Liore Alroy became Net2Phone's Chief Executive Officer in October 2004. Since 2002, Mr. Alroy has been a strategic advisor to Net2Phone's executive team, helping them shape Net2Phone’s cable telephony strategy. Prior to joining Net2Phone, Mr. Alroy was Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at IDT Corporation, where he had extensive experience with telecom ventures. Prior to working with IDT, Mr. Alroy was an attorney in private practice, including working as a tax associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP. Mr. Alroy is a graduate of Cornell University and Columbia Law School.

Douglas W. Mauro has been Chief Tax Officer of the Company since March 2005. He joined the Company in 1999 and is responsible for all tax matters for the Company. Mr. Mauro has over 25 years experience in corporate taxation. Mr. Mauro's prior experience includes Vice President, Tax for ICN Pharmaceuticals in Costa Mesa, California and extensive experience in international taxes at various pharmaceutical companies where he served as the top tax officer. Mr. Mauro received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University and an M.B.A. in Tax from New York University Stern School of Business.

Joyce J. Mason has served as an Executive Vice President of the Company since December 1998 and as General Counsel and Secretary of the Company since its inception. Ms. Mason also served as a director of the Company since its inception until December 2006. In addition, Ms. Mason served as a director of IDT Telecom, Inc. from December 1999 until May 2001 and as a director of Net2Phone, Inc. from October 2001 until October 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Mason had been in private legal practice. Ms. Mason received a B.A. from the City University of New York and a J.D. from New York Law School. Ely D. Tendler has been Chief Legal Officer of the Company since June 2005. He first began working for the Company's subsidiary, IDT Telecom, Inc., as Senior Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel in January 2003, and later became IDT Telecom's Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tendler was an attorney with the New York office of Kramer Levin since 1994, specializing in M&A and securities transactions. Mr. Tendler received a B.A. from Yeshiva University and a J.D. from Yale Law School.

Moshe Kaganoff has served as the Company's Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning since January 2000 and served as a director of the Company from March 1999 until December 2006. Mr. Kaganoff has served as a director of IDT Capital, Inc. since September 2004. From April 1994 through July 1998, Mr. Kaganoff served as the Company's Manager of Operations. From August 2001 through December 2004, Mr. Kaganoff also served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning for IDT Telecom, Inc. Mr. Kaganoff holds a B.A. in Economics from Yeshiva University.

Yona Katz has been Executive Vice President of Business Development of the Company since January 2006. Mr. Katz has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of IDT Telecom, Inc. since December 2005. Prior to that position, he served as IDT Telecom's Executive Vice President from December 2001 until December 2005 and as its Chief Operating Officer from February 2003 until December 2005. Mr. Katz has a B.S. in Mathematics from Touro College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Baruch College.

Julian Hawkins brings nearly 20-years of semiconductor experience to IDT. As vice president of worldwide sales, Hawkins is responsible for the global IDT sales organization, consisting of approximately 450 direct salespeople and manufacturing representatives, and a global network of distributors in more than 50 countries. He leads and manages sales efforts with an emphasis on expanding the company's total system solutions to enable accelerated packet processing and on building customer relationships throughout key segments of the networking and telecommunications industries. Hawkins has held several senior management positions for companies in the networking and semiconductor industries. He joins IDT from Infineon Technologies, Inc., where he spent three years as vice president of sales for North America. While at Infineon, Hawkins led the company's North American sales, field application and design win teams. Hawkins' accomplishments at Infineon included increasing revenue in North America beyond double the industry growth rate and dramatically increasing the company's market share while significantly reducing sales costs. Other prior industry experience includes eight years at Samsung Semiconductor Inc., where he held various management positions, including vice president of marketing for memory and flat panel LCD sales in the Americas. Hawkins led a team of professionals covering product marketing, strategic marketing, applications engineering and product definition, and he was responsible for managing approximately $5 billion in revenue. In addition, Hawkins has held sales and marketing positions at significant semiconductor companies in all three major markets -- North America, Asia Pacific and Europe. Hawkins earned a bachelor's degree in computer science, with honors, from Manchester University.

