I.D. Systems Inc.

Prior to joining I.D. Systems, Mr. Mavrommatis was Senior Manager at the accounting firm of Richard A. Eisner & Company L.L.P. Mr. Mavrommatis received a Master of Business Administration in finance from New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College, The City University of New York. Mr. Mavrommatis is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Lloyd has a diverse manufacturing and operations background with extensive experience leading and implementing lean manufacturing methodologies. Additionally, he is a certified six sigma black belt with demonstrated results for driving continuous business improvement. Prior to joining I.D. Systems, Mr. Lloyd held several senior leadership positions, most recently as Vice President, General Manager of Flextronics International, North Carolina Operations. He is a graduate of Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Ehrman is one of the principal designers of I.D. Systems’ software and hardware, and is the author of several patents pending. Prior to joining I.D. Systems, Mr. Ehrman was a Technology Consultant for Andersen Consulting. Mr. Ehrman graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Economics Systems.

Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support. Mr. Fausel has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience for leading companies in wireless technology, enterprise application integration, and process automation. Prior to joining I.D. Systems, Mr. Fausel was senior vice president of sales and marketing for LXE, Inc., a leading manufacturer of wireless mobile computing solutions. Mr. Fausel has also served as an executive at Jacada, Inc., Ross Systems, and Invensys PLC. Mr. Fausel holds a degree in Business Administration-Finance from the University of Florida.

Lawrence Burstein has served as a director since June 1999. Since March 1996, Mr. Burstein has served as President and a director of Unity Venture Capital Associates, Ltd., a private investment company. From January 1982 to March 1996, Mr. Burstein was Chairman of the Board and a principal stockholder of Trinity Capital Corporation, a private investment company. Mr. Burstein is also a director of THQ, Inc., CAS Medical Systems, Inc., Traffix, Inc. and American Telecom Services, Inc. Mr. Burstein received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and received his law degree from Columbia Law School.

Martin G. Rosansky, is the President and a Director of Coining Technologies, Inc. Mr. Rosansky is also the founder of ID Systems Inc. and has served as its Secretary and Director since 1993. ID Systems Inc., a public company, designs, develops and produces innovative wireless monitoring and tracking systems. In March 1991, Martin Rosansky co-founded and served as the Vice-Chairman of Ultralife Batteries, Inc. a battery manufacturer. Mr. Rosansky also co-founded Zatec a manufacturer of components for copying machines and co-founded Power Conversion, Inc. a manufacturer of lithium batteries for the military. Mr. Rosansky served as Power Conversion Inc.'s Chairman of the Board, Secretary and Treasurer from 1970 to January 1986. Mr. Rosansky earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.
