Mr. Rade joined I-many's board of directors in June 2005 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at I-many in August 2006. Previously, Mr. Rade served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AXS-One, Inc. (formerly Computron Software, Inc., a publicly traded software company) where he presided over a dramatic turnaround and repositioning of the company from 1997 until his retirement in 2004. Prior to joining Computron, he managed the pharmaceutical industry practice for American Management Systems, Inc., a management consulting and information technology company. Mr. Blumberg is responsible for all professional services, as well as customer support and sustaining engineering functions. He is also responsible for formulating and directing I-many's marketing strategies in its Life Sciences and Healthcare business line. Blumberg comes to I-many from Accenture - the $16 billion global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company - where he was a managing partner. During his 15 years at Accenture, Blumberg held a number of senior management positions, where he served as the lead partner for the pharmaceutical and medical products practice, global account manager for one of Accenture's "Diamond" pharmaceutical accounts, and oversaw Accenture's global pharmaceutical and medical products CRM business. Robert G. Schwartz, Jr. has served as I-many's Vice President and General Counsel since September 2001. Mr. Schwartz is responsible for all of I-many's legal and contractual affairs. He has extensive experience as a corporate counsel for software and technology companies. Before coming to I-many, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Director for Emptoris, Inc., a privately held developer of strategic sourcing software, where he was responsible for all legal affairs. Mr. Zuckerman is responsible for all aspects of marketing and business development at I-many and brings extensive experience in the development and execution of marketing programs for enterprise software companies. Karl Newkirk, recently retired, was a Partner at Accenture (NYSE: ACN), formerly Andersen Consulting, for almost 30 years, where he specialized in management solutions for the manufacturing, distribution, health care and consumer goods industries. Mr. Newkirk initiated and built the Andersen Consulting ERP practice in 1994 and served as its global managing partner for six years. That global consulting organization grew from an initial focus on SAP into an organization with more than 5,000 employees managing ERP implementations in many of the world's largest companies and became one of the firm's most successful and profitable lines of business. MURRAY B. LOW, age 48, has served as a director since October 2000. Professor Low has been a professor at Columbia Business School since 1990. Reynold C. Bish has been active in enterprise software markets for more than 20 years. In 1989, he co-founded Captiva Software Corporation (www.captivasoftware.com), which became a NASDAQ listed company and the leading provider of input management solutions. He served as Captiva's president, CEO, and a director until its acquisition by EMC Corporation in December 2005. He then served as vice president of EMC's Enterprise Software Group until late 2006 when he resigned to become an independent business consultant.
