Mr. Mani Kuchana is responsible for Strategic Consulting Division with acquiring large customers. Mani's strength is building large customers like citigroup, Bank of America and more. He joined IBSS in June 1997, started as a Sales Executive at age of 23, with his remarkable and charming personality today he manages Successfully more then three Revenue divisions and directly involved acquiring large customer base with strong loyalty for the company. Throughout his career, Mani has successfully integrated business objectives and Marketing strengths. Prior to joining IBSS,Inc, Mani was instrumental in working with First Mobile company as a tech support manager in INIDA. Mani holds Bachelors , Associate degree in Mechanical, and pursuing his Exec MBA.

Mr. Pavan Kuchana is the Founder of IBSS. He started IBSS in New Jersey in 1995 with $10,000 capital right after finishing his masters degree. When all his fellow students were looking for jobs after coming out of campus, he provided them with job opportunities. He started with a vision to build a global organization with a focus on delivering value to customers. In spite of downturn in IT industry, he always focused on building core competency in financial services sector. Mr. Pavan Kuchana holds Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Tele-communications from Nagpur university, and Masters in computer science from City college of New York(CCNY), City University, New York.

Mr. Hanumantha Rao brings 30 years of rich and varied experience in Business analytics, Strategic planning, Institutional marketing, team building, strategic HR, capacity building, Knowledge management and general management. He looks after corporate affairs and implementation of strategic initiatives. He is responsible for change management. He also oversees legal, HR and facilities management functions. He is an MBA from IIM - Calcutta and has done his B.Tech from IIT Madras.

Mr. Ramamurthy Natarajan brings more than 15 years of experience in Audit, Finance & Accounts in India and abroad. Before joining IBSS, he was working with Shriram Bioseed Genetics India Limited, group company of $500 million Delhi based DSCL group company in India; worked in Vietnam looking after entire finance and accounts operations of the Thailand based JF Trading group; and also worked with A.F. Ferguson & Company, Chartered Accountants (KPMG representative in India).
