Mr. Wang has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since June 2001. From December 1999 to February 2001, Mr. Wang was President of AsiaInfo Technologies (China), the Chinese operating subsidiary of AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. and a leading provider of telecom network integration and software solutions in China. Previously, Mr. Wang worked at Nortel Networks (China) from 1996 until 1999 as General Manager of the China Telecom account at Nortel. He served as Regional Director at Lucent Technologies (China) from 1995 to 1996 and as a Senior Group Manager at AT&T China from 1989 to 1995. Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the Chengdu Institute of Telecommunications Engineering.

Mr.Wu has served as our Vice President of Content Products since December 2004. Previously, Mr. Wu worked as Vice Director and Director in Marketing Department of Sina (Beijing). During this period, from February 2003 to July 2003, Mr. Wu was the Deputy General Manager of Shanghai NC-sina Information Technology Co., Ltd. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Wu worked in Taiwan Eastern Multimedia Co., Ltd. and Taiwan GrandSlam Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Wu holds a Master degree of Global Marketing Communication in Emerson College USA, and a Bachelor degree of Media in Taiwan Chinese Culture University.

Robert Mao is Chief Executive Officer of 3Com. He leads the company's global operations and strategy, including the company’s H3C business in China. Mr. Mao is a current member of the 3Com Board of Directors, and was most recently 3Com’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. Mao has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries. Before joining 3Com, Mr. Mao was President and Chief Executive Officer of Greater China for Nortel Networks from September 1997 to May 2006 and Regional President of Greater China for Alcatel from September 1995 to September 1997. In these positions, he managed operations in the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. Mr. Mao also held senior managerial and technical positions at Alcatel and ITT in Asia and the United States. He is a past Vice Chairman (2003-2005) of the Board of Governors of the Pacific Telecommunication Council. He also serves on the Board of Hurray! Holding Co., Ltd., a wireless value-added services provider. Mao holds a master’s degree from Cornell University in material science and metallurgical engineering and earned a master’s in management from MIT.

Mr. Zhang has served on our board since 2000. From 1995 to 1999, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at UTStarcom. Formerly, from 1991 to 1995, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Starcom, a company which he also co-founded. Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Beijing Polytechnic University.

Dr. Xiang has served on our board since July 2000. He was a visiting scholar at Columbia University from May 1999 to July 2000, and at Cambridge University from October 1998 to May 1999. He previously worked at the People’s Bank of China, Shenzhen branch, as the Deputy Director of the Fund Planning Department from 1995 to 1998 and as the Director of the Non-Performing Loan Management Department from 1996 to 1998. Dr. Xiang was formerly an investment manager at Shenzhen Resources & Property Development (Group) Ltd. from 1993 to 1995. He holds a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University, a Ph.D in Economics and a Master in Management Science degree from Renmin University of China, and a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from HuaZhong University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Suberna Shringla has served on our board since February 2006. He is the founding partner of Team Ventures, which is a boutique Corporate Finance Advisory firm focused on Media and Communications. Additionally, He was previously Director of TMT Corporate Finance at SG Cowen Asia Pacific, Head of Business development at Turner Broadcasting Services International Asia Pacific, and Walt Disney Studios. Mr. Shringla graduated from St. Stephens College, Delhi with Bachelor’s degree in History and Economics and received M.B.A. from ENPC Paris.
