It is the first specialty manufacturer of optical glass, also producing mask blanks, photomasks and glass disks. The vision care division manufactures products like eyeglass lenses while the healthcare section makes intraocular lenses. Naveen Bewtra joined the Xponent Board of Directors in June of 2005. As Vice President of Business Development for Hoya Corporation, Dr. Bewtra is responsible for worldwide investment and M&A activities in the technology sector. Prior to joining Hoya he was Vice President of Business Development at Paracer, Inc., and was an integral part of the executive team which enabled Paracer to be acquired by Stratos Lightwave.
