Shirley E. Broder has been the President of Broder & Associates, a full-service Management and Human Resource Consulting and Training firm since 1985. Broder & Associates provides services in all aspects of Human Resource Management including: Performance and Productivity Management, TQM, CompensationSalary Administration and Program Design, Incentive Compensation, Organizational and Operational Analysis, Management, Supervisory, Sales and Customer Service Training, Employment Law and Merger Integration. Broder and Associates also provides Strategic Business Planning services; facilitating planning sessions, writing business plans and Board governance and training. Ms. Broder is a well known speaker and trainer in the financial institution industry. Ms. Broder has been a featured speaker for the National Center for Credit Unions Director's Conference, National Association of Federal Credit Union's Annual Convention, The Maryland and DC Credit Union League Annual & Management Conferences and The America's Community Bankers Annual Convention, to name a few. Ms. Broder received an M.A. ED in Personnel and Counseling Services from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Chinese Studies from the same institution. Ms. Broder maintains a national client base.

Mr. Hall is the Vice President of Operations with TD Madison & Associates, Inc. and leads Executive Search and Human Resource Consulting projects for the firm. Mr. Hall joined the firm of TD Madison & Associates, Inc. after serving 4 years as the Technical Services Director for Miller Stephenson & Associates P.C. (an Engineering firm in Virginia Beach). In this capacity he managed wireless telecommunication projects and focused on the development of new business in the technology industry. Prior to his tenure with MSA, Mr. Hall was a founding partner of a successful technology based consulting practice headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia from 1985-1996. As CEO of the company Mr. Hall focused on attracting investment capital and strategic planing for business development. Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree from Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana and in 1982 received a Masters of Sciences Degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. He received a Certified Personal Consultant (CPC) certification from the National Association of Personnel Services in 2002. Mr. Hall has been married for 24 years and resides with his wife and family in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
