Hybrid Technologies Inc.

Mehboob Charania has acted as secretary, treasurer and chief financial officer of Hybrid Technologies, Inc. since November 15, 2002. Since June 2001, Mr. Charania has been the owner and operator of Infusion Bistro, a restaurant located in Calgary, Alberta. From 1998 to 2001, he acted as a manager at IBM's Calgary office. Mr. Charania has held the position of Secretary and a Director of our majority-owned subsidiary, Zingo, Inc. since August 30, 2005.

A veteran when it comes to Lithium batteries and world expert with advance solar cells, Mr. Martin Koebler was one of the first to demonstrate that Lithium packs can be used for large vehicles. His ability to think outside the box with creative solutions along with a solid technology foundation has also enabled him to be a visionary leader with alternative energy vehicles. Raised in Spartanburg South Carolina, Martin Koebler attended Boiling Springs High School, then moved to Munich, Germany to obtain a degree in Electro mechanics and Electronic Technician at Berufsbildungszentrum Munich, Germany. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California at Berkeley and at Stanford University attended their continuing studies program. At Space Systems Loral, Mr. Koebler was on the lead development and reliability team for power systems involving batteries, chargers and solar cells. He also performed analysis to predict system Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Probability of Success (PS) along with systems engineering for commercial satellites and on the international space station. At Light Engineering, Mr. Koebler designed and executed test plans for amorphous metal electric DC/DC brushless motors. He solved heating issues as a major company technology break-through. He has also founded, and is the project manager in his spare time, Solar Motions, a non-profit organization consisting of over 50 volunteer engineers to showcase the latest technology in a solar vehicle that raced across Australia. World Champion in Private Class; 4th overall in world solar event 2001 Mr. Koebler is currently the Director of Technology for Hybrid Technologies, Inc at the new development facility in Mooresville, NC, where Mr. Koebler now resides.

Dr. Ryszard Burzynski is the Technical Director at HT and oversees technical projects at HT. Burzynski has 20+ years of experience leading materials and optics technical projects yielding proven advanced materials and systems. Burzynski is assisted by a talented technical team of scientists, engineers and outside consultants that can be used to tackle complex multidisciplinary projects.
