Mr. Bambach has served as Chief Accounting Officer since May 2002, and as Vice President and Corporate Controller since August 2001. Previously, he served as Vice President - External Financial Reporting for Winstar Communications, Inc. from August 1999, and Vice President and Corporate Controller of ICG Communications, Inc. from February 1996.

With responsibility for ReddShell's operations, professional services, and development, James leverages more than 15 years of experience in technology fields. This includes 10 years of software engineering and development, as well as technical project management and systems analysis. Sarbanes-Oxley (Section 404) project management, VISA CISP, and global security strategy skills are just a few of the competencies that James brings to ReddShell's consulting organization. The software development team also benefits from a long, successful track record of managing technical resources in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Prior to ReddShell, James led Enterprise Application Integration projects at ICG Communications, Inc., was Director of Software Engineering at Ecovate, Inc. where he was primarily responsible for developing teleconferencing applications and web-based services, and redesigned multi-million dollar billing systems at Corporate Express. Early career experience includes programmer/analyst time with American Management Systems, Inc., and the US Air/Army National Guard, where he was decorated for his contributions. James has a BS in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

Leontis Teryazos is the President of Letmic Management Inc., a Montreal-based financial advisory firm. Mr. Teryazos works primarily in the healthcare, telecommunications and technology sectors and focuses on assisting companies in the areas of financings and business development with an emphasis on the U.S. markets. Mr. Teryazos has over the last several years assisted such companies as Aurelium BioPharma Inc., a Montreal-based proteomics technology company, Vitalstate, Inc. (VTST/OTC BB), a nutraceutical company, ICG Communications, Inc. (ICG/OTC BB), a U.S. telecommunications service provider, QR Canada Capital (QRI/TSX-V), a venture investment company, Molichem R&D, Inc. a U.S. developer of cystic fibrosis therapeutics, and Energy 2020 Canada Corp, a developer of new internal combustion cylinder head designs. Mr. Teryazos has served on the board of directors of all the above companies with the exception of Energy 2020 and Molichem. Mr. Teryazos graduated from Cornell University in 1965 and the Taft School.

Jim Fleming joined Columbia Capital in 1994 where he focuses on investments and communication services. Columbia Capital is a venture capital firm specializing in the communications and information technology industries. In addition to his Presidio Networked Solutions board membership, Mr. Fleming is also a member of ICG Communications, NuVox Communications, WCS Wireless and The Tennis Channel. He has been involved with MindSHIFT Technologies, Mobile Satellite Ventures and XM Satellite Radio. He previously held board seats with Taqua and WNP Communications and has worked closely with a number of former Columbia portfolio companies, including NeoWorld and Digital Television Services. Prior to joining Columbia, he served as president of Prime Cellular, an entity involved in the operation of rural cellular markets. Mr. Fleming is a former member of the audit department of Price Waterhouse. He received his B.A. from Stanford University.

John Siegel joined Columbia Capital in 2000 and focuses on communication services investments. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of mindSHIFT Technologies, FDN Communications, ICG Communications, Integrated Solutions, and Netifice Communications. He is also actively involved in Mpower, New Global Telecom, Mobile Satellite Ventures, and MetroPCS Communications. Prior to joining Columbia Capital, John was a member of Morgan Stanley's Private Equity Group, where he specialized in investments in the telecommunications/data services arena. He has held positions with Fidelity Ventures, the private equity division of Fidelity Investments, and the Investment Banking Division of Alex. Brown & Sons, Incorporated. John received his B.A. from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
