David P. Yeager has served as the Company's Chairman of the Board since November 2008 and as Chief Executive Officer since March 1995. Mr. Yeager served as the Company's Vice Chairman of the Board from January 1992 through November 2008. Prior to his election to Vice Chairman, Mr. Yeager served as President of Hub Group's Chicago area operating company. Mr. Yeager founded the St. Louis operating company in 1980. Mr. Yeager joined Hub Group in 1975 and in 1977 founded the company's Pittsburgh operating company. Mr. Yeager currently serves on the Board of Directors for Children's Memorial Hospital-Chicago and on the Board of Directors for Fenwick High School. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Dayton. He is a former board member of SPR, Inc., a publicly traded technology company and Thrall Car Manufacturing, Inc., a privately held rail car manufacturing company. Mr. Yeager received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton in 1975.

Mark A. Yeager has served as the Company's Vice Chairman of the Board since November 2008, the Company's President since January 2005 and Chief Operating Officer since May 2004. From June 1999 to December 2004, Mr. Yeager was President - Field Operations. From November 1997 to June 1999, Mr. Yeager was Division President, Secretary and General Counsel. From March 1995 to November 1997, Mr. Yeager was Vice-President, Secretary and General Counsel. From May 1992 to March 1995, Mr. Yeager served as the Company's Vice-President-Quality. Prior to joining the company in 1992, Mr. Yeager was an associate at the law firm of Grippo & Elden from January 1991 though May 1992 and an associate at the law firm of Sidley & Austin from May 1989 through January 1991. Mr. Yeager received a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University in 1989 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 1986

Christopher R. Kravas became Chief Intermodal Officer in October 2007. Previously, Mr. Kravas served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Yield Management from February 2004 through October 2007 and as President of Hub Highway Services from February 2002, when he first joined Hub Group, Inc., through January 2004. From July of 1999 through March of 2001 Mr.Kravas was the CEO of Webmodal, which was acquired by Enron Freight markets in February of 2001, at which time Chris became Vice President - Enron Freight Markets. From 1989 through June of 1999, Mr. Kravas was with the Santa Fe and Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroads where he held various leadership positions in the company's Intermodal Business Unit and in the Finance Department. Chris received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 1987 and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business in 1994.

David L. Marsh became the Chief Marketing Office in October 2007. Previously, Mr. Marsh was the Executive Vice President of Highway from February 2004 through October 2007. Mr. Marsh served as President of Hub Group Ohio from January 2000 through January 2004. In September 2002, he also assumed the duties of President of Hub Group Detroit. In late 2003, Mr. Marsh completed merging the Detroit operation into the Hub Group Ohio office. Mr. Marsh originally joined Hub Group in March 1991, and became General Manager of Hub City Indianapolis in 1993, a position he held through December 1999. During his tenure with Hub Group, Mr. Marsh has served as a member of several key groups including the Single Operating System Team, the Operational Software Team, the Highway Steering Committee, the ISO 9002 Team, and the Highway Systems Team. Mr. Marsh received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Physical Distribution from Indiana University - Indianapolis in December 1989 and in January 1990 moved into transportation management at Carolina Freight Corporation in South Bend, Indiana, an LTL common carrier. In addition Mr. Marsh has been a member of the American Society of Transportation and Logistics, the Indianapolis Traffic Club, the Council of Logistics Management, and served as an Advisor to the Indiana University, Indianapolis, internship programs for transportation and logistics. He was honored as the Indiana Transportation Person of the Year for 1999.

Terri A. Pizzuto has been our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since March 2007. From July 2002 to March 2007, Ms. Pizzuto was Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Pizzuto was a Partner in the Assurance and Business Advisory Group at Arthur Andersen LLP. Ms. Pizzuto worked for Arthur Andersen LLP for 22 years holding various positions and serving numerous transportation companies. Ms. Pizzuto received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois in 1981. Ms. Pizzuto is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants

Dennis R. Polsen became the Company's Executive Vice President of Information Services in February 2004. From October 2001 through January 2004 his position was Vice President and Chief Information Officer. From March 2000 through September 2001, Mr. Polsen was the Company's Vice-President of Application Development. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Polsen was Director of Applications for Humana, Inc. and spent 14 years developing, implementing, and directing transportation logistics applications at Schneider National, Inc. Mr. Polsen received a Bachelor of Business Administration in May of 1976 from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and a Masters in Business Administration in May of 1983 from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Business. Mr. Polsen is a past member of the American Trucking Association.

