John R. Signorello has served as Chairman of the Board and CEO since March 2000. From 1991 until September 1997, Mr. Signorello served as the Chief Executive Officer of STMS -"Solutions That Make Sense" - a private technology company he founded that specialized in computer networks, systems integration and information technology. In 1996, STMS was ranked the 17th fastest growing technology company in America by The National Technology Council The Fast Five Hundred. In September 1997, the company was acquired by Steelcloud(Nasdaq:SCLD), and Mr. Signorello remained as Vice President of Sales and Marketing until November 1998. From 1998 through 2000, Mr. Signorello served as a Director for a Publicly traded Internet Venture Fund. Mr. Signorello is an accomplished musician, and serves as a principal in New York City Lights Entertainment. Mr. Signorello received a B.B.A. in Marketing from Radford University in 1989.

As President, Founder & Security Consultant, Doug established NineYards to raise the level of relationships with customers and to promote service excellence. He is responsible for establishing the strategic vision of NineYards, and overseeing corporate operations and business development. Doug is highly regarded for his commitment in helping organizations achieve their business and security goals, as well as his understanding of business objectives and processes in a variety of vertical markets.

Brian A. Oliver serves as our Vice President, IceWEB Online since September 2007. Brian has more than 20 years of commercial and federal sales management experience in the information technology industry. Prior to joining IceWeb, Brian served as President of Sceptre Security Solutions; a privately held company that he co-founded in 2006. From 2005 to 2006 he was Business Development Manager for Alternative Technology, a specialty distributor focused on security products and services. From 2003 to 2005 he was Vice President of Corporate Sales for Allen Corporation, responsible for sales, marketing and business development for the Corporate Sales Division. He was Director of Sales, Eastern Region at Comstor, a subsidiary of GE Capital, responsible for annual sales revenue exceeding $240 million. During his 10 year tenure at Comstor, he excelled in various sales and management roles and was recognized with numerous sales achievement awards. Brian began his career in 1986 at Microamerica selling computers, mainframes and communication peripherals.

Tim McNamee has served as Vice President of Sales for IceWeb since August of 2006. Tim has more than 19 years of Sales Management experience in the computer industry. From 1991 until September 1997, Mr. McNamee served as President of STMS -"Solutions That Make Sense" - a private technology company he founded that specialized in computer networks, systems integration and information-technology.

As President, Jason is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of Sceptre Security Solutions. At Sceptre, his responsibilities include design of service offerings, staffing and daily operations in collaboration with Sceptre's Services and Training Division. Prior to joining Sceptre, he was a Senior Network Architect and Security Engineer on contract for the United States Department of Agriculture. There, he designed, managed, and secured network operations for the USDA MAN, encompassing more than 20 sites that contained nearly 550 routers and switches.

Jack Bush joined the Board in August 2005. He is also currently a director of IdeaForest.Com (JoAnn.Com), Framed Picture Enterprise, a partner and co-chairman of Country Sampler Stores (Artisans 'N More) and president of Raintree Partners, Inc. From 1991 to 1999, he was with Michaels Stores, serving as president and director, a founder and chairman of Artistree Art, Frame and Design Company, Aaron Brothers Holding Company and Michaels of Canada. During this time Michaels grew to the worlds largest arts and crafts retailer. During his career Mr. Bush has also been president of Roses Stores and Jumbo Sports Stores, executive vice-president of Ames Stores, vice-president of Zayre Corp and served on a number of public and private board of directors. He received a BS from the University of Missouri and currently serves on several boards and committees of the University. He is also a member of the Board of Regents of Texas Lutheran University.

Joe is currently President & CEO of Kreher Steel Company, a large, privately-held, specialty steel distribution company. He has positioned Kreher Steel as an industry leader in specialty steel distribution, serving such varied markets as automotive, rail, construction, oil & gas, aerospace & defense. Mr. Druzak has been at Kreher Steel for over 20 years. Prior to Kreher Steel, Joe was employed at Jones & Laughlin Steel and Bayou Steel.
