Mr. Rose has served on the Company's board of directors since 1992. He is a private investor. Mr. Rose served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bumble Bee Seafoods, Inc. from June 1985 to August 1988. He served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Van Camp Seafood, Inc., from March 1992 to August 1997. Since 2003, he has served on the board of directors of Birds Eye Foods, Inc. and as United States Commissioner to the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission.

Richard J. Dahl, was appointed Chairman of the Board in May 2008. He was previously elected a Member of the Board of Directors in February 2008. Since 2004, Mr. Dahl has served as a Director of the NYSE listed IHOP Corporation where he presides as Chairman of the Audit Committee and was Chairman of the Special Committee of the Board formed to oversee IHOP's successful bid to acquire Applebee’s International.
From 2002 to 2007, he was employed by the Dole Food Company. He held various executive level positions with Dole including President, Chief Operating Officer and Director from 2004 to 2007 and Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director positions from 2002 to 2004.
Prior to his work at Dole, Mr. Dahl was President and Chief Operating Officer of NYSE listed Bank of Hawaii Corporation where he held positions of increasing responsibilities from 1981 to 2002.
Prior to Bank of Hawaii, Mr. Dahl spent 8 years with international Certified Public Accounting firm Ernst & Young.
Mr. Dahl is a member of Class Two of the Board, with a term expiring at the 2008 annual meeting.
Dennis Farrow has served as Chief Operating Officer since September 2006. In this position, Mr. Farrow is responsible for all areas of the Company's Restaurant Operations function, including the strategic and tactical leadership of its Franchise and Company Operations groups. Mr. Farrow most recently served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Wendy's International's Midwest Region. In this role, he was responsible for the stewardship and management of more than 1,100 Wendy's franchise and company-operated locations with annual sales in excess of $1.5 billion. Previously, Mr. Farrow was Senior Director of Operations Services for Taco Bell Corp., where he led significant organizational and cultural change. Prior to Taco Bell, Mr. Farrow began his career in sales and sales management for Baxter Healthcare Corporation. Previously, he served in the United States Army as an Infantry Officer. Mr. Farrow received a BS in International Affairs from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Master's of Science in Management from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.

Mr. Kay has served on the Company's Board of Directors since May 1987 and is currently the Board's Lead Director. Previously, he was its Chairman from January 2003 to May 2006. Mr. Kay is a private consultant and investor. He served as Publisher, Fi: The Magazine of Music & Sound, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Fi, L.L.C. from October 1995 until May 1998. He serves as director of Design Center Solutions, Inc. dba Bridgeway Media Group and is an honorary board member of the New Century Chamber Orchestra.

Terry Wills is president of Wills Communications, Inc. An award-winning marketing communications professional with more years experience than she will ever admit to. Prior to establishing Wills Communications in 1991, Terry served as senior vice president of the Corporate and Consumer Marketing Division of the largest public relations company in the western United States, Rogers & Cowan, Inc. (a Shandwick Company). At R&C, she developed and managed programs for a variety of clients, including General Motors (Oldsmobile), RJ Reynolds, Giorgio Armani/Emporio Armani, Hilton Hotels Corporation's Gaming Division, The United States Postal Service, Hyatt Hotels, and Sebastian International, among others. Before that, Terry served as vice president of the Corporate Division of Mahoney Communications (now a division of Burson-Marsteller), where she developed and directed national campaigns for such clients as AT&T, the City of Palm Springs, Centinela Hospital Medical Center/The Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic, Hilton Hotels Corporation and Hilton Gaming. She was also responsible for promoting a number of special events ranging from international hotel openings to celebrity and professaional golf tournaments, championship boxing, cycling exhibitions and auto racing. Under Terry's leadership, Wills Communications is one of the most respected agencies in the United States and has captured national attention for its efforts on behalf of such clients as Hyatt Hotels Corporation/Hyatt Resorts, Warner Bros., Universal's Jurassic Park Institute, Boston Market, IHOP Corp., American Golf Corporation, the United States Postal Service, Pacific Theatres, Iwerks Entertainment, IMAX Corporation, Diedrich Coffee, the Stratosphere Corporation in Las Vegas, Madame Tussauds/The Tussauds Group, Jose Eber Salons, The City of Newport Beach, LandGrant Development/The Las Americas Port of Entry Project, Mandalay Entertainment and a variety of others in the gaming, retail, not-for-profit, destination, automotive, affluent lifestyles, general business and sports industries. A member of the Public Relations Society of America, Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism/Public Relations and Communication Arts & Sciences from the University of Southern California. She began her career with Hilton Hotels Corporation and has served as General Manager of the Beverly Hills Visitor Bureau. There she directed the city's destination marketing program and developed the city's "75th Diamond Jubilee" Anniversary program.

Mike Bickle is the Director of the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, Missouri, a twenty-four hour a day ministry of "Worship with Intercession" in the spirit of the Tabernacle of David. The prayer room has continued non-stop in intercession and worship since September 19, 1999. Currently, over 400 people serve full-time on the IHOP-KC staff. Mike Bickle is also the President of the Forerunner School of Ministry, a full-time Bible school in Kansas City. He has authored several books including Passion for Jesus, Growing in the Prophetic, The Pleasures of Loving God, After God's Own Heart, The Rewards of Fasting: Experiencing the Emotions and Power of God, and The Seven Longings of the Heart. Mike's teaching emphasizes how to grow in passion for Jesus through intimacy with God.
