Mr. Cumming has served as Chief Technology Officer since 2006 and has been the President of the Detection group and a member of the Board of Directors since 2005. Mr. Cumming also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nomadics, Inc., our wholly-owned subsidiary, a position he has held since he co-founded Nomadics in 1994. Prior to forming Nomadics, he served as Vice President for Engineering and Research at Frontier Engineering. He has also served as a design engineer for Amoco Research Center, Fife Corporation and Los Alamos National Laboratory. Mr. Cumming holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

A co-founder of ICx, Mr. Kobler was also a Board member of many of the ICx subsidiary companies prior to merging and was closely involved in the monitoring and operations of the group. Mr. Kobler was also a founding partner of Digital Power Capital. Previously, Mr. Kobler headed the GE Power Technology Investment Group and was Chief Quality Officer leading the six sigma effort at GE Equity. Before that, Mr. Kobler was a Management Consultant with Bain & Company. He holds an MA in Aerospace Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Prior to joining ICx as Chief Financial Officer in 2006, Ms. Mosier served as Chief Financial Officer of Nomadics, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ICx Technologies. From 1995 to 2004, she served in various leadership positions, including as president, chief financial officer and a director for TMS, Inc., a publicly held technology company that developed software and provided services to enable businesses to use document imaging to solve critical business issues. From 1989 to1996, Ms. Mosier worked in the audit practice of KPMG LLP. Ms. Mosier is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma, holds a B.S. from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

A co-founder of ICx, Peter W. Huber is a partner in the law firm of Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel based in Washington, DC, and was a co-founding partner of Digital Power Capital. He clerked on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals for then Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg and on the U.S. Supreme Court for Justice Sandra Day O'Connor. He earned his law degree from Harvard University and a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.

David W. Cullin, Senior Vice President, Technology Transition. Dave Cullin has served as our Senior Vice President, Technology Transition since 2005. From 2002 until 2005, Mr. Cullin served as Director of Technology in the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense within the United States Department of Defense. Mr. Cullin received a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemistry from Ohio State University.

Mr. Mongan joined us as Vice President and General Counsel in 2006. Mr. Mongan has over seventeen years of legal and strategic consulting services experience. From1995 until 2001 and from 2004 to 2006, Mr. Mongan owned and operated a legal consulting practice that assisted W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc. and other corporate clients in mergers, acquisitions and strategic relationships. From 2001 to 2004, he worked for W.L. Gore & Associates as leader of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development. Mr. Mongan was also an associate at Shearman & Sterling’s New York office from 1990 until 1995. He received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Erin Ehlinger’s expertise extends from conventional transportation infrastructure to ITS infrastructure planning, design and construction, including advanced traffic management systems (ATMS), advanced traveler information systems (ATIS), communications trunk and interconnected traffic signal systems. She has a strong background in overall ITS program management including planning, design and operations. Her focus is on arterial operations.

Glen Fromm has been actively involved in the planning, design, integration and operation of Intelligent Transportation Systems throughout his 24 years of experience. His experience ranges form planning to deployment with an emphasis on systems integration. He has managed and been a lead technical resource for a variety of transportation projects ranging from freeway to transit applications. Prior to joining ICx Transportation, Glen was a Vice President and regional manager for PB Farradyne with responsibility for operations and projects in 22 western U.S. states.

Frank Elbe was born in Iserlohn, Germany. He began his career in international service in 1972 as First Secretary in the German Embassy in Warsaw, Poland. From 1976 to 1979 he served in the Foreign Office, which later led to a post in Kampala, Uganda as the Deputy Head of Mission at the German Embassy, from 1979-1980.

C. Paul Robinson is a President Emeritus and former Laboratories Director of Sandia National Laboratories and served as Ambassador and Chief Negotiator as head of the US Delegation to the US/USSR Nuclear Testing Talks in Geneva in the late 1980s. He is a member of the Strategic Advisory Group for the Commander, U.S. Strategic Command and serves on the NASA Advisory Council and State Department Council on International Security. Dr. Robinson earned his B.S. in Physics from Christian Brothers College and a Ph.D in Physics from Florida State University.

