As Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development, Mr. Kothari is responsible for establishing and growing relationships with companies across the world. Mr. Kothari leads a team of sales professionals and procurement specialists in the design of solutions that address companies' specific procurement needs and objectives. In addition, his team works closely with prospective customers to develop business cases that quantifiably demonstrate the value of these solutions. Before assuming his current role, Mr. Kothari led multiple teams in the delivery of services to many of ICG Commerce's largest customers in the manufacturing, retail, and consumer packed goods industries. Prior to joining ICG Commerce, Mr. Kothari was a Principal at A.T. Kearney, the global management consultancy, where he led sourcing and procurement efforts, among other programs, in the consumer packaged goods, transportation, pharmaceutical, and technology services industries. Mr. Kothari earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College and Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business.

As Senior Vice President, Customer Relationship Management, Mr. Clary is responsible for the execution of ICG Commerce's services across all customers on a global basis. In this role, Mr. Clary leads a team of category and process specialists in the design, implementation delivery and on-going management of tailored procurement solutions with a focus on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations. Mr. Clary was voted one of America's Supply Chain 'Pros to Know' in 2003 by iSource Magazine and is a frequent presenter at ISM, Outsourcing and other industry-affiliated forums on a variety of topics related to procurement best practices. Prior to joining ICG Commerce, Mr. Clary was a Principal at A.T. Kearney, the global management consultancy, where he was instrumental in developing that firm's strategic sourcing and procurement operations practices, including the support for the O'Hare Group, one of the first multi-industry consortia assembled in the United States.

As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Brumbaugh oversees all global sales activities. He is charged with managing and building the ICG Commerce sales organization, while growing ICG Commerce's customer base. Mr. Brumbaugh leads a team of sales professionals in developing and presenting solutions that support current and prospective customers' Procurement BPO and Sourcing objectives. Having worked for over 20 years in the supply chain and technology industry, Mr. Brumbaugh is a procurement veteran, leveraging his experience to help companies develop solutions to achieve greater control of their spend and maximize the value of their technology investments. His deep experience in direct sales and sales management have helped him to develop strong and proven capabilities in partnering, selling and delivering high-value procurement solutions to global customers. Mr. Brumbaugh joined ICG Commerce in December of 1999. Prior to joining ICG Commerce, Mr. Brumbaugh was a Sales Manager for PeopleSoft in their Supply Chain Practice, where he was responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with National and Global Accounts, specifically in the Manufacturing and CPG Industries.

As Vice President of Sourcing and Category management, Mr. Hausmann is responsible for developing and managing ICG Commerce's Global Sourcing and Category Management capabilities. Mr. Hausmann has 15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category and supplier relationship management. His organization of category, sourcing process and logistics experts leverage innovative strategies, tools and deep market experience to help companies execute large sourcing and spend management programs and ultimately realize measurable cost reductions. Mr. Hausmann has sourced and managed the entire sphere of a typical company's indirect spend and has extensive experience sourcing many direct categories and managing large scale initiatives to outsource benefits administration, logistics and manufacturing operations. Mr. Hausmann is a well-recognized expert in the procurement industry, having shared his insights during numerous industry events, including National ISM Conferences, Sourcing Interest Group Conferences and the Purchasing Magazine Global Procurement Conference. In addition, Mr. Hausmann has been recognized by Supply & Demand Chain Executive as one of the publication's "Provider Pros to Know". Prior to ICG Commerce, Mr. Hausmann managed Indirect Procurement for two leading organizations including Wyeth, a $20B global pharmaceutical company, and a $1.5B spin-off of Campbell Soup. In addition he served as Vice President of Client Services for PGI, a strategic sourcing consultancy.

As Vice President of Marketing & Organizational Development, Ms. Knouft is responsible for facilitating company growth by driving strategies and programs which are aimed at increasing marketplace demand for Procurement BPO services and positioning ICG Commerce as a recognized industry leader and the Procurement Services Provider of choice. In addition, Ms. Knouft is responsible for enabling the company to deliver against its brand promise and value proposition by continuously attaining, retaining and developing top industry talent. Under Ms. Knouft's leadership, numerous industry analyst and advisory firms, including IDC, NelsonHall, and Everest, have recognized the company as the Procurement BPO market share leader, while Fortune, Forbes, and other publications have publicly awarded the company for its exceptional capabilities and depth of expertise. Prior to joining ICG Commerce in 2000, Ms Knouft was a senior leader within Ernst & Young LLP's Post Merger Integration Practice. In this capacity, she spearheaded numerous global consulting programs focused on helping recently merged companies develop and implement integrated Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain and Human Resource strategies while achieving financial cost synergies. Ms. Knouft began her career in Mobil Oil's Market Strategy Group.

