David Yager brings over 26 years of senior management and entrepreneurial experience to HSE. The last 20 of these have been involved in the oilfield service public capital markets. Since leading the recapitalizing and restructuring of a HSE's predecessor company in October 2003, Mr. Yager has been the driving force behind HSE's rapid expansion and diversification. Prior to his association with HSE, Mr. Yager was a founder, officer and director of Integrated Production Services Ltd. in 2000, and Tesco Corporation in 1993. Mr. Yager, aged 53, is based in HSE's Calgary head office.
