Mr. Bartley is responsible for all finance operations, human resources and internal systems administration. Prior to joining HyPerformix in 2007, Mr. Bartley was the CFO at GlobeRanger Corporation, Digital Archaeology Corporation and Evolutionary Technologies International. He has a twenty year track record building young technology companies.

"Reagan Sakai joined Lantronix in November 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all of the company’s financial operations, reporting, and system of internal controls. Mr. Sakai brings more than 25 years of operating financial management and strategic planning experience within the high-tech industry. He has been Chief Financial Officer for public and private companies, including HyPerformix, VIEO, and Crossroads Systems. As Chief Financial Officer of Crossroads Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRDS), he oversaw its highly successful IPO in October 1999 and was responsible for finance and accounting, treasury, risk management and investor relations. Mr. Sakai has also held financial management positions at Exabyte, Maxtor Corporation, McDATA, and StorageTek. Mr. Sakai is experienced in hardware and software industries, mergers and acquisitions, and high-growth and turnaround environments. Mr. Sakai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, cum laude, and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He also served on the Board of Directors for the University of Texas Federal Credit Union. "

Bruce is a lifetime outdoor enthusiast who divides his time between the technology space in Austin, Texas and the woods and lakes of Southern Ontario. Bruce is currently the Senior Vice President of Products, Strategy and Marketing at HyPerformix, a software company in Austin. He has over 15 years of leadership and execution experience in enterprise software marketing. He has held executive marketing positions at Fulcrum, PC/DOCS and Vignette. He has a track record of identifying, segmenting and developing new markets, and delivering results through coordinated marketing programs. Bruce was most recently Vice President of Industry Solutions for Vignette, where he was instrumental in Vignette's entry into the Healthcare, Telecom and Media/Entertainment industries. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in the Management of Information Systems from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. Bruce enjoys nothing more than being outdoors with his wife and 3 kids, and gets out geocaching, boating, swimming, biking or playing hockey whenever he can. Bruce was most recently the Cubmaster of Pack 71, Bee Cave, Texas.

Mr. Milne joined HyPerformix in 2006. He brings to HyPerformix over 15 years of leadership and execution experience in enterprise software marketing with organizations such as Fulcrum, PC/DOCS and Vignette. He was most recently Vice President of Industry Solutions for Vignette, a leading vendor in enterprise Web software. Mr. Milne oversees all Marketing and Product Management for HyPerformix.

Mr. Spaulding, who joined HyPerformix in 2000 with over twenty years of sales and alliance partnering experience, is responsible for all aspects of global alliances at HyPerformix.

Mr. Lindelow is an active board member of several promising enterprises, primarily in the high technology industry. Recently retired from IBM, Lindelow has extensive experience managing global multi-billion dollar businesses as well as smaller, entrepreneurial companies. He focuses on strategic business positioning while strengthening technology and operational capabilities. Mr. Lindelow joined IBM/Tivoli in June 1997 and served as Chairman and CEO of Tivoli Systems Inc. until Spring of 2001. He then became Vice President, Emerging Business Development for IBM Corporation until his retirement at the end of June 2002. Prior to joining IBM/Tivoli, he was President and COO of Symbol Technologies. He also served in several senior executive positions with Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). At Unisys/Sperry Computer Systems, Lindelow was President of Worldwide Sales and Services, and he spearheaded the company's entry into UNIX and other open markets in the mid-80's. He joined Sperry in his native Sweden where he subsequently became President of Sperry's Nordic Group in 1980 before moving with his family to the US in 1982. Mr. Lindelow has an MS in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. He lives in Austin, Texas and serves on the board of directors of public companies Active Power, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACPW) and Vignette Corporation (Nasdaq: VIGN); privately held Credant Technologies, Inc., Hire.com, Inc. and HyPerformix, Inc. as well as the board of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce. Lindelow is also active in the Austin community and serves on the boards of the Austin Idea Network, the Austin Area Research Organization (AARO), the Children's Hospital Foundation of Austin, the local public television station (KLRU), the International Partnership of Greater Austin (IPGA) and the Engineering Foundation Advisory Council (EFAC) at the University of Texas at Austin.

Matt Rubins is a General Partner at M/C Venture Partners, where he has worked on a variety of investments in the broadband wireless, enterprise infrastructure, competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC), ISP, telecom software and IT services industries. Mr. Rubins has served on the board of directors of ten portfolio companies and currently is a Director of Hyperformix, Viola Networks, SecureMedia and Vertical Communications. He was an Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Technology Group in the telecommunications and data networking areas. Graduating from Cornell University with a BS in applied and engineering physics, Mr. Rubins received an MBA from Harvard Business School. He was a financial analyst and then Associate in the media and telecommunications groups at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, both prior to and after business school.

Mr. Rubins graduated from Cornell University in 1990 with a BS in applied and engineering physics and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1995. Both prior to and after business school, Mr. Rubins was a financial analyst and then Associate in the media and telecommunications groups at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. In 1996, Mr. Rubins joined the Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Technology Group as an Assistant Vice President in the telecommunications and data networking areas. Since Mr. Rubins joined M/C Partners in 1997 he has sourced or worked on a variety of transactions in the broadband wireless, ISP, CLEC, enterprise infrastructure, telecom software and IT services industries. He has served on the Boards of nine portfolio companies and currently serves on the Board of Directors of HyPerformix, SecureMedia, Viola Networks, and Vertical Communications.
