Mr. McNulty, age 57, has served as a director of NYSE Euronext and its predecessors since December 2005. Mr. McNulty is also the chairperson of the board of directors of NYSE Liffe. He served as a director of Archipelago Holdings LLC (United States ) from August 2004 to March 2006.