Mike Hunter brings more than 28 years of manufacturing and operations management experience to his position as vice president of manufacturing. His duties encompass complete manufacturing responsibility for the four manufacturing sites, which include a wafer fab in Hillsboro, as well as test and assembly facilities in Penang, Manila and Santa Clara. External foundry operations and business planning also report to Hunter. Before joining IDT, Hunter gained international experience as vice president of fab operations for Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd. in Singapore. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president of finance and senior vice president of manufacturing at Fujitsu Personal Systems, where he managed the worldwide financial and product supply activities for the company, including four European subsidiaries. Hunter has also held management positions at POQET Computer Corp., Athens Corp., National Semiconductor, Fairchild Semiconductor and Texas Instruments. Hunter received a bachelor of science degree in operations management from the University of Alabama.

In his role as Vice President of Engineering for the IDT Networking Division, Sab Ventola is responsible for the design, development and test engineering of the business. Ventola brings more than 23 years of semiconductor and networking industry experience to IDT encompassing design engineering and strategic business marketing. Ventola joined IDT in October 2002 as a result of the IDT acquisition of Solidum Systems. At Solidum, his primary responsibility was overseeing the company’s product design and development. Prior to Solidum, Ventola held various management positions in design and marketing at Alcatel, Newbridge Networks Corporation and Mitel Corporation. Ventola holds a master’s of Engineering degree from Carleton University in Ottawa and a BASc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Howard Jonas is the founder and Chairman of IDT Corporation, a leading international telecommunications company. A graduate of the Bronx High School of Science, he received a BA in Economics from Harvard University. Mr. Jonas is an extremely active philanthropist and serves as a trustee on numerous university, hospital, religious and social service organization boards. Mr. Jonas and his wife Debbie are proud parents to nine children.

A memberof Outside Counsel's board of directors, Ira joined IDT Corporation in January 2000 and has been President of IDT since 2001. Prior to joining IDT, Ira was a partner of Morrison & Foerster from February 1997 to November 1999, where he served as Chairman of the New York office's Business Department. He was previously an associate in the New York and Toronto offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. From 1992 to 1996 Ira served on the Securities Advisory Committee to the Ontario Securities Commission, and from 1991 to 1992 he also served as counsel to the Ontario Securities Commission advising on the implementation of the Multijurisdictional Disclosure System with the SEC. Ira received a J.D. from Columbia University.

James R. Mellor, chairman of the board of directors, retired in 1997 as chairman and chief executive officer of General Dynamics Corporation, a company engaged in shipbuilding and marine systems, land and amphibious combat systems, information systems, and business aviation businesses, a position he held since 1994. Prior to assuming that position, Mr. Mellor was president and chief operating officer of General Dynamics. Mr. Mellor served as interim president and chief executive officer of the Company from December 2004 to October 2005. Mr. Mellor also serves on the board of trustees of the Scripps Research Institute and the board of directors of IDT Corporation.

James S. Gilmore III is a former Governor of Virginia and a partner at the law firm of Kelley Drye and Warren, where he practices corporate and technology law. Mr. Gilmore is also president of USA Secure, a homeland-security public policy think tank based in Washington, DC. Mr. Gilmore was elected Commonwealth's Attorney in his home county of Henrico in 1987 and 1991, and was elected Virginia Attorney General in 1993 and Governor in 1997. Former Governor Gilmore created the nation's first secretariat of technology, established a statewide technology commission, and signed into law the nation's first comprehensive state Internet policy.

Chavez was also editor of the prize-winning quarterly journal American Educator (1977-1983), published by the American Federation of Teachers, where she also served as assistant to AFT president Al Shanker (1982-1983) and assistant director of legislation (1975-1977). Chavez serves on the Board of Directors of ABM Industries Inc., as well as on boards of several non-profit organizations. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and was Co-Chair of the Council's Committee on Diversity (1998-2000). Chavez was born in Albuquerque, N.M., on June 17, 1947, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado in 1970. She is married and is the mother of three sons. She currently lives in Reston, Va.