Mike functions as a managing director at Internet Capital Group. Before retiring from IBM in 2004, Mike was vice president of corporate strategy and focused on IBM's On Demand strategy. Previous to this position, he was General Manager of Storage Software for the IBM Storage Systems Group. This position followed his post as Vice President of Emerging Business Development, reporting to the IBM Vice Chairman. Mike was also in the IBM Software Group and led IBM's entry into the knowledge management market and distributed learning market. Prior to that, Mike served as CEO of Lotus Development Corporation, shortly after Lotus was acquired by IBM. During his tenure at IBM, Mike served on the IBM Worldwide Management Council and the IBM Corporate Technology Council. Before joining IBM, Mike was Senior Vice President of the Lotus Communications Products Group. He joined Lotus in 1994 after the Company's acquisition of Soft-Switch, Inc., a software firm that he founded in 1979 and headed until that acquisition. Prior to founding Soft-Switch, he was a member of the faculty at the Sloan School of Management at MIT. He is a trustee of Lehigh University, a member of the Philadelphia Orchestra Board of Directors , a member of the Main Line Health Board of Governors, an overseer of the Penn School of Engineering and Applied Science, and member of the Advisory Board of the College of Engineering at Lehigh. He also serves on the Boards of a number of ICG partner companies. An original member of ICG's advisory board, Doug joined the company full-time in September 1997 as Managing Director, and was appointed President of ICG in January, 2009. Doug has had many roles at ICG including CEO of WiseWire Technologies, which was successfully sold to Lycos; Chairman of Verticalnet through its IPO; CEO of ICG Europe; and CEO of Traffic.com, which was later successfully sold to Navteq. In addition to these roles, Doug's primary focus at ICG has been to sponsor and oversee investments in several partner companies that have included Blackboard (Nasdaq: BBBB), Verticalnet (Nasdaq:VERT), eMerge Interactive (Nasdaq: EMRG), Arbinet-thexchange (Nasdaq: ARBX), WiseWire (acquired by Lycos), LinkShare (acquired by Rakuten), CreditTrade (merged with Creditex Group), Creditex (acquired by Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE)), StarCite, Traffic.com (acquired by Navteq), and Investor Force. Doug currently serves on the boards of Channel Intelligence, Investor Force, StarCite, ICG Commerce, WhiteFence and Commerce360. Prior to joining ICG, Doug co-founded Reality Online in 1989. Reality Online was an early innovator in the development of award-winning financial planning tools and online services aimed at the individual investor. With the advent of the Internet, Doug transformed the company into a leading provider of Internet solutions to the retail brokerage industry, and then sold the company to Reuters in February 1994. Over the following 3 years, Doug became a key contributor to Reuters' many Internet initiatives and a frequent speaker on the Internet and its impact on the financial services industry. Prior to co-founding Reality Online, Doug was a partner with Strategic Management Group, a corporate training firm and three-time Inc. 500 company. Kirk is chief financial officer at Internet Capital Group. His responsibilities include the oversight of all of ICG's internal financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, internal controls, financial systems and internal and external reporting. Prior to joining ICG in 1999, Kirk was an audit manager in the Philadelphia office of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he was a member of the middle market and growing company practice. Kirk is a CPA and member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Education: Pennsylvania State University, B.S., Accounting, 1989

Walter is co-founder, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Internet Capital Group. Prior to ICG, Walter was vice president of acquisitions for Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., where he led many of Safeguard's investments through the mid-1990s, including Diamond Technology, ChromoVision and Video Server. He also was responsible for developing and executing Safeguard's multimedia and Internet investment strategies. Before Safeguard, Walter was president and co-founder of Centralized Management Systems, Inc., a medical supply company, which he sold in 1987. Previously, he spent three years at CoreStates in the commercial lending group. Walter was included in Business Week's 2000 "eBiz 25," listing of the 25 most influential people in electronic business, Price Waterhouse honored Walter with its “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2000, and the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group honored him with its "Entrepreneurial Excellence Award" in June 2000. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board for ICG, Walter sits on the board of ICG Commerce. He is Chairman of the Starfinder Foundation, a non-profit organization, the Board of Advisors of the Carolina Entrepreneurial Initiative and on the Board of Visitors of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
