various stages of the SDLC right from the inception till implementation & user training. He has a very good technical knowledge pertaining to Databases, Data Warehouse Concepts, ETL Tools (Informatica), OLAP Tools (COGNOS, Business Objects). He has an in-depth knowledge of the operating systems and platforms.

Anil has been associated with Horizon Companies since 1995. He has worked on IBM Mainframe applications and Teradata warehouse applications during his career. He started of his career with our long maintained client Emerson Power Transmisson. Working with St George Bank ,Sydney Australia ,has given him a sound knowledge on Datawarehousing concepts during 2000-2006. Currently attached to the new Pune offshore facility, he has been focusing on the EPT offshore co-ordination activity and looking at the opportunities in the Australian market.
