HUB International Ltd.

Martin P. Hughes has served as our Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a director since December 1999. In 1973, Mr. Hughes joined Mack and Parker, Inc. (now a part of HUB International Midwest Limited), where he served as Chairman from 1999 to 2001 and as President from 1990 to 1999. Mr. Hughes previously served as Chairman of Assurex International, a worldwide insurance service organization, as director of the Assurex Marketing Group and as a director of the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers.

Bruce D. Guthart has served as our Chief Operating Officer since January 2004 and a director since August 2001. Mr. Guthart served as our President, U.S. Operations, from August 2001 to January 2004. Prior to joining HUB, Mr. Guthart held the position of President of Kaye Group Inc. (now HUB International Group Northeast Inc.) since its formation in 1993. He was appointed CEO in 1996 and Chairman in 1997. Mr. Guthart also served as an officer, director and stockholder of Kaye KINV, Inc., the managing general partner of Kaye Investments, L.P.

Mr. John P. Graham, age 41, is the vice-president and chief financial officer of Hub International Limited. He most recently served as senior vice president finance, treasurer and assistant secretary at Career Education Corporation (NASDAQ: CECO) from March 2002 to October 2006. Earlier in his career, from November 2000 to February 2002, Mr. Graham served as a senior consultant at The Johnsson Group, a Chicago based financial consulting firm, and from February 1994 to March 2000, as vice-president investor relations and financial reporting at Newell Rubbermaid in Rockford, Illinois. Prior thereto, he was a manager of financial planning and analysis at Kraft General Foods and an audit supervisor at Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte & Touche) in Chicago.

Marianne D. Paine has served as our Chief Legal Officer, Vice President and Assistant Secretary since April 2004. Ms. Paine received her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her law degree from Stanford University. She is admitted to practice law in California and Illinois . She spent approximately 30 years in the private practice of law before joining HUB.

W. Kirk James was appointed Chief Corporate Development Officer in January 2004 and has served as our Vice President and Secretary since December 1999. Previously, he was our General Counsel from December 1999 to January 2004. Mr. James has practiced law for 24 years and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario). Prior to joining HUB, Mr. James was a corporate lawyer in the private practice of law in Ontario, Canada.

Byron G. Messier has served as a director since May 2006. Mr. Messier is managing partner of Forstar Capital, a private equity company, and has 40 years of experience in the property casualty insurance business. Mr. Messier began his career at Continental Insurance Company in 1966 and ultimately served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1991 to 1995. In 1995, Continental Insurance Company was acquired by Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited and renamed Lombard Insurance Company (Lombard). Mr. Messier served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lombard until 2003, when Lombard was consolidated with three other companies to form Northbridge Financial Corporation. Mr. Messier served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Northbridge until his retirement on December 30, 2005.

Frank S. Wilkinson has served as a director since May 2003. Mr. Wilkinson was employed by E.W. Blanch Holdings, Inc., a publicly held corporation providing customized risk management solutions, from 1969 until 2000, where he held various titles including Executive Vice President before being named Vice Chairman in 1982. Mr. Wilkinson retired from E.W. Blanch in 2000 and is currently an independent business consultant and a director of United Fire Group, a property and casualty insurance company, and several not-for-profit organizations.

Mr. Martin is a member of our board of directors. Mr. Martin has served as a Vice President of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited since 1998 and as the Chief Operating Officer since November 2006. Mr. Martin is also on the board of directors of Northbridge Financial Corporation, and Crum & Forster Holdings Corp, both of which are affiliates of the Company. Mr. Martin served as a director of Hub International Limited from May 2002 to June 2007. Previously, Mr. Martin was a partner at the law firm of Torys LLP in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Martin is a resident of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
