Dr. Jackson, age 62, has served as a director of NYSE Euronext and its predecessors since November 2003. Dr. Jackson is also the chairperson of the board of directors of NYSE Regulation and serves on the Board of Governors of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Dr. Jackson has been president of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute since 1999. From 1995 to 1999, she was chairman of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Randy MacDonald joined IBM in 2000 as senior vice president, Human Resources. In this position he is responsible for the global human resources practices, policies and operations of the organization and reports to Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer Sam Palmisano. Prior to joining IBM, Mr. MacDonald was the executive vice president of Human Resources and Administration for GTE (now Verizon Communications). Mr. MacDonald was with GTE for 17 years, holding positions of increasing responsibility. Before joining GTE, he held human resources positions at Ingersoll-Rand Company and Sterling Drug, Inc. For his contributions to the HR practice throughout his career, including HR-related research and education, Mr. MacDonald received the first Distinguished Human Resource Executive Award from the Academy of Management in 2004. In 2008, Mr. MacDonald was named Human Resource Executive Magazine's “HR Executive of the Year.” He is a member and past chair of Cornell University's Center for Advanced Human Resources Study and a past chair of the Personnel Roundtable. Sam Palmisano is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the IBM Corporation. Mr. Palmisano was appointed to this position on January 6, 2003. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. He began his career in 1973 in Baltimore, Maryland. Since then, Mr. Palmisano has held a series of leadership positions during his IBM career, including senior vice president for the Enterprise Systems and Personal Systems groups. One of the Fortune 1000's first chief privacy officers, Harriet has since the year 2000 been responsible for IBM's global information policies and practices affecting more than 320,000 employees and tens of thousands of clients and individuals. She is known for pushing the envelope and setting progressive corporate policies and practices that build trust in areas as diverse as health care and genetics to RFID and international data flows. As regulatory policy leader for IBM, a new role, Harriet leads the development and execution of a proactive regulatory and policy strategy across IBM’s legal function. Harriet reports to IBM’s SVP Legal and Regulatory Affairs & General Counsel. Harriet has been a member of IBM’s senior leadership team of approximately 300 executives, appointed by the Chairman and CEO, since late 2000. Harriet holds an appointment as Adjunct Lecturer in Georgetown University’s Communication, Culture & Technology Master’s program, where she teaches a seminar on Trust, Privacy & Security. She is a Board member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the Center for Information Policy Leadership, and the Anatolia College (a private American K-thru-college school in Greece). From 2002 until 1Q 2007, she also held executive positions in IBM’s Communications and Human Resources groups, leading initiatives such as the redesign of the company’s global performance management system; the launch of the company’s alumni relations strategy and portal; and the development and execution of global communications campaigns on IBM’s engagement in societal issues such as healthcare and energy. From 1993 until her appointment as Chief Privacy Officer in 2000, Harriet held increasingly responsible roles in the company’s Governmental Programs group, culminating in her first executive role as Director of Public Affairs in 1997. Mark Loughridge was named IBM Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2004. He is a member of IBM's Performance Team and Corporate Operations Team. Mr. Loughridge was previously Senior Vice President and General Manager, Global Financing, where he led the world's largest information technology financing and asset management organization. Mr. Pat Toole is vice president and Chief Information Officer of IBM. Linda Sanford leads the strategy for IBM’s internal transformation to the industry’s premier on demand business. In this role, Ms. Sanford is responsible for working across IBM to transform core business processes, create an IT infrastructure to support those processes, and help create a culture that recognizes the value that on demand leadership can bring to IBM. Previously Ms. Sanford was Senior Vice President & Group Executive, IBM Storage Systems Group, where she helped take IBM from fifth place in storage market share to second in two years. Prior to joining IBM, Bob practiced law in Cleveland, Ohio for more than 29 years. In private practice he represented many substantial international businesses, including IBM, in highly visible and complex controversies. While in private practice, Bob was listed in The Best Lawyers in America, The Chambers Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, and was recognized on two separate occasions by The National Law Journal for having tried a case selected as one of the top ten defense verdicts of the year. Bob is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is also a member of the American Law Institute and the Council for the United States and Italy, and sits on the boards of the Pro Bono Partnership and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. In 1995-96, he served as President of the Cleveland Bar Association, and established the Bar Association’s Juvenile Justice Initiative, a project for which he and the Cleveland Bar received the Ohio State Bar Association’s highest award for public service. He is a former treasurer and trustee of United Way Services of Cleveland. Bob is a graduate of Yale College (1972) and Duke Law School (1976), and is a member of the New York and Ohio bars.

