Todd Davis has over 20 years of strategic operations and transformation experience within the software industry. Having held leadership positions at companies including Fair Isaac, Brio Software and Oracle, Davis oversees strategy formation and all functional areas and operations at International Decision Systems .

Dick Barnes has over 25 years of financial and operational experience across a number of industries. Most recently, he was EVP & CFO of Zomax Inc, a NASDAQ traded public company prior to its acquisition that provided supply chain services primarily to the personal computer and software industries in North America and Europe. Prior to that, he was COO & CFO of ValueVision Media Inc., a NASDAQ company 40% owned by GE & NBC. ValueVision is a direct marketing/e-commerce company. Dick also previously held senior executive positions in Bell Canada, Pillsbury and Bristol-Myers Squibb in both Canada and the United States. He began his career with Procter & Gamble.

Kathleen Jordan Stowe is a Principal member of SV Investment Partners and currently serving as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of International Decision Systems. Previously, she worked with Salomon Smith Barney as an Analyst in the Technology Group. At Salomon Smith Barney, Kathleen gained experience in mergers and acquisitions and public stock offerings. Kathleen has a BA degree in Business Administration, Finance and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.

David Nash is responsible for the strategy and execution of International Decision Systems' global consulting and training delivery capabilities. Previously, he was Director of Web Services for Sun Microsystems where he led a global team around Sun's web infrastructure products. Prior to Sun Microsystems, Mr. Nash was one of the founding members of Cambridge Technology Partners. There he was responsible for sales and delivery for the Southeast region. He has over 20 years of experience in the information technology services and consulting industries.

Gerry Perham has over 22 years experience constructing sophisticated software products in companies ranging from start-ups to mainstream public entities. He brings with him extensive software development experience and expertise at building and motivating development teams around the world. He is well versed in the benefits and tradeoffs of Agile and CMMI-based software development processes with a history of on-time, on-scope and on-budget product delivery. Gerry's past employers include Lawson Software, Brooks Automation and Coopers & Lybrand.

Paul is responsible for managing the IDS operations throughout Asia Pacific. He has held senior executive roles in Information Technology, with a strong record of achievement in the last 20 years with leading software companies in the Asia Pacific region such as General Electric Software International, Computer Associates, Cincom Systems, Saba Software, NEIS and QSP. Paul has also worked in the public sector with the South Australian and the Australian Federal governments. He holds an MBA and a degree in Economics from the Adelaide University in South Australia and has professional affiliations with the Australian Society of Accountants, Australian Marketing Institute, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ron Dolan has more than 20 years of successful experience in global business development and sales management for software and technology companies. As a respected veteran sales leader working with enterprise and mission critical applications, Dolan leads and manages the global sales, product marketing and marketing efforts for International Decision Systems. Mr. Dolan has built and managed North American and International sales teams in his previous engagements. Mr. Dolan has also been instrumental in managing Strategic Product Initiatives, development and product to market introductions. Mr. Dolan holds an MBA and is an active participant in the ELFA.

Tom Dawson is Product Marketing Manager for International Decision Systems, Inc. He is responsible for market research leading to future product development and positioning. Prior to joining IDS in January of 2003 Mr. Dawson spent 13 years in the Equipment Leasing Industry and 12 years in the Commercial Collection Industry. As Portfolio Manager for the Communications Finance Group of Associates Commercial Corporation he was involved in a number of systems related implementations and conversions, including the implementation of CACSPlus for his collection department and the conversion off of their custom built receivable and credit systems to InfoLease. The success of this project impressed the executive management team of The Associates and influenced their decision to make a strategic shift for the Commercial Finance Divisions to migrate all of their receivables to InfoLease. Since then Tom has worked on implementations and conversion to InfoLease for other groups at The Associates (now CitiCapital) and ORIX Financial Services.

Shelly has over 17 years experience in lease accounting, most recently as Sr. Business Group Financial Analyst for Farm Credit Leasing providing budgeting, forecasting, spread analysis, and financial analysis for portfolio purchases and sales. Previous to this, Shelly worked as a Sr. Corporate Tax Accountant at KPMG, and as a consultant for International Decision Systems assisting with conversions, new portfolio implementations, and GAAP and tax issues.
