A veteran of the online media and applications business, Chris Dominguez oversees the development and execution of IFILM's business development efforts, including distribution partnerships, content and brand licensing deals and mobile and subscription based initiatives. Prior to joining IFILM, Dominguez co-founded Stockpoint Inc, an ASP financial technology company, in 1995. As President, he led Stockpoint to $40M in annual sales by 2001. In August 2001, Dominguez completed an M&A transaction (represented by UBS Warburg) with Pinnacor (NASDAQ: PCOR). Dominguez served as Executive Vice President at Pinnacor through May 2002. Pinnacor was subsequently acquired by CBS Marketwatch and then Dow Jones and Company. Prior to Stockpoint, Dominguez worked in the publishing business and held positions at Cosmopolitan Magazine, The Daily Telegraph and Research Magazine. Dominguez is an active participant and former board member of Junior Achievement, a non-profit educational organization.
