John Ingleman is Vice President and, Chief Financial Officer of Hutchinson Technology. He is currently responsible for finance, corporate business systems, corporate facilities, and corporate legal services. He joined the company in 1977 and has held various positions in finance, business systems and operations. He was appointed Vice President in 1982, Chief Financial Officer in 1988 and Secretary in 1992. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Prior to joining HTI he spent nine years in finance and accounting at Honeywell.

Bea Graczyk is Vice President of Operations - BioMeasurement Division for Hutchinson Technology. Graczyk is responsible for overseeing the division's manufacturing operations and for identifying and developing opportunities to grow the BioMeasurement Division. She started her career with Hutchinson Technology in 1970 and has held a variety of management positions including Quality Manager and Quality Director. She was appointed Vice President in 1990 and Chief Operating Officer in 1999.

Pete Carlson is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Disk Drive Components Division. He is responsible for leading marketing and worldwide sales and support activities for the company's disk drive suspension assembly business. Carlson joined HTI in 1987 and has served as Director of Asian Operations since 2006. Previously, Carlson held various management positions in sales and marketing, including strategic business unit director.

Peter Ickert is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the BioMeasurement Division. He is responsible for leading the development of global sales and marketing strategies for the company's InSpectra(TM) StO2 Tissue Oxygenation Monitor. Ickert joined Hutchinson Technology in 2007 and has served as the European Business Manager for the BioMeasurement Division. Prior to that, he worked for Toshiba Medical Systems, a leading global provider of diagnostic medical imaging systems, for 14 years. He served as director of customer care and marketing communications for Germany from 2004 to 2007. He also held management positions in marketing and sales promotion for Europe, Germany and Austria. Ickert holds a master's degree in business and economics from the University of Monchengladbach, Germany, and a bachelor's degree in communications.

Becky Albrecht is Vice President of Human Resources for Hutchinson Technology. She has been with Hutchinson Technology since 1983 and previously held positions as Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. She was appointed Vice President in 1995.

Peggy Steif Abram has practiced with the Corporate-Finance Group in Faegre & Benson’s Minneapolis office since 1986 and is a partner in the Firm. For the past several years, she has provided general counsel services to Hutchinson Technology Incorporated, with responsibility for ongoing reporting obligations and major corporate transactions, as well as coordination of the company’s legal services covering areas such as employment law, intellectual property, international business, real estate, and litigation. She is regularly involved in a broad variety of corporate matters, including: ongoing reporting and compliance matters, corporate governance, private debt placements and other financing arrangements, contract negotiations and ongoing business review and documentation, public equity and debt offerings, document retention and records management policies and compliance, and employee compensation plans and arrangements. In November of 2003 she was nominated as Secretary to the Board of Directors for Hutchinson Technology Incorporated. Peggy received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1986. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Carleton College in 1980, and obtained her Masters in Religion from the University of Chicago Divinity School in 1982.

Pete Ollmann is Vice President of Operations for Hutchinson Technology's Disk Drive Components Division. He is responsible for overseeing operations at the company's four manufacturing facilities. Ollmann joined Hutchinson Technology in 1987 as a controls engineer and has held positions as controls engineering supervisor, manufacturing engineering manager and development team manager. He became the Plant Manager of the company's Eau Claire, Wisconsin assembly manufacturing operation in 1999 and was appointed Vice President of Operations in 2005. Ollmann holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota.

Vickie Shoutz has lived her entire life in McLeod and Meeker counties. She has worked at Hutchinson Technology for the past 22 years and obtained a Senior Human Resources Professional certification in 2000. She also holds a Minnesota Technical College teaching license and has been an adjunct instructor at Ridgewater College for 15 years. Working in several positions in management and uses this experience when coaching customers/clients on people management issues. As a Human Resources Consultant, she specialize in organizational design, employee selection/staffing/development and employee relations. On the personal side,Vickie is married with 3 children; 2 daughters that are married and a 16-year-old son. She has been a fitness instructor for more than 20 years and teaches fitness classes at America's Racquet and Fitness in Hutchinson and through Community Education in Dassel-Cokato.

Mr. Green is a co-founder of the Company and has served as a director since the Company's formation in 1965. Mr. Green has been Chairman of the Board since January 1983, and served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer from January 1983 to May 1996. Prior to starting the company in 1965, he worked as an engineering and proposal writer at a number of electronics firms including General Electric, Texas Instruments, General Instruments and Collins Radio. Jeff is a board member of the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mr. Cox became a director of the Company in 1996 and was appointed to serve as lead director in January 2008. He has been Chairman of the Americas of Barclays Capital, a global financial services provider, since May 2008 and Chairman of Sextant Group, Inc., a financial advisory and private investment firm, since 1993. Mr. Cox was Chairman of NeoMaterial Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of rare earth, zirconium and magnetic materials, from September 2005 to September 2006. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Magnequench, Inc., a manufacturer of magnetic material, from October 1995 to August 2005, and was Chairman of Magnequench from September 2005 to September 2006.

Mr. Henley became a director of the Company in 2008. Since April 2006, Mr. Henley has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Wright Medical Group, Inc., a global orthopaedic medical device company specializing in the design, manufacture and marketing of reconstructive joint devices and biologics. Prior to joining Wright Medical, he was an executive with Orthofix International N.V., a diversified orthopaedic products company, from 1997 to 2006 and served as President of its Americas Division from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Henley also served as President of the Endoscopy Video Division of Smith & Nephew Richards, Inc. from 1987 until 1996 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cecorp, Inc., a maker of surgical visualization devices for the arthroscopic and endoscopic markets, from 1982 until 1987.

Mr. Solum became a director of the Company in 1999. Mr. Solum retired as a partner in the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP in January 2005 after joining the firm as a partner in July 1998. He was a judge of the Hennepin County District Court from January 1992 through June 1998. Mr. Solum previously served as a director of the Company from 1977 until January 1992.

Mr. VerHage became a director of the Company in 2006. Since March 2004, Mr. VerHage has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Donaldson Company, Inc., a leading worldwide provider of filtration systems and replacement parts. Prior to joining Donaldson, Mr. VerHage was a partner for Deloitte & Touche LLP, an independent registered public accounting firm, from 2002 to 2004 and a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1987 to 2002.

Mr. Brunberg became a director of the Company in 1975. He is a certified public accountant and is a retired shareholder of the Minneapolis accounting firm of Brunberg Blatt & Company, Inc. Mr. Brunberg was previously Chairman of the firm and served as Chief Executive Officer and President from March 1991 through June 2004.
