Huttig Building Products Inc.

Kenneth L. Young was appointed Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective January 27, 2009. Mr. Young was appointed the interim Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company, effective October 17, 2008. Mr. Young has served as the Treasurer of the Company since January 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Young served as a Finance Director of Insituform Technologies, Inc., a provider of trenchless sewer rehabilitation, tunneling and industrial pipe linings and a publicly-traded company, from August 2005 to December 2005. Prior to joining Insituform, Mr. Young was employed for 16 years at MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc., a global silicon wafer manufacturer and a publicly-traded company, where he served as Treasurer from 1994 to July 2005. Prior to joining MEMC in 1989, Mr. Young spent 16 years at the Farm Credit Banks of St. Louis, an agricultural lending institution, most recently as Vice President - Finance.

As the Executive Vice President of Ready Mix, Aggregates & Concrete Products for CEMEX's U.S. operations, Steven Wise is responsible for the Company's ready-mix concrete and aggregate operations and sales. Wise joined the Company in 1988 and has held various positions within CEMEX including Vice President and General Manager of Texas Ready-Mix and Aggregates, Vice President and General Manager of the Minerals Group, Controller for Ready-Mix and Aggregates, as well as various positions in cement plant management, administration, accounting and finance. Wise holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas State University and an MBA from the University of Houston. Wise is a board member of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA).

Ms. Schroeder was named Vice President - Human Resources in February 2005. From July 2004 to February 2005, she held the position of Human Resources Director. Ms. Schroeder joined Huttig in May 2003 as Director of Training and Employee Development. Before joining Huttig, she held management positions with BearingPoint, Inc., JD Edwards, and ABT Building Products.

Mr. Gurley was named VP Product Management and Marketing January 29, 2007. Mr. Gurley joins Huttig from Therma-Tru Doors where he held several management positions. In 1999, Mr. Gurley began at Therma-Tru as a Regional Manager, and rose to National Sales Manager, Vice President and General Manager of Wholesale Distribution, and most recently was Vice President of Residential Business Development. Prior to joining Therma-Tru, Mr. Gurley spent 15 years in sales and operations management roles in both manufacturing and wholesale distribution.

Mr. Baltz was named Vice President - Internal Audit in April 2004. He served as Director, Internal Audit from July 2003 until April 2004. From May 2001 to July 2003, Mr. Baltz was employed as Director, Management Assurance Services with KPMG, LLP, where he performed outsourced internal audit and risk assessment services. From 1995 to May 2001, Mr. Baltz held financial management roles in both public and privately held companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is a member of the Board of Directors and the Finance Committee of the St. Louis Center for Hearing and Speech.

Mr. Tanner was the Chief Executive Officer of Anderson Group, Inc. (manufacturer of welding equipment and industrial fans) from June 2005 to June 2007. President and Chief Executive Officer of RMC Industries Corporation (ready-mix concrete and building materials producer) from June 2002 to May 2005. President and Chief Executive Officer of RMC Industries Corporation (ready-mix concrete and building materials producer) from June 2002 to May 2005. Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President from February 2002 to June 2002, and Senior Vice President from July 1998 to February 2002 of RMC Industries Corporation.

Mr. Bigelow spent more than 30 years working for Time Inc. and Time Warner. For the last two years of his career at Time Warner, he was interim CEO of Court Room Television Network. He joined Time Inc. in the Controller's Department in 1967. Mr. Bigelow was promoted to Manager of Accounting three years later. In 1973, he was named Vice President and Treasurer of Manhattan Cable Television, Inc., a Time Inc. subsidiary. He was named President of MCTV in 1976 and held the post for three years. In 1980, Mr. Bigelow was appointed Senior Vice President for Finance and Corporate Development of Time-Life Films, Inc., another company subsidiary. The following year, Mr. Bigelow was named Assistant to the Group Vice President of Video for Time Inc., and at the same time was named President of Time-Life Video. In 1982, he was named Treasurer and Vice President of Time Inc. Mr. Bigelow was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Time Inc. in 1984, and before joining HBO four years later, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of American Television and Communications Corp., of which Time Inc. was then an 82 percent owner. In 1991, he was named the first President and Chief Executive Officer of Time Warner Cable Programming, Inc., after having been President and Chief Operating Officer of Home Box Office, Inc. for three years. In addition to his key role on Lord Abbett's Family of Mutual Funds Board, Mr. Bigelow is Director of Crane Co. and Huttig Building Products, Inc. He is also is a member of the Board of Trustees of Trinity College. After serving two years in the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. Bigelow graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and earned his MBA at the University of Virginia, Colgate Darden Business School.