Steve Mills is a senior vice president and group executive, IBM Software Group. In this capacity he is responsible for directing the development, marketing, sales and support of IBM's software portfolio. Mr. Mills is a member of IBM’s Operating Team, Performance Team, Values & Integration Team and the Asian Task Force. IBM's software business contributes $20B of IBM's revenue and 40% of its profits. Daniel D. Frye, vice president - IBM Open Systems Development, is the head of IBM’s UNIX development team, principally responsible for Linux and AIX development. Dr. Frye is additionally responsible for overseeing IBM’s Linux technical strategy and IBM’s participation in the open source Linux development community. The mission of the IBM Linux development team – the IBM Linux Technology Center (LTC) – is to help the global open source Linux community make Linux better, to ensure enterprise-level Linux support for IBM’s hardware, software, and services brands, and to help expand the reach of Linux into new markets. LTC engineers are trusted, valued members of dozens of open source communities and contribute broadly to open source in many respects. Dr. Nicholas (Nick) Bowen is the Vice President of Technology, reporting to Linda Sanford, Senior Vice President, Enterprise On Demand Transformation & Information Technology. Dr. Bowen is responsible for driving the Technology Team topics, assessments and studies that shape the technology strategy and business opportunities for IBM. Prior to that role current position, Nick held several executive positions within the IBM Systems & Technology Group (STG) including: vice president, software development, with responsibility for all server operating systems (zOS, AIX, i5OS, zVM, VSE, Linux), firmware development for IBM Systems z, i, p, and x, management software (IBM Systems Director) and hardware management systems (HMC, FSP); chief technology officer and vice president of software architecture for the same group of products; vice president of UNIX and IBM xSeries software for the server division with responsibility for driving eServers into growth markets for UNIX, Linux, Windows, GRID, and High Performance Computing where he was responsible for delivering leadership management solutions for key emerging technologies such as BladeCenter and Linux Clusters; and vice president of xSeries software and performance, responsible for all software development, performance, and hardware service processor development for xSeries, including responsibility for the IBM Center for Microsoft Technologies in Kirkland, Washington. Prior to his positions with STG, he was with IBM Research. Nick was director of computing utilities, where he spearheaded the definition of the "intelligent infrastructure" research program, and he was director of servers with worldwide responsibility for the Research programs in servers. This group had many exploratory system projects in addition to making contributions to AIX, OS/390, AS/400, and xSeries servers as well as many products within the IBM Software Group. He made technical contributions to the S/390 Parallel Sysplex effort and led several of the OS/390 initiatives to embrace Internet and object technologies. He joined IBM at East Fishkill, New York where he worked in a datacenter and learned the trials and tribulations of maintaining a 24x7 datacenter. He is a senior member of IEEE and a member of ACM. His research interests are operating systems and fault-tolerant computing. Nick’s career with IBM spans over 25 years and he has expertise in high availability, memory management, and parallel processing. He received the B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Vermont, a M.S. degree in computer engineering from Syracuse University, and the Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, a member of Association of Computer Machinery. He served on the Computer Science Advisory Boards of Florida International University and North Carolina State University and helped found the Computer Science Advisory Board at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. His research interests are operating systems and fault-tolerant computing.