Dwight C. Nixon became Executive Vice President of Highway in October 2007. Previously, Mr. Nixon served as Regional Vice President of Highway’s Western Region since joining Hub Group, Inc. in April 2004. Prior to joining Hub Group Mr. Nixon was a Senior Corporate Account Executive for Roadway Express, Inc. and spent 19 years in various operational, sales and sales management positions. Mr. Nixon was also a California Gubernatorial appointee and member of the California Workforce Investment Board from November 2005 to December 2007. Mr. Nixon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in May of 1984 from the University of Arizona.

James B. Gaw became Executive Vice President of Sales in February 2004. His previous position was President of Hub North Central, which he held since 1997. From 1990 through 1997, he was Vice President and General Manager of Hub City Terminals. He joined Hub City Terminals as Sales Manager in 1988. Mr. Gaw's career has been solely in the transportation industry. Immediately upon receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Elmhurst College in 1973, Mr. Gaw joined Itofca, an intermodal marketing company/shipper's agent, as District Manager. At that time, they were the largest in their field. He held the District Manager position there from 1973 to 1978 when he was promoted to Regional Sales Manager. He then became Vice President at Flex Trans, Inc. where he served from 1985-1987.

Stephen P. Cosgrove became Executive Vice President of Intermodal Operations and Administration in January 2005. Prior to this promotion, Mr. Cosgrove was Vice President of Intermodal Operations and Administration for the Central Region from February 2004 through December 2004. Mr. Cosgrove served as Vice President of Hub Chicago from December 1996 through January 2004 and from September 1995 to November 1996 was General Manager of sales and marketing for Hub Chicago. Mr. Cosgrove worked for APL Stacktrain Services from 1986 through 1995 prior to coming to Hub Group.

Gary D. Eppen has served as a director of the Company since February 1996. Currently retired, Mr. Eppen is formerly the Ralph and Dorothy Keller Distinguished Service Professor of Operations Management and Deputy Dean for part-time programs in the Graduate School of Business at The University of Chicago. He received a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Cornell University in 1964, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1960, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota in 1959 and an Associate in Arts degree in Pre-Engineering from Austin Junior College in 1956. Mr. Eppen also serves as a director of Landauer, Inc.

Since 1994, Mr. Reaves has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Reaves Enterprises, Inc., a real estate development company. From April 1962 until November 1994, Mr. Reaves worked for Sears Roebuck & Company in various positions, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sears Logistics Services, Inc., a transportation, distribution and home delivery subsidiary of Sears Roebuck & Company. Mr. Reaves received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arkansas State University in 1961.

Phillip C. Yeager, our founder, has been Chairman of the Board since October 1985. From April 1971 to October 1985, Mr. Yeager served as President of Hub City Terminals, Inc. ( Hub Chicago ). Mr. Yeager became involved in intermodal transportation in 1959, five years after the introduction of intermodal transportation in the United States, as an employee of the Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Central Railroads. He spent 19 years with the Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Central Railroads, 12 of which involved intermodal transportation. In 1991, Mr. Yeager was named Man of the Year by the Intermodal Transportation Association. In 1995, he received the Salzburg Practitioners Award from Syracuse University in recognition of his lifetime achievements in the transportation industry. In October 1996, Mr. Yeager was inducted into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame sponsored by the University of Illinois at Chicago. In March 1997, he received the Presidential Medal from Dowling College for his achievements in transportation services. In September 1998, he received the Silver Kingpin award from the Intermodal Association of North America and in February 1999, he was named Transportation Person of the Year by the New York Traffic Club. Mr. Yeager graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1951 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Mr. Yeager is the father of David P. Yeager and Mark A. Yeager.
