James McKenna is responsible for leading Hunter Roberts Construction Group to the forefront of the construction industry. With his 25-year track record of managing more than $4 billion in projects, Mr. McKenna is responsible for carrying out the Hunter Roberts mission and message to bring a client-centric, streamlined, efficient and fresh approach to the construction marketplace.
Mr. Petretti managed several accounts where he provided innovative solutions to clients for the roll out of multi-million dollar construction programs, saving them millions of dollars. For clients such as CIBC, Regus, Bloomberg, IBM, GE Capital, Bank of America, Columbia University, Marist College and the New York City Public Library, Mr. Petretti was the builder of choice, providing a high level of client service and attention to detail that can only be described as "quality." Mr. Petretti's leadership qualities combined with an exceptional acumen in controlling the operational issues that drive the construction process have been his trademark throughout his distinguished professional career.
Anthony Breu is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Hunter Roberts Construction Group. As Executive Vice President and CFO, Anthony Breu will be overseeing all aspects of the financial functions. He will interface with our auditors to insure the accuracy of our monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and compliance with the appropriate accounting policies and procedures standards.
As Executive Vice President of Hunter Roberts Interiors, Dan Robertson has 24 years experience in the construction industry and is responsible for the successful execution and completion of all construction projects. Mr. Robertson ensures that Hunter Roberts Interiors is providing construction management services that meet or exceed client expectations in all phases of a project. Additionally, his responsibilities include the overall operations and sales, as well as all progress related to firm growth within the region. Mr. Robertson's extensive knowledge of the MEP trades in the Interiors market has established many relationships with clients, architects and engineers.
As Vice President of Project Administration for Hunter Roberts Interiors, Derek McGovern is responsible for all operations staff and project administration, managing the strict adherence to all Hunter Roberts Interiors' policies and procedures. Mr. McGovern's extensive knowledge of the industry as well as having over 20 years of experience makes him an invaluable resource to our project teams, and clients.
Jim, a recognized leader in the New England construction marketplace and head of this impressive team, is responsible for the overall operations and sales related to the firms' growth in the New England region. Working closely with Kristin Poulin, Director of Client Development, Jim will be focused on relationship development and maintenance through dependable, above-expectation delivery of construction management services.
As Director of Operations for Hunter Roberts Interiors, Fred Kelly is responsible for implementation and completion of all projects. Working closely with all Hunter Roberts Interiors staff, Mr. Kelly oversees scheduling, contract administration, safety and quality control from inception to punch list.
As Vice President and Operations Manager, Alex Craig is responsible for the successful execution and completion of all construction projects. Mr. Craig ensures that Hunter Roberts is providing construction management services that meet and exceed client expectations in all phases of the work. He is also responsible for strict implementation and enforcement of Risk Management and control tools throughout the business unit and for staff personnel matters, including the career development and appropriate training of Hunter Roberts staff.
Allen Lindsey, Vice President of Hunter Roberts Construction Group, is responsible for the estimating, preconstruction and purchasing efforts throughout the Carolinas Region. Mr. Lindsey is responsible for taking projects from sales to preconstruction to construction and the growth through training of the next generation of builders and leaders of the company. Allen's focus areas include estimating, value analysis, site logistics, scheduling, phasing, project cost management, material coordination and delivery and subcontractor relationship management.
Mark Lamble is Vice President of Preconstruction Services. He is responsible for overall operations and sales, as well as all progress related to firm growth within the region.

Bob Ferguson brings more than 35 years of construction industry experience to the Carolinas regional office of Hunter Roberts located in Charlotte, North Carolina. During his career, Mr. Ferguson has developed an expertise in providing advanced project planning, preconstruction and construction services. Prior to joining Hunter Roberts, Mr. Ferguson served as the President of FN Thompson, Inc. where he directed the day-to-day operations of this $150 million construction firm. Mr. Ferguson also served as Executive Vice President of Bovis Lend Lease where he was employed for 20 years, leading offices in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina during his career with annual revenues exceeding $200 million. One of Mr. Ferguson's most significant career accomplishments to date has been leadership of the four-year Program Management assignment for the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta which put in place 26 venues with a construction value in excess of $1 billion.

Most recently, John Fumosa worked as General Manager and Vice President of the New Jersey territory for the nation's largest builder, averaging a sales volume of over $350 million a year. Previously, Mr. Fumosa was the General Manager and Vice President of the Philadelphia territory for the same organization, responsible for sales, operations and profitability for the region. Under his supervision the volume of work grew from $100 million in 1998 to over $400 million in 2003.