Edward Bevan is vice president, communications, IBM Research. Dr. John E. Kelly III is IBM senior vice president and director of Research. In this job he directs the worldwide operations of IBM Research, with 3,200 technical employees at eight laboratories in six countries around the world, and helps guide IBM’s overall technical strategy. Dr. Kelly’s top priority as head of IBM Research is to stimulate innovation in key areas and quickly bring those innovations into the marketplace to sustain and grow IBM’s existing business, and to create the new businesses of IBM’s future. In 1997, he was appointed vice president of server development (from work stations to supercomputers) for IBM. In January of 1999, he was appointed general manager of IBM’s Microelectronics Division, a position he held until August 2000. Dr. Kelly received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Union College in 1976. He received a Master of Science degree in physics from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1978 and his Doctorate in materials engineering from RPI in 1980. In 2004, he received an Honorary Doctorate of Science from The Graduate School at Union College. Taizo Nishimuro, 73 is chairman of the board of the Tokyo Stock Exchange Group, Inc. He is a member of IBM's Directors and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Nishimuro became chairman of the board of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) in June 2005. He also concurrently served the TSE as president and chief executive officer from December 2005 to June 2007. In 1995, he assumed additional responsibility for the company's worldwide card and travel businesses and also was named Vice Chairman of American Express. Mr. Chenault became President and Chief Operating Officer in February 1997. He assumed his current responsibilities as CEO on January 1, 2001, and as Chairman on April 23 of that year. Before he came to American Express, Mr. Chenault was a management consultant with Bain & Co. from 1979 to 1981, and an attorney with Rogers & Wells from 1977 to 1979. Mr. Chenault serves on the boards of American Express and several other corporate and nonprofit organizations, including IBM, the Arthur Ashe Institute for Urban Health, the National Center on Addiction & Substance Abuse at Columbia University, the Smithsonian Institution's Advisory Council for the National Museum of African American History & Culture, the Phoenix House Foundation and the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation. He also is on the boards of the Partnership for New York City, The Business Council and the Business Roundtable and serves as Vice Chairman of each of these organizations. A wide variety of civic, social service and community organizations have recognized Mr. Chenault for his public service leadership. He has received the Phoenix House Public Service Award, the Corporate Responsibility Award from the International Rescue Committee and the Wall Street Rising Leadership Award, among others. In addition, he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Mr. Chenault holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in history from Bowdoin College, and he has received a number of honorary degrees. He and his wife, Kathryn, live in New York with their two children.

W. James (Jim) McNerney, Jr., is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of The Boeing Company, effective July 1, 2005. He has served as a member of the company's board since 2001. McNerney, 58, oversees the strategic direction of the Chicago-based, $60.9 billion aerospace company. With more than 160,000 employees, Boeing is the largest manufacturer of commercial jetliners and military aircraft, with capabilities in rotorcraft, electronic and defense systems, missiles, satellites and advanced information and communications systems. Previously, McNerney held the position as chairman of the board and CEO of 3M, a $20 billion global technology company with leading positions in electronics, telecommunications, industrial, consumer and office products, health care, safety and other businesses. He joined 3M in 2001 after 19 years at the General Electric Company. McNerney joined General Electric in 1982. There, he held top executive positions including president and CEO of GE Aircraft Engines and GE Lighting; president of GE Asia-Pacific; president and CEO of GE Electrical Distribution and Control; executive vice president of GE Capital, one of the world's largest financial service companies; and president, GE Information Services. Prior to joining GE, McNerney worked at Procter & Gamble and McKinsey & Co., Inc. McNerney is a director of Procter & Gamble and serves as a trustee of Northwestern University. He serves on The Business Roundtable and the American Society of Corporate Executives. He is the former chair of The Business Council and of the US-China Business Council. McNerney is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and an honorary fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. He is a member of The Field Museum Board of Trustees in Chicago, and is on the Northwestern Memorial HealthCare Board, where he serves on the Finance Committee. A native of Providence, R.I., McNerney earned a B.A. degree from Yale University in 1971 and an M.B.A. from Harvard University in 1975. McNerney is married and has five children. He enjoys skiing, golf and sailing.
