Mr. Cumming has served as Chief Technology Officer since 2006 and has been the President of the Detection group and a member of the Board of Directors since 2005. Mr. Cumming also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nomadics, Inc., our wholly-owned subsidiary, a position he has held since he co-founded Nomadics in 1994. A co-founder of ICx, Mr. Kobler was also a Board member of many of the ICx subsidiary companies prior to merging and was closely involved in the monitoring and operations of the group. Mr. Kobler was also a founding partner of Digital Power Capital. Previously, Mr. Kobler headed the GE Power Technology Investment Group and was Chief Quality Officer leading the six sigma effort at GE Equity. Robert Iorizzo served as President of Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems Sector from 2001 thru 2005. The 2005 sales revenue was approximately $7B. He served in a number of prestigious roles during his forty-three year career at Northrop Grumman, including General Manager for Electronic Systems Space Division as well as the Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence & Naval Systems Division (C3I&N). Howard Safir became CEO of Bode Technology when Global Options Group, Inc. acquired Bode on February 28, 2007. Mr. Safir is also CEO of another GlobalOptions company, SafirRosetti, a premier company serving the security and investigation needs of its clients both nationally and internationally. Prior to founding SafirRosetti, Howard Safir was appointed 39th Police Commissioner of the City of New York by Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani on April 15, 1996. In his four years as Police Commissioner, he achieved a 38% reduction in major crime and reduced homicides by 44%, bringing the total number of murders in New York to 667, the lowest level in three decades. He developed and implemented Operation Condor, a creative use of personnel resources that continues to be a centerpiece of current NYPD crime reduction strategy. Mr. Safir began his law enforcement career in 1965 as a special agent assigned to the New York office of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, a forerunner of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). He advanced through the ranks of the DEA and in 1977 was appointed Assistant Director of the DEA. Commissioner Safir also served as Chief of the Witness Security Division, U.S. Marshals Service. In 1984, he was named Associate Director for Operations, U.S. Marshals Service, a position he held until his retirement from the federal government in 1990. Commissioner Safir rejoined government service in 1994 when Mayor Giuliani asked him to serve as New York City's 29th Fire Commissioner. Mr. Safir received a B.A. in History and Political Science from Hofstra University in 1963. He attended Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, receiving certificates in the programs for Senior Managers in Government in 1988 and for National and International Security in 1989.

Mark L. Plaumann has been a director since June 2002. He is presently a Managing-Member of Greyhawke Capital Advisors LLC, which he co-founded in 1998. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Plaumann was a Senior Vice President of Wexford Capital LLC. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Plaumann was employed by Alvarez & Marsal, Inc. as a Managing Director. From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Plaumann worked for American Healthcare Management, Inc., where he attained the position of President. From 1974 to 1985, Mr. Plaumann worked in both the audit and consulting divisions of Ernst & Young, where he attained the position of Senior Manager and he is a certified public accountant. Mr. Plaumann is the Chair of our Audit Committee, is an "audit committee financial expert" and is independent as defined under applicable SEC and Nasdaq rules.