Robert Iorizzo served as President of Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems Sector from 2001 thru 2005. The 2005 sales revenue was approximately $7B. He served in a number of prestigious roles during his forty-three year career at Northrop Grumman, including General Manager for Electronic Systems Space Division as well as the Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence & Naval Systems Division (C3I&N). During his time as General Manager of C3I&N he directed the integration of the newly acquired Litton Industries, Inc.'s $1.6 billion advanced electronic business. Mr. Iorizzo has a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from St. Johns University, holds two patents in the field of laser techniques, and has published a number of technical articles.

Mr. Serra has also held different posts within the private sector; President of Telettra EspaA ola (1988-1991), Vice-president and President of Cubiertas MZOV (1989-1995), President of Peugeot-Talbot Espana (1992-1996), Chairman of Airtel - currently Vodafone Spain- (1994-1996), and Chairman of UBS Spain (2000-2006). Eduardo Serra has been actively involved with the following non-profit organisations: FAD (Fundacian de Ayuda contra la Drogadiccian) where since 1987 he has been their General Manager, Vice-President and Chairman; Vice-president and President of INCIPE (1989-1996); President of the Royal Board of Trustees of Museo Nacional del Prado (2000-2004); and Chairman of the Real Instituto Elcano for International and Strategic Studies. Presently, he chairs Everis Foundation.

Eduardo Serra was born in Madrid. In 1974 he entered the Corps of State Lawyers as the number one of his promotion. He currently runs his own strategic consulting company named Eduardo Serra y Asociados.

Howard Safir became CEO of Bode Technology when Global Options Group, Inc. acquired Bode on February 28, 2007. Mr. Safir is also CEO of another GlobalOptions company, SafirRosetti, a premier company serving the security and investigation needs of its clients both nationally and internationally. Prior to founding SafirRosetti, Howard Safir was appointed 39th Police Commissioner of the City of New York by Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani on April 15, 1996. In his four years as Police Commissioner, he achieved a 38% reduction in major crime and reduced homicides by 44%, bringing the total number of murders in New York to 667, the lowest level in three decades. He developed and implemented Operation Condor, a creative use of personnel resources that continues to be a centerpiece of current NYPD crime reduction strategy. Mr. Safir began his law enforcement career in 1965 as a special agent assigned to the New York office of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, a forerunner of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). He advanced through the ranks of the DEA and in 1977 was appointed Assistant Director of the DEA. Commissioner Safir also served as Chief of the Witness Security Division, U.S. Marshals Service. In 1984, he was named Associate Director for Operations, U.S. Marshals Service, a position he held until his retirement from the federal government in 1990. Commissioner Safir rejoined government service in 1994 when Mayor Giuliani asked him to serve as New York City's 29th Fire Commissioner. Mr. Safir received a B.A. in History and Political Science from Hofstra University in 1963. He attended Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, receiving certificates in the programs for Senior Managers in Government in 1988 and for National and International Security in 1989.

Joe Reeder, currently the Managing Shareholder of the Mid-Atlantic Region of the Greenberg Traurig law firm, served four years as the 14th Undersecretary of the Army. He was also the Chairman of the Panama Canal Commission, a Member of the Panama Canal Advisory Board and sat on the five member DOD Base Realignment Closure (BRAC) Council. An expert on the topics of national security, legal ethics and procurement law, Mr. Reeder, a West Point graduate, (J.D. Univ. of Texas; LLM Georgetown) sits on many national security related boards.

Mark L. Plaumann has been a director since June 2002. He is presently a Managing-Member of Greyhawke Capital Advisors LLC, which he co-founded in 1998. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Plaumann was a Senior Vice President of Wexford Capital LLC. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Plaumann was employed by Alvarez & Marsal, Inc. as a Managing Director. From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Plaumann worked for American Healthcare Management, Inc., where he attained the position of President. From 1974 to 1985, Mr. Plaumann worked in both the audit and consulting divisions of Ernst & Young, where he attained the position of Senior Manager and he is a certified public accountant. Mr. Plaumann is the Chair of our Audit Committee, is an "audit committee financial expert" and is independent as defined under applicable SEC and Nasdaq rules.

A 25-year decorated veteran and captain of the Fire Department of New York City, Vinny was the Executive Officer of Haz Mat Operations, Special Operations Command. He has either participated in workshops or consulted with a number of federal agencies, including the DHS, FBI and FEMA. Mr. Doherty is currently working as a Senior Fellow/Practitioner at the Department of Homeland Security, Preparedness Directorate. He holds a B.S. degree from St. John's University and a M.A. in Security Studies, Homeland Defense and Security from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
