Alfonso Zubizarreta is the company's vice president of Sales for International. Before the current position he was vice president of Latin America Sales and responsible for replicating the OnBase experience in all the countries throughout Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean. Alfonso has extensive experience understanding Business problems and identifying what technology can address the problem to maximize return to the organization. In Latin America he has been responsible for helping large organizations adopt content management solutions that allow them to perform their functions more effectively and reduce their cost. Alfonso joined Hyland in 1993, initially working in the Development Department as a senior developer. He has experienced many areas of the company from both the implementation and management capacities including, project analysis, needs assessments, enterprise integrations of OnBase solutions, and installations for customers of all sizes. Alfonso has extensive deep knowledge of the technical capabilities of the product. Before joining Hyland, Alfonso worked for 8 years at other organizations. He worked for over 3 years at CAMP as a technical consultant recommending and implementing information technology solutions to assist organizations. Alfonso, a native of Peru, received a BS in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Mark Davis is the company's Vice President for Technical Services, responsible for supporting the global network of partners who sell, design, implement and support OnBase solutions. In this capacity, he provides direction and oversight to our installation services, technical support services, professional services, and education services groups. A retired Colonel, Mark joined the Hyland Software management team in 2001. Before joining the company, he served as Director of the Army's Operations Research Center of Excellence and as an assistant professor in the Department of Systems Engineering at the U.S. Military Academy. Mark received an MS in Computer Science from the US Naval Postgraduate School and an MBA from the University of Puget Sound. He received his BS from the US Military Academy.
