Hunt Refining Company Inc.

J. Mark Spencer is vice president, human resources for Hunt Refining Company located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Prior to joining Hunt Refining in 2007, Spencer was vice president, human resources for Columbian Chemicals Company, a global manufacturer of carbon black products. Spencer joined Columbian Chemicals in 1990 and held a variety of positions assuming the vice president, human resources role in 1998. Prior to Columbian Chemicals, Spencer spent eight years at John H. Harland Company where he was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of human resources, safety, and environmental affairs. Spencer holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology from Ohio University and an Associate in Risk Management Certification from the Insurance Institute of America.

As vice president of global security for Hunt Consolidated, Inc., Mike Pritchard is responsible for all matters concerning protection of Hunt personnel and assets around the world. Pritchard joined Hunt in 2002 after retiring from the U.S. Secret Service as the Special-Agent-In-Charge of the Dallas Field Office. During his 26-year career with the Secret Service, he was stationed with the Special Operations Counter Terrorism (CAT) Team at the White House, in Memphis, in Jacksonville, Charlotte and Houston. He protected six U.S. presidents and served as the detail leader on numerous visiting foreign heads of state. He has conducted investigative and protective assignments in more than 38 countries. He retired as a member of the U.S. Government's Senior Executive Service. During his Secret Service career, he received numerous awards for outstanding achievement. Pritchard began his law enforcement career as a homicide detective with the Atlanta Police Department, from which he departed to join the Secret Service. Pritchard received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Marines in 1970. He earned a B.S. in criminal justice from Georgia State University and pursued graduate studies at George Washington University. Additionally, he received training in strategic planning at John Hopkins University. Pritchard currently serves on the National Executive Board for the Department of Homeland Security Emergency Response Network. He is a former executive board member of the Association of Former Agents of the U.S. Secret Service, an organization he continues to support. In addition, he is a member of the International Security Management Association, the American Society of Industrial Security, Business Executives for National Security, the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the National Fire Protection Association, which was cited by the 9-11 Commission for its work and subsequently mandated by U.S. President George W. Bush to standardize guidelines for disaster and business continuity planning. In September 2006, he was invited to join the highly selective Center for Strategic and International Studies' (CSIS) Private Sector Advisory Group, in which he is now an active participant.

As director of security, Glen Elsberry is responsible for all matters concerning protection of Hunt Refining personnel and assets in conjunction with Hunt's global security strategies. Before joining Hunt, Elsberry was a member of the U.S. Secret Service Technical Security Division. He was stationed in Dallas, Washington D.C., and the U.S. White House. While with the U.S. Secret Service, he specialized in physical security, chemical/biological/radiological hazards, explosive hazards, fire/life safety concerns, and was a member of the technical security division's HAMMER Team. Elsberry is a member of the American Petroleum Institute's Security Committee, the National Fire Protection Agency, the Association of Security and Investigation Specialists International and the Association of Contingency Planners. Elsberry earned a B.S. in criminal justice from Auburn University.

Prior to joining Hunt, Robillard was affiliated with the international division of Cities Service Oil Company, where he held various supervisory and managerial accounting posts. He serves as a trustee of the Dallas Museum of Nature and Science and as secretary and a member of the board of directors of the Dallas Petroleum Club. He is an active member of Financial Executives International. He earned a BBA from the University of Texas in Austin and is a certified public accountant.