Robert Barbera is Vice President and General Manager in charge of the New Jersey territory. He is responsible for overall operations and sales, as well as all progress related to firm growth within the region.
Robert Fee has 42 years of construction industry experience. In 1964, Mr. Fee?s career started at Turner Construction Company where he worked on numerous assignments for the New York business unit. In 1984, he became an officer of the company and in 1988 he was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of the New York business unit and was responsible for operations, sales and profitability for the region. After being promoted to Senior Vice President in 1992, Mr. Fee assumed responsibility for the New Jersey and Philadelphia business units as well as the Detroit and Pittsburgh offices in 1994. In 1996, Mr. Fee was promoted to Executive Vice President with added responsibilities for Turner International, D&J Construction in Bermuda, Turner Caribe and Turner South America. A year later, he became President and CEO of Turner Construction Company. In 1998, he became President and COO of the Turner Corporation. After 40 years with the nation?s largest builder, Mr. Fee retired in 2003. In 2004, after studying the construction market in the Northeast corridor of the United States and recognizing the need for an additional construction management firm, Mr. Fee founded the Hunter Roberts Construction Group where he serves as Chairman.
Prior to his appointment as Director of Business Development, Daniel Shea worked as Manager of Business Development and was responsible for all business development in central and northern New Jersey for the nation's largest builder. In this position he secured over $550 million in new sales in 2003 and 2004. Previously, he worked as a Purchasing Manager for the same organization where he was responsible for the procurement and delivery of products and services from subcontractors. Over a 5-year period, Dan procured over $1.2 billion in products and services.
Lee Leary brings more than 30 years of construction industry expertise, with experience in both general contracting and subcontractor business development, to Hunter Roberts Carolinas. Prior to joining Hunter Roberts, Mr. Leary was the lead Business Developer for two general contractors in the Charlotte market. He also led the sales efforts for more than 20 years for two concrete subcontractors in the Charlotte area. Through his wealth of contacts and knowledge of our market, Mr. Leary is able to stay close to all of our customers, clients, architects, developers, and the subcontractor community.
Kristin Poulin brings 15 years of industry experience to the role of Director of Client Development for the New England office of Hunter Roberts. Throughout her career, Kristin has cultivated long-term relationships with many prestigious corporations and institutions throughout New England, as well as led the networking and outreach effort with numerous architectural and engineering firms. Prior to joining Hunter Roberts Construction Group, Kristin was Vice President of Client Development for Payton Construction. Kristin initially served as Director of Marketing responsible for launching the firm's Marketing Department which successfully incorporated marketing into Payton's corporate culture as an integral business function and growing the department into a dynamic five-person group. Kristin was then promoted to Vice President of Client Development, where, as a member of the firm's senior management team, she lead the creation and incorporation of the company's strategic initiatives, identifying and developing new client opportunities, and fostering existing client relationships. Her efforts helped the firm grow from 75 employees and $70,000,000 in revenue, to over 300 employees and $325,000,000 in volume, in 2005.

As the Director of Business Development, Mark Moeller is responsible for the pursuit and procurement of sales and projects for the Carolinas Region of Hunter Roberts Construction Group. Mark is the lead individual for client relations and participates in the negotiation of all contracts before project start-up. Mark is also accountable for achieving North and South Carolina Regional sales goals as established by the Hunter Roberts Management Group.
As the Director of Business Development, Pat Patrick is responsible for the pursuit and procurement of sales and projects for the Philadelphia territory. She is the lead individual for all client relations and contracts, as well as the negotiation of all contracts before project start-up. She is also accountable for achieving Philadelphia territory sales goals as established by the Hunter Roberts Management Group.
As the Director of Business Development, Sean O'Connor is responsible for the pursuit and procurement of sales and projects for the New York territory. He is the lead individual for all client relations and contracts, as well as the negotiation of all contracts before project start-up. He is also accountable for achieving New York territory sales goals as established by the Hunter Roberts Management Group.
As Vice President and Operations Manager, Kevin Barrett is responsible for the successful execution and completion of all construction projects. Mr. Barrett ensures that Hunter Roberts is providing construction management services that meet or exceed client expectations in all phases of the work. He is also responsible for strict implementation and enforcement of Risk Management and control tools throughout the business unit and for staff personnel matters, including the career development and appropriate training of Hunter Roberts staff.
Dan brings more than 22 years of construction industry experience to Hunter Roberts Construction Group. During his career, Mr. Leonard has developed a proven track record for providing leadership on single projects up to $60 million in construction value in retail, commercial, senior living, healthcare, government and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining Hunter Roberts, Mr. Leonard served as Vice President of Operations for Pepper Construction Pacific where he directed preconstruction and construction services for various projects in California.
Jim brings over 26 years of industry experience to Hunter Roberts' New England Office. During his career, he has developed an expertise in providing reliable advanced planning, preconstruction and construction services. Utilizing his hands-on knowledge of schedule and budget development, the local labor pool, and the construction process as a whole, Jim is able to apply these skills to create a practical and detail-oriented approach to project delivery. Prior to joining Hunter Roberts, Jim served as a Project Executive at John Moriarty & Associates, where he worked for 12 years, nurturing client relationships, negotiating projects, executing the day-to-day operations including estimating, purchasing, and scheduling and implementing corporate policies and procedures. Jim began his construction career with Morse/Diesel International in 1981, where he served 13 years in a variety of roles before moving to Moriarty in 1994.
Mr. Bisceglia has 20 years experience in the industry and has a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in high pressure, fast-paced work environments. Prior to Hunter Roberts, Mr. Bisceglia was the Sr. Estimator for the Merrill Lynch Headquarters facilities leading a construction management team in providing conceptual budgeting for client funding and bidding services.His project experience includes Broadcasting, Hospitality, Retail, Health Care, Mission Critical, & Building Infrastructure. His attention to detail, organizational skills and problem solving abilities are an asset to the Hunter Roberts team.
